本发明涉及一种塑料粉碎机构。
背景技术:
现有塑料的粉碎装置普遍为多个粉碎轮相互啮合结构,该种粉碎装置的结构较为复杂,维修麻烦,且多一个粉碎轮相应的制造成本也会提高。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种塑料粉碎机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种塑料粉碎机构,包括粉碎箱、粉碎轮、粉碎座和粉碎电机,所述粉碎轮转动连接在粉碎箱内,粉碎电机固定于粉碎箱的外壁上,且粉碎电机与粉碎轮相连,并驱动粉碎轮转动,两个粉碎座置于粉碎箱内,且对称设于粉碎轮的两侧;
在粉碎轮的外壁上均布若干粉碎齿,在粉碎座上设有粉碎槽,所述粉碎齿与粉碎槽相啮合。
进一步地,所述粉碎座包括一体成型的竖直部和倾斜部,所述竖直部固定于粉碎箱的内壁上,倾斜部朝着粉碎轮的轴心方向倾斜,粉碎槽设置在倾斜部上。
进一步地,所述粉碎齿的顶端设有粉碎刃口,该粉碎刃口朝着粉碎轮的转动方向设置。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明结构简单,便于维护,检修方便,使用成本低,使用效果好。

如图1和图2,本发明一种塑料粉碎机构,包括粉碎箱21、粉碎轮22、粉碎座23和粉碎电机,粉碎轮22转动连接在粉碎箱21内,粉碎电机固定于粉碎箱21的外壁上,且粉碎电机与粉碎轮22相连,粉碎电机驱动粉碎轮22转动。两个粉碎座23置于粉碎箱21内,且对称设于粉碎轮22的两侧。
在粉碎轮22的外壁上均布若干粉碎齿221,在粉碎座23上设有粉碎槽粉碎齿221与粉碎槽相啮合。
本发明中的粉碎座23包括一体成型的竖直部231和倾斜部232,竖直部231通过螺钉固定于粉碎箱21的内壁上,倾斜部232朝着粉碎轮22的轴心方向倾斜,粉碎槽设置在倾斜部232上。倾斜部232在塑料粉碎时,可以起到导料的作用。
为便于更好地粉碎塑料制品,在粉碎齿221的顶端设有粉碎刃口220,该粉碎刃口220朝着粉碎轮22的转动方向设置(图2中的箭头方向为粉碎轮22的转动方向)。

在粉碎轮(22)的外壁上均布若干粉碎齿(221),在粉碎座(23)上设有粉碎槽,所述粉碎齿(221)与粉碎槽相啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料粉碎机构,其特征在于:所述粉碎座(23)包括一体成型的竖直部(231)和倾斜部(232),所述竖直部(231)固定于粉碎箱(21)的内壁上,倾斜部(232)朝着粉碎轮(22)的轴心方向倾斜,粉碎槽设置在倾斜部(232)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料粉碎机构,其特征在于:所述粉碎齿(221)的顶端设有粉碎刃口(220),该粉碎刃口(220)朝着粉碎轮(22)的转动方向设置。
