背景技术
手术室作为重要的一个医院部门,手术器械需要保证无菌,避免出现院内感染。而选择何种无菌包装材料,保证无菌质量是不容忽视的问题。无菌物品包装的目的是令物品在储存期内保持无菌状态,而无菌物品包装的储存期会受到包装材料的影响,因此要求包装材料要均有良好的隔离细菌的效果,随着医学的不断发展,手术器械的包装材料也在不断变化。传统的包装材料主要以纯棉包布为主。但传统的纯棉包布阻隔细菌的效果较差,灭菌有效期短,但纯棉包布扩张力好,具有较好的抗撕裂性,随着社会的发展,无纺布逐渐应用于手术器械包装中。无纺布阻隔细菌的效果好,灭菌有效期长。但是临床中,无纺布扩张力差,容易被手术器械戳破,引起器械污染,甚至可能因为器械外露而对工作人员造成伤害,因此我们设计了一种手术器械用复合包装袋用于手术器械进行包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种手术器械用复合包装袋,旨在改善现有技术中手术器械用包装袋存在阻隔细菌的效果较差,灭菌有效期短以及现有技术中的包装袋的扩张力差,容易被手术器械戳破,引起器械污染,甚至可能因为器械外露而对工作人员造成伤害的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种手术器械用复合包装袋,包括包装袋本体,所述包装袋本体设置为开口朝上的结构,所述包装袋本体从外到内依次由外层布、抗菌纤维层和里布层构成,且抗菌纤维层设置在由外层布和里布层构成的夹层内,所述外层布、抗菌纤维层和里布层的边角处经热压工艺进行缝合,所述包装袋本体的开口处设置有密封装置,所述密封装置由密封条和密封卡块构成,所述包装袋本体外侧固定设置有弧形开口,所述弧形开口的弧度以包装袋本体的高度方向从上到下设置,所述弧形开口设置为半贯穿包装袋本体的结构,且弧形开口与包装袋本体相连接处设置有密封护边,所述弧形开口的下方设置有贯穿包装袋本体的安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有变色硅胶,所述变色硅胶与包装袋本体相连接处设置有密封垫圈。
进一步的,所述外层布设置为医用无纺布材质,所述里布层设置为棉布材质。
进一步的,所述抗菌纤维层设置为棉质纤维材质,所述抗菌纤维层由棉质纤维材质沿经向和纬向相互交织缠绕而成,且相互交叉缠绕的棉质纤维材质构成了若干个致密网孔,所述网孔的直径设置为0.01mm-0.03mm。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有设计合理且操作简单的特点,本发明一种手术器械用复合包装袋在保证利用无纺布和棉布两种材料的优势,因此使得本发明既有棉布良好的抗张力、穿透力、柔软性,又有无纺布的阻菌作用,且利用无纺布克服了棉布阻菌效果差的劣势,利用棉布克服了无纺布撕裂性差,容易被器械戳破的劣势,避免因无纺布质量轻,铺设台面容易飘扬不能自然下垂的情况,并且降低湿包情况,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用精度。
(1)本发明通过设置包装袋本体,包装袋本体设置为开口朝上的结构,包装袋本体从外到内依次由外层布、抗菌纤维层和里布层构成,且抗菌纤维层设置在由外层布和里布层构成的夹层内,外层布、抗菌纤维层和里布层的边角处经热压工艺进行缝合,外层布设置为医用无纺布材质,医用无纺布材质可以有效隔绝细菌等微生物,具有无毒、布网均匀、尘埃污染轻微、韧性大、强力高等优势,并且无纺布还有无静电、阻燃、无刺激等优势,进而便于通过医用无纺布有效的隔绝了微生物和细菌容易进入器械包内,保持无菌状态,进而有效的增加本发明的灭菌期,且便于提高了本发明的阻燃性能,里布层设置为棉布材质,棉布材质具有棉布的透气性、吸水性好,手感柔软,具有较好的耐磨性和抗撕裂性,进而有效的避免了里布层表面由于水蒸气形成水珠,造成湿包情况,令微生物屏障功能受损,形成微生物传播的通道,进而使手术器械污染,无法达到阻菌效果,导致器械包失效需要重新进行消毒灭菌操作,增加了工作人员的工作量和器械耗损,抗菌纤维层设置为棉质纤维材质,抗菌纤维层由棉质纤维材质沿经向和纬向相互交织缠绕而成,且相互交叉缠绕的棉质纤维材质构成了若干个致密网孔,网孔的直径设置为0.01mm-0.03mm,进而便于通过网状的抗菌纤维增加包装袋本体的韧性且便于通过棉质的纤维材质增加本发明的防水性能,进而有效的避免了水蒸气进入到包装袋本体内,造成湿包情况的产生,抗菌纤维层表面设置有抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层设置为活性炭涂层或者纳米银涂层其中的一种或者多种,进而便于通过抗菌涂层增加本发明的抗菌性,进而可有效减少抗生素的使用,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用精度。
