本发明公开了一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂55‑70份、环氧树脂20‑30份、有机颜料4‑6份、无机颜料0.5‑1份、云母粉2‑8份、金红石钛白粉5‑10份、增硬蜡粉0.5‑1.5份、硫酸钡5‑15份、分散剂0.5‑1份、流平剂0.5‑1份、消泡剂0.5‑1份和抗紫外线吸收剂0.5‑1份。其施工工艺包括以下步骤:S1:对汽车底盘进行预处理;S2:利用静电喷枪将涂料喷涂在汽车底盘上;S3:对步骤S2喷涂后的汽车底盘进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度为180‑200℃,烘烤时间为20‑30分钟。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料及其施工工艺。
背景技术
汽车工业是我国的支柱产业,汽车工业是保护和装饰性涂料的最大需求市场,也是涂料最大的用户之一。目前,汽车底盘一般采用防腐油漆进行喷涂,在汽车底盘表面清洁后需要先打底漆进行烘烤,待底漆完全干透后再进行二道喷涂,并且喷涂工艺对喷涂工人的喷涂技术要求较高,容易造成流挂或厚薄不均,传统油漆含有大量的有机溶剂,在施工过程中对操作工人身体造成一定的危害。有刺激性气体排放污染空气,实际产品利用率只有50-70%之间。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料及其施工工艺,解决现有汽车涂料利用率低,环境污染严重以及施工工艺复杂的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂55-70份、环氧树脂20-30份、有机颜料4-6份、无机颜料0.5-1份、云母粉2-8份、金红石钛白粉5-10份、增硬蜡粉0.5-1.5份、硫酸钡5-15份、分散剂0.5-1份、流平剂0.5-1份、消泡剂0.5-1份和抗紫外线吸收剂0.5-1份。
其中,所述有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、大红、永固黄或炭黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述无机颜料为氧化铁红、氧化铁黄或氧化铁黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述分散剂为MN-5;所述流平剂为PL-45;所述消泡剂为HA501;所述抗紫外线吸收剂为UV531。
本发明还公开了一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对汽车底盘进行预处理;
S2:利用静电喷枪将如权利要求1-2任一项权利要求所述的汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料喷涂在汽车底盘上;
S3:对步骤S2喷涂后的汽车底盘进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度为180-200℃,烘烤时间为20-30分钟。
还包括步骤S4:对步骤S3获得的汽车底盘进行检测。
其中,步骤S1中,所述预处理包括打磨、抛光、除油或脱锈
其中,步骤S2中,所述汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料平均粒径为10-20微米;所述汽车底盘上喷涂汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料的涂层膜厚为60-80微米;所述静电喷枪电压值为50-80千伏;所述静电喷枪与所述汽车底盘之前的喷涂距离为10-15厘米。
本发明所公开的涂料利用率达99%以上,并且在喷涂过程中,多余涂料可以经过回收系统全部回收,是环境友好型涂料。本发明公开的涂料具有性能优异,工艺简单,在喷涂过程中,可以一次喷涂较厚涂膜,节省能源和资源,减少环境污染,易实现自动化。
具体的,本发明公开的施工工艺采用平均粒径10-20微米的粉末涂料,利用静电喷枪喷涂,再经过高温烘烤固化后使产品具有更好的耐候性、物理力学性能和防腐蚀性能,漆膜光亮丰满,耐磨耐划伤,耐溶剂,流平性好,附着力强等特点。
本发明公开的汽车底盘底面合一涂料及施工工艺,工艺简单易操作,对喷涂工人的要求不高,经过该工艺喷涂的汽车底盘具有更好抗腐蚀性能,喷涂平整,光高丰满,耐磨耐划伤,耐溶剂,流平性好,附着力强;尤其使用本发明喷涂工艺的汽车底盘,在运输和装配的过程中克服了涂膜掉漆脱落生锈的现象,广受欢迎。

下面将结合具体实施方式对本发明进行更加详细的阐述。
实施例1:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂55份、环氧树脂20份、有机颜料4份、无机颜料0.5份、云母粉2份、金红石钛白粉5份、增硬蜡粉0.5份、硫酸钡5份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.5份、消泡剂0.5份和抗紫外线吸收剂0.5份。
实施例2:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂60份、环氧树脂25份、有机颜料5份、无机颜料0.7份、云母粉5份、金红石钛白粉7份、增硬蜡粉1份、硫酸钡10份、分散剂0.7份、流平剂0.7份、消泡剂0.7份和抗紫外线吸收剂0.7份。
