In order to overcome the defects that the venous indwelling needle head is easy to touch by hands when the patient child is curious, the venous indwelling needle head is easy to fall off and the head of the patient child is easy to hurt, the technical problem of the invention is as follows: the vein indwelling needle fixing device can cover and fix the vein indwelling needle, can prevent the vein indwelling needle from falling and can protect an infant patient.

Then the butterfly nut 11 is unscrewed manually, the holding rod 20 is held manually, the right side of the connecting band 7 swings downwards, the left side of the connecting band 7 swings upwards along with the right side of the connecting band, the rotating shaft 6 rotates along with the connecting band, and the sliding shaft 9 slides in the guide rail 8 and the straight hole 10 along with the rotating shaft. The left side of the connecting belt 7 swings upwards to enable the cover 5 to move upwards, the sliding plate 3 slides on the slideway 2, and after the cover 5 moves upwards to a proper position, the cover 5 can move leftwards or rightwards according to the position of the vein indwelling needle head, so that the cover 5 fixes the vein indwelling needle head cover 1. The wing nuts 11 are then tightened to secure the connecting straps 7, thus securing the cover 5 against movement of the cover 5. When the nurse wants to perform infusion on the patient, the reverse operation is repeated to expose the vein retaining needle, and the invention is taken down from the head of the child patient. The sweat absorbing protective belt 23 can absorb sweat and prevent the sweat from gathering on the head of the infant patient, the elastic protective belt 22 has elasticity, so that the sweat absorbing protective belt 23 can be tightly attached to the head of the infant patient, and the air permeable protective belt 21 can ventilate, so that air can enter the cover 5.
The suction cup 26 can be pressed onto the head cover 1 with force, so that the suction cup 26 can be sucked onto the head cover 1, thereby further fixing the cover 5 and preventing the cover 5 from moving. When the cover 5 is to be moved, the suction cup 26 is manually removed from the hood 1.
Air can enter the hood 5 through the gaps between the fixing plates 28, thus enabling further ventilation. When ventilation is not needed, the rotating cover 33 is manually rotated to rotate the rotating shaft 30, the rotating shaft 30 rotates to drive the fixed ring 31 to rotate, the fixed ring 31 rotates to drive the moving plate 32 to rotate, and when the moving plate 32 rotates to the gap between the fixed plates 28, the annular ring 27 is in a sealed state, so that ventilation is stopped. When re-ventilation is required, the moving plate 32 is rotated to be reset.
