Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the embodiments of the present invention or the technical solutions in the prior art, the drawings used in the description of the embodiments or the prior art will be briefly described below, it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other drawings can be obtained according to the drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a doctor apparatus according to the related art;
FIG. 2 is a schematic side view of a doctor apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a detection circuit of the doctor apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the doctor apparatus generally includes a doctor blade 01 and a holder 02, the holder 02 being for holding the doctor blade 01; when utilizing the scraper 01 to glue the coating with the encapsulation on display screen's glass apron, because there are foreign matters such as large granule glass powder sediment and some foreign particles in the encapsulation glue for the scraper 01 causes breach 011 very easily in the use, thereby influences the rubber coating homogeneity, and then influences the encapsulation effect.
The embodiment of the invention provides a scraper device, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, comprising a scraper 11 and a fixed frame 12, wherein one end of the scraper 11 is fixed on the fixed frame 12; the scraper 11 comprises a scraping end 111 remote from the holder 12; a linear conductor 13 is arranged at the scraping end 111 in a penetrating way, the linear conductor 13 is arranged along the extending direction of the scraping end 111, and two ends of the linear conductor 13 are fixed on the end surface of the scraper 11; the strength of the linear conductor 13 is less than or equal to that of the blade 11.
The size, manufacturing material, and the like of the holder 12 and the scraper 11 are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. In practical applications, the scraper 11 is generally made of rubber.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a groove or a hole may be formed at the bottom of the scraper 11 (i.e., the scraping end 111 of the scraper 11), and the size of the groove or the hole is determined to be able to receive the linear conductor 13. In practical application, the linear conductor 13 should be as thin as possible, so that the strength of the linear conductor 13 is consistent with that of the scraper 11, or the strength of the linear conductor 13 is smaller than that of the scraper 11, so that when the scraper 11 is chipped due to impurity particles and the like, the linear conductor 13 is also broken, and whether the detection circuit is broken or not can be judged by observing the state of the indicator 22 in the detection circuit, and further whether the scraper 11 is chipped or not can be judged.
In order to break the linear conductor 13 located at the notch when the scraper 11 is chipped, both ends of the linear conductor 13 need to be fixed to the end surface of the scraper 11 when the linear conductor 13 is provided. The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the specific manner in which both ends of the linear conductor 13 are fixed to the end surface of the doctor blade 11. As an example, both ends of the linear conductor 13 may be respectively bonded to the end surfaces of the doctor blade 11 with adhesive; both ends of the linear conductor 13 may be connected to the end surface of the doctor blade 11 by a mechanical connector.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the scraper device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the linear conductor is arranged at the scraping end of the scraper in a penetrating manner, and the strength of the linear conductor is less than or equal to that of the scraper, so that when the scraping end of the scraper is provided with the notch, the linear conductor is necessarily disconnected at the notch, and when the two ends of the linear conductor are externally connected with the detection circuit, whether the linear conductor is disconnected or not can be judged by judging the on-off state of the detection circuit, and further whether the notch is formed on the scraper or not can be judged; the scraper device provided by the embodiment of the invention can simply and conveniently detect whether the scraper has a notch before coating the packaging adhesive, so that the scraper can be replaced in time when the scraper has the notch, the defect of product caused by coating the packaging adhesive by using the scraper which does not meet the specification is avoided, the yield of the product is improved, and the production cost is saved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a through hole is provided in the scraping end 111 in the extending direction of the scraping end 111, and the linear conductor 13 is provided in the through hole.
The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a specific type of the linear conductor 13, as long as the linear conductor 13 can conduct electricity and has a certain strength, but the strength is less than or equal to the strength of the scraper 11, so as to ensure that the linear conductor 13 at the gap can be broken when the scraper is cracked. The linear conductor 13 may be, for example, a resistance wire or a lead wire.
The cross-sectional shape of the through hole for placing the linear conductor 13 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and may be, for example, a square hole, an elliptical hole, a circular hole, or the like. For ease of manufacturing and ease of placement of the linear conductor 13, the cross-sectional shape of the through-hole is generally made to conform to the cross-sectional shape of the linear conductor 13, and the size of the through-hole is made to conform to the size of the linear conductor 13. In practical applications, the through-hole is usually made as a circular hole.
In consideration of the influence of the size of the notch on the scraper 11 on the packaging effect (i.e. the specification requirement of the scraper 11), in practical applications, the distance from the linear conductor 13 to the bottom of the scraping end 111 is generally set to be less than or equal to 100um, and preferably, the distance from the linear conductor 13 to the bottom of the scraping end 111 is less than or equal to 50 um.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a detection circuit for a doctor apparatus as described in any one of the above, with reference to fig. 2 and 3, comprising: a detection power source 21, both ends of the detection power source 21 being connected to both ends of the linear conductor 13, respectively; and an indicator 22, the indicator 22 being connected in series between the detection power source 21 and the linear conductor 13 for indicating whether or not the detection circuit is on. The indicator 22 may be of various types, for example, the indicator 22 may be a light signal indicator (such as an indicator light), a voice indicator, or the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the detection circuit of the scraper device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the linear conductor is penetrated through the scraping end of the scraper device, and the strength of the linear conductor is less than or equal to that of the scraper, so that when the scraping end of the scraper is provided with a gap, the linear conductor is necessarily disconnected at the gap, and when the two ends of the linear conductor are externally connected with the detection circuit, whether the linear conductor is disconnected or not can be judged by judging the on-off state of the detection circuit by using the indicating piece, and further, whether the gap is formed on the scraper or not can be judged; the scraper device provided by the embodiment of the invention can simply and conveniently detect whether the scraper has a notch before coating the packaging adhesive, so that the scraper can be replaced in time when the scraper has the notch, the defect of product caused by coating the packaging adhesive by using the scraper which does not meet the specification is avoided, the yield of the product is improved, and the production cost is saved.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