实施例3:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,按质量份数计,所述涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂70份、环氧树脂30份、有机颜料6份、无机颜料1份、云母粉8份、金红石钛白粉10份、增硬蜡粉1.5份、硫酸钡15份、分散剂1份、流平剂1份、消泡剂1份和抗紫外线吸收剂1份。
实施例4:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对汽车底盘进行打磨、抛光、除油或脱锈;
S2:利用静电喷枪将汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料喷涂在汽车底盘上,所述汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料平均粒径为10微米;所述汽车底盘上喷涂汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料的涂层膜厚为60微米;所述静电喷枪电压值为50千伏;所述静电喷枪与所述汽车底盘之前的喷涂距离为10厘米;
S3:对步骤S2喷涂后的汽车底盘进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度为180℃,烘烤时间为20分钟。
S4:对步骤S3获得的汽车底盘进行附着力、耐划伤、耐溶剂以及流平性检测。
实施例5:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对汽车底盘进行打磨、抛光、除油或脱锈;
S2:利用静电喷枪将汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料喷涂在汽车底盘上,所述汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料平均粒径为15微米;所述汽车底盘上喷涂汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料的涂层膜厚为70微米;所述静电喷枪电压值为65千伏;所述静电喷枪与所述汽车底盘之前的喷涂距离为12厘米;
S3:对步骤S2喷涂后的汽车底盘进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度为190℃,烘烤时间为25分钟。
S4:对步骤S3获得的汽车底盘进行附着力、耐划伤、耐溶剂以及流平性检测。
实施例6:
一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料施工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:对汽车底盘进行打磨、抛光、除油或脱锈;
S2:利用静电喷枪将汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料喷涂在汽车底盘上,所述汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料平均粒径为20微米;所述汽车底盘上喷涂汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料的涂层膜厚为80微米;所述静电喷枪电压值为80千伏;所述静电喷枪与所述汽车底盘之前的喷涂距离为15厘米;
S3:对步骤S2喷涂后的汽车底盘进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度为200℃,烘烤时间为30分钟。
S4:对步骤S3获得的汽车底盘进行附着力、耐划伤、耐溶剂以及流平性检测。
其中,实施例1-3中,所述有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、大红、永固黄或炭黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述无机颜料为氧化铁红、氧化铁黄或氧化铁黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述分散剂为MN-5;所述流平剂为PL-45;所述消泡剂为HA501;所述抗紫外线吸收剂为UV531。
综上,本发明公开的汽车底盘底面合一涂料及施工工艺,工艺简单易操作,对喷涂工人的要求不高,经过该工艺喷涂的汽车底盘具有更好抗腐蚀性能,喷涂平整,光高丰满,耐磨耐划伤,耐溶剂,流平性好,附着力强;尤其使用本发明喷涂工艺的汽车底盘,在运输和装配的过程中克服了涂膜掉漆脱落生锈的现象,广受欢迎。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料,其特征在于,所述有机颜料为酞菁蓝、酞菁绿、大红、永固黄或炭黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述无机颜料为氧化铁红、氧化铁黄或氧化铁黑中的一种或几种的组合;所述分散剂为MN-5;所述流平剂为PL-45;所述消泡剂为HA501;所述抗紫外线吸收剂为UV531。
3.一种汽车底盘底面合一粉末涂料施工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:对汽车底盘进行预处理;
