本发明涉及建筑墙体保温结构,特别涉及拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板,包括相互扣合连接的上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和下壳体扣合连接时,形成用于盛装夹芯板的空腔,所述空腔内设置有夹芯板,所述夹芯板内吸附有相变材料,使得相变材料被较好的封闭在由上壳体和下壳体组成的空腔内,不易流失失效,能维持保温板的长时间的基于相变材料的保温特性,并通过夹芯板进一步的将相变材料锁定在保温板的空腔内,延长保温板基于相变材料的保温特性的使用寿命,同时,可通过拆分上壳体和下壳体,更换夹芯板改变保温板的保温特性,操作较方便,使得可根据墙体和外界环境的实际特点,在不同的保温板内设置不同的夹芯板,扩大该结构的保温板的适用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑墙体保温结构,特别涉及拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板。
背景技术
近年来利用相变蓄能材料在相变过程中的吸收或释放能量的特性进行材料保温特性的研究备受关注,目前一般采用将相变材料直接添加到建筑墙体的原材料中或直接添加到制备保温板的原材料中,使得制得具有一定相变保温功能的墙体或保温板,减少建筑的能耗。
但是,将相变材料添加到建筑墙体的原材料中,会直接影响建筑墙体或保温板的整体性能,且制备时需要精确判断添加相变材料的量,以避免过多的影响建筑墙体或保温板的强度,导致对工作人员的要求较高,同时,添加到建筑墙体或保温板原材料中的相变材料,在长时间的使用过程中容易受热挥发或受水流冲刷而流失,影响建筑墙体或保温板的整体保温效果,对于保温效果失效或降低的保温板,只能通过更换保温板来重新达到其相变保温效果,导致采用该保温板的墙体的后期维护费用较高,不利于保温板的使用。
综上所述,目前亟需要一种技术方案,解决现有采用将相变材料添加到原材料中的方式改变墙体或保温板的保温效果,相变材料容易流失失效,增加建筑墙体或保温板的后期维护费用的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对现有采用将相变材料添加到原材料中的方式改变墙体或保温板的保温效果,相变材料容易流失失效,增加建筑墙体或保温板的后期维护费用的技术问题,提供了一种拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板,包括相互扣合连接的上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和下壳体扣合连接时,形成用于盛装夹芯板的空腔,所述空腔内设置有夹芯板,所述夹芯板内吸附有相变材料。
本发明的拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板,通过采用扣合连接式的上壳体和下壳体组合形成空腔,将吸附有相变材料的夹芯板设置在空腔内,一方面使得吸附材料被较好的封闭在由上壳体和下壳体组成的空腔内,不易流失失效,能维持保温板的长时间的基于相变材料的保温特性,另一方面,将相变材料吸附到夹芯板内,通过夹芯板进一步的将相变材料锁定在保温板的空腔内,延长保温板基于相变材料的保温特性的使用寿命,另外,由于上壳体和下壳体之间为可拆卸的连接,使得当需要更换相变材料改变保温板的保温特性时,可通过拆分上壳体和下壳体,更换夹芯板的方式进行改变,操作较方便,使得可根据墙体和外界环境的实际特点,在不同的保温板内设置不同的相变材料,扩大该结构的保温板的适用范围。
作为优选,所述夹芯板内设置有用于吸附相变材料的孔隙,所述相变材料吸附在所述孔隙内。将相变材料吸附在夹芯板的孔隙内,使夹芯板的结构较稳定,且有利于避免相变材料在相变过程中的流失,进一步保证保温板的基于相变材料的保温特性长时间有效,优选所述孔隙沿保温板的长度方向水平设置,使相变材料发生相变时,只能在水平方向上移动,避免相变材料在发生相变时受重力影响从夹芯板的上侧移动到下侧,进一步保证保温杯的基于相变材料的保温特性长时间有效,且保温效果均匀。
作为优选,所述夹芯板由石棉板制得,所述相变材料为固-液相相变材料或固-固相相变材料。采用石棉板作为夹芯板,结构较简单,具有天然的孔隙结构,能较好的将相变材料锁定在夹芯板内,造价较低,更换也较方便,且有利于提高制得的保温板的强度、保温和隔热隔音效果,当采用固-液相相变材料时,由于石棉板的吸附特性,将液相的相变材料吸附在石棉板内,避免相变材料的流失,也保证夹芯板长时间的均匀保温效果,当采用固-固相相变材料时,通过石棉板将相变材料锁定,使相变材料分布均匀,并提高制得的保温板的整体强度,方便夹芯板的使用。
作为优选,所述相变材料为石蜡,所述石蜡在熔融状态下吸附到石棉板内,所述石蜡通过抽真空的方式吸附到石棉板内。采用石蜡作为相变材料,石蜡可较容易的预先加热后吸附到石棉板的孔隙内,待冷却后与石棉板之间贴合紧密,方便相变材料的设置,也有利于保温板的制备,通过抽真空的方式将石蜡导入石棉板内,有利于通过抽真空过程中空气的流动带动液态的石蜡填充到石棉板的孔隙内,一方面使夹芯板的制备较方便,另一方面也有利于使石蜡均匀的分布到石棉板内,使制得的保温板的整体保温效果较均匀。
作为优选,所述上壳体和下壳体由聚苯乙烯树脂材料制得。采用聚苯乙烯树脂材料制得的上壳体和下壳体,结构较简单,制造较方便,同时,聚苯乙烯树脂材料具有较好的防水特性,使用寿命较长,不会影响石蜡相变材料的使用,也具有较好的保温隔热隔音效果,使得制得的保温板结构稳定,使用寿命较长,使用范围较广。