(2)本发明通过在包装袋本体的开口处设置有密封装置,密封装置由密封条和密封卡块构成,密封条固定设置在包装袋本体开口处内的一侧,且密封条以包装袋本体的长度方向设置,包装袋本体的开口处内的另一侧固定设置有密封卡块,密封卡块上设置有密封条相匹配的密封槽,进而便于通过密封条与密封槽之间相互互补的作用将包装袋本体进行密封,进而有效的提高了本发明的气密性,进而有效的避免了水蒸气通过包装袋本体的开口处进入袋体内,易造成湿包情况的发生。
(3)本发明通过在包装袋本体外侧固定设置有弧形开口,弧形开口的弧度以包装袋本体的高度方向从上到下设置,弧形开口设置为半贯穿包装袋本体的结构,且弧形开口与包装袋本体相连接处设置有密封护边,进而便于通过密封护边对弧形开口的边角处进行密封,进而有效的保证了包装袋本体的使用精度,且便于通过弧形开口便于工作人员快速的打开包装袋本体,取出包装袋本体内的手术器械,进而有效的提高了工作人员的工作效率。
(4)本发明通过在弧形开口的下方设置有贯穿包装袋本体的安装孔,安装孔内设置有变色硅胶,变色硅胶与包装袋本体相连接处设置有密封垫圈,密封垫圈的前端固定设置有第一密封翼板,密封垫圈的后端固定设置有第二密封翼板,第一密封翼板与包装袋本体的外侧固定连接,第二密封翼板与包装袋本体的内侧固定连接,且密封垫圈的外径等于安装孔的内径,进而便于通过密封垫圈将变色硅胶固定设置在安装孔内,且便于通过变色硅胶颜色的变化,提醒工作人员袋体内的湿度变化,即根据变色硅胶具有含有氯化钴,无毒、无害的特点,对空气中的含水蒸汽极强的吸附作用,同时又能通过所含氯化钴结晶水数量变化而显示不同的颜色,即由吸湿前的蓝色随吸湿量的增加逐渐转变成浅红色的工作原理,结构简单且取材方便,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用灵活性。

请参照图1、图2、图3、图4和图5,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种手术器械用复合包装袋,包括包装袋本体1,包装袋本体1设置为开口朝上的结构,包装袋本体1从外到内依次由外层布10、抗菌纤维层11和里布层12构成,且抗菌纤维层11设置在由外层布10和里布层12构成的夹层内,外层布10、抗菌纤维层11和里布层12的边角处经热压工艺进行缝合,外层布10设置为医用无纺布材质,医用无纺布材质可以有效隔绝细菌等微生物,具有无毒、布网均匀、尘埃污染轻微、韧性大、强力高等优势,并且无纺布还有无静电、阻燃、无刺激等优势,进而便于通过医用无纺布有效的隔绝了微生物和细菌容易进入器械包内,保持无菌状态,进而有效的增加本发明的灭菌期,且便于提高了本发明的阻燃性能,里布层12设置为棉布材质,棉布材质具有棉布的透气性、吸水性好,手感柔软,具有较好的耐磨性和抗撕裂性,进而有效的避免了里布层12表面由于水蒸气形成水珠,造成湿包情况,令微生物屏障功能受损,形成微生物传播的通道,进而使手术器械污染,无法达到阻菌效果,导致器械包失效需要重新进行消毒灭菌操作,增加了工作人员的工作量和器械耗损,抗菌纤维层11设置为棉质纤维材质,抗菌纤维层11由棉质纤维材质沿经向和纬向相互交织缠绕而成,且相互交叉缠绕的棉质纤维材质构成了若干个致密网孔,网孔的直径设置为0.01mm-0.03mm,进而便于通过网状的抗菌纤维增加包装袋本体1的韧性且便于通过棉质的纤维材质增加本发明的防水性能,进而有效的避免了水蒸气进入到包装袋本体1内,造成湿包情况的产生,抗菌纤维层11表面设置有抗菌涂层,抗菌涂层设置为活性炭涂层或者纳米银涂层其中的一种或者多种,进而便于通过抗菌涂层增加本发明的抗菌性,进而可有效减少抗生素的使用,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用精度;
包装袋本体1的开口处设置有密封装置,密封装置由密封条61和密封卡块62构成,密封条61固定设置在包装袋本体1开口处内的一侧,且密封条61以包装袋本体1的长度方向设置,包装袋本体1的开口处内的另一侧固定设置有密封卡块62,密封卡块62上设置有密封条61相匹配的密封槽621,进而便于通过密封条61与密封槽621之间相互互补的作用将包装袋本体1进行密封,进而有效的提高了本发明的气密性,进而有效的避免了水蒸气通过包装袋本体1的开口处进入袋体内,易造成湿包情况的发生;
包装袋本体1外侧固定设置有弧形开口2,弧形开口2的弧度以包装袋本体1的高度方向从上到下设置,弧形开口2设置为半贯穿包装袋本体1的结构,且弧形开口2与包装袋本体1相连接处设置有密封护边21,进而便于通过密封护边21对弧形开口2的边角处进行密封,进而有效的保证了包装袋本体1的使用精度,且便于通过弧形开口2便于工作人员快速的打开包装袋本体1,取出包装袋本体1内的手术器械,进而有效的提高了工作人员的工作效率;
