The rental server 1 can be made to know the current information of each video intercom monitoring device in real time.

the method comprises the steps that a leasing server judges the information of a leasing video talkback monitoring device and the preset use time, the working place and the user information of the video talkback monitoring device, when the use time and the duration of the video talkback monitoring device in the information of the leasing video talkback monitoring device and the working place and the user information accord with the preset information, the leasing server feeds back successful leasing information to a leasing client side, and simultaneously sends a placing door opening control instruction and opening time to a leasing control module, so that the leasing control module opens a placing door where a placing grid of the video talkback monitoring device provided with the video talkback monitoring device is located at the opening time;
a smoke sensor and a temperature and humidity sensor are arranged in each video talkback monitoring equipment mounting grid;
the smoke sensor is used for sensing the smoke amount in the placement grid of the video talkback monitoring equipment and transmitting the smoke amount to the leasing control module;
the temperature and humidity sensor is used for sensing the temperature and humidity in the placement grid of the video talkback monitoring equipment and transmitting the temperature and humidity to the lease control module;
the leasing control module is also used for judging the acquired smoke amount and a preset threshold value, and when the acquired smoke amount exceeds the preset threshold value, an alarm prompt is sent to the leasing server, and meanwhile, an alarm device is arranged on the box body and controls the alarm device to give an alarm;
the acquired temperature and humidity and a preset threshold value are judged, when the threshold value is exceeded, an alarm prompt is sent to the rental server, and meanwhile, an alarm device is arranged on the box body and controls the alarm device to give an alarm;
each video talkback monitoring device is in communication connection with the rental server;
when the video talkback monitoring equipment is arranged on the arrangement grid of the video talkback monitoring equipment, sending time point on-site information and equipment number information to the leasing server every time a preset time length passes, receiving the time point on-site information and the equipment number information by the leasing server, and judging that the current video talkback monitoring equipment runs well;
if the leasing server does not receive time point on-site information and equipment number information sent by video talkback monitoring equipment arranged on a video talkback monitoring equipment arrangement lattice within a preset time length, sending on-site control information to a leasing control module, wherein a gravity sensing device is arranged on the video talkback monitoring equipment arrangement lattice and senses whether the video talkback monitoring equipment is on site or not, and when the video talkback monitoring equipment is on site and the leasing control module receives the on-site control information, feeding back fault information of the video talkback monitoring equipment to the leasing server;
the leasing control module is also used for carrying out grid numbering on each video talkback monitoring equipment arrangement grid, carrying out equipment numbering on the video talkback monitoring equipment arranged in each video talkback monitoring equipment arrangement grid, and enabling the grid numbering to correspond to the equipment numbering one by one; after the video talkback monitoring equipment is leased out, feeding back the equipment number of the leased video talkback monitoring equipment to a lease server;

each carbon dioxide gas nozzle is connected with a carbon dioxide gas fire extinguishing device through a carbon dioxide electromagnetic valve; a light sensor is arranged in each video talkback monitoring equipment arrangement grid;