3、当需要更换相变材料改变保温板的保温特性时,可通过拆分上壳体和下壳体进行改变,操作较方便,使得可根据墙体和外界环境的实际特点,在不同的保温板内设置不同的相变材料,扩大该结构的保温板的适用范围。

本实施例的拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板,通过设置防水机构,有利于避免外界环境中的雨水或水汽从上壳体1和下壳体2之间的接触缝隙进入空腔3内,避免外界环境影响设置在空腔3内的吸附有相变材料的夹芯板4的正常使用,进一步提高制得的保温板的防水特性,使该结构的保温板的使用寿命较长,使用效果较好。
优选的,所述防水机构包括设置在上壳体1扣合面上的凹槽5和设置在下壳体2的扣合面上的凸棱6,所述凹槽5内填充有密封胶条7,所述上壳体1与下壳体2扣合时,所述凸棱6与所述凹槽5配合,挤压所述密封胶条7产生形变。采用凸棱6与凹槽5配合的方式组成所述防水机构,一方面使得上壳体1和下壳体2通过凸棱6和凹槽5的连接,扣合连接更稳定,另一方面,由于凹槽5内还设置有密封胶条7,在凸棱6挤压密封胶条7时,密封胶条7可产生形变,使上壳体1和下壳体2连接稳定,不易脱离连接,且密封效果较好,进一步的使该结构的保温板结构稳定,使用较方便。
优选的,所述上壳体1和下壳体2的扣合面上涂覆有热熔胶。在上壳体1和下壳体2之间涂覆热熔胶,使上壳体1和下壳体2连接更稳定,防水效果也更好,保证保温板内的相变材料的正常使用,当需要拆卸上壳体1和下壳体2时,也容易通过加热的方式进行上壳体1和下壳体2的分离,使保温板的使用更方便。

Claims (9)
1.拆装式的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:包括相互扣合连接的上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体和下壳体扣合连接时,形成用于盛装夹芯板的空腔,所述空腔内设置有夹芯板,所述夹芯板内吸附有相变材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述夹芯板内设置有用于吸附相变材料的孔隙,所述相变材料吸附在所述孔隙内。
3.如权利要求2所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述夹芯板由石棉板制得,所述相变材料为固-液相相变材料或固-固相相变材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述相变材料为石蜡,所述石蜡在熔融状态下吸附到石棉板内。
5.如权利要求1所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述上壳体和下壳体由聚苯乙烯树脂材料制得。
6.如权利要求5所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述上壳体和下壳体采用上下扣合方式可拆卸的连接。
7.如权利要求1所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述上壳体和下壳体的扣合面之间设置有防水机构。
8.如权利要求7所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述防水机构包括设置在上壳体扣合面上的凹槽和设置在下壳体的扣合面上的凸棱,所述凹槽内填充有密封胶条,所述上壳体与下壳体扣合时,所述凸棱与所述凹槽配合,挤压所述密封胶条产生形变。
9.如权利要求1-8任意一项所述的相变材料夹芯保温板,其特征在于:所述上壳体和下壳体的扣合面上涂覆有热熔胶。