弧形开口2的下方设置有贯穿包装袋本体1的安装孔3,安装孔3内设置有变色硅胶5,变色硅胶5与包装袋本体1相连接处设置有密封垫圈4,密封垫圈4的前端固定设置有第一密封翼板41,密封垫圈4的后端固定设置有第二密封翼板42,第一密封翼板41与包装袋本体1的外侧固定连接,第二密封翼板42与包装袋本体1的内侧固定连接,且密封垫圈4的外径等于安装孔3的内径,进而便于通过密封垫圈4将变色硅胶5固定设置在安装孔3内,且便于通过变色硅胶5颜色的变化,提醒工作人员袋体内的湿度变化,即根据变色硅胶5具有含有氯化钴,无毒、无害的特点,对空气中的含水蒸汽极强的吸附作用,同时又能通过所含氯化钴结晶水数量变化而显示不同的颜色,即由吸湿前的蓝色随吸湿量的增加逐渐转变成浅红色的工作原理,结构简单且取材方便,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用灵活性。
一种手术器械用复合包装袋在保证利用无纺布和棉布两种材料的优势,因此使得本发明既有棉布良好的抗张力、穿透力、柔软性,又有无纺布的阻菌作用,且利用无纺布克服了棉布阻菌效果差的劣势,利用棉布克服了无纺布撕裂性差,容易被器械戳破的劣势,避免因无纺布质量轻,铺设台面容易飘扬不能自然下垂的情况,并且降低湿包情况,进而有效的提高了本发明的使用精度。
通过上述设计得到的装置已基本能满足改善现有技术中手术器械用包装袋存在阻隔细菌的效果较差,灭菌有效期短以及现有技术中的包装袋的扩张力差,容易被手术器械戳破,引起器械污染,甚至可能因为器械外露而对工作人员造成伤害的问题。的使用,但本着进一步完善其功能的宗旨,设计者对该装置进行了进一步的改良。

Claims (6)

1.一种手术器械用复合包装袋,包括包装袋本体(1),其特征在于,所述包装袋本体(1)设置为开口朝上的结构,所述包装袋本体(1)从外到内依次由外层布(10)、抗菌纤维层(11)和里布层(12)构成,且抗菌纤维层(11)设置在由外层布(10)和里布层(12)构成的夹层内,所述外层布(10)、抗菌纤维层(11)和里布层(12)的边角处经热压工艺进行缝合,所述包装袋本体(1)的开口处设置有密封装置,所述密封装置由密封条(61)和密封卡块(62)构成,所述包装袋本体(1)外侧固定设置有弧形开口(2),所述弧形开口(2)的弧度以包装袋本体(1)的高度方向从上到下设置,所述弧形开口(2)设置为半贯穿包装袋本体(1)的结构,且弧形开口(2)与包装袋本体(1)相连接处设置有密封护边(21),所述弧形开口(2)的下方设置有贯穿包装袋本体(1)的安装孔(3),所述安装孔(3)内设置有变色硅胶(5),所述变色硅胶(5)与包装袋本体(1)相连接处设置有密封垫圈(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手术器械用复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述外层布(10)设置为医用无纺布材质,所述里布层(12)设置为棉布材质。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手术器械用复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维层(11)设置为棉质纤维材质,所述抗菌纤维层(11)由棉质纤维材质沿经向和纬向相互交织缠绕而成,且相互交叉缠绕的棉质纤维材质构成了若干个致密网孔,所述网孔的直径设置为0.01mm-0.03mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种手术器械用复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维层(11)表面设置有抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层设置为活性炭涂层或者纳米银涂层其中的一种或者多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种手术器械用复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述密封条(61)固定设置在包装袋本体(1)开口处内的一侧,且密封条(61)以包装袋本体(1)的长度方向设置,所述包装袋本体(1)的开口处内的另一侧固定设置有密封卡块(62),所述密封卡块(62)上设置有密封条(61)相匹配的密封槽(621)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种手术器械用复合包装袋,其特征在于,所述密封垫圈(4)的前端固定设置有第一密封翼板(41),所述密封垫圈(4)的后端固定设置有第二密封翼板(42),所述第一密封翼板(41)与包装袋本体(1)的外侧固定连接,所述第二密封翼板(42)与包装袋本体(1)的内侧固定连接,且密封垫圈(4)的外径等于安装孔(3)的内径。
