With the recent improvement of environmental protection requirements and the rapid development of internal combustion engines, the combined cycle power station consisting of the internal combustion engine and the boiler is rapidly developed. In these combined cycle power stations, the high temperature flue gas exhausted after the internal combustion engine works is typically exhausted into the boiler through the high temperature boiler inlet flue to continue to do work.
The inlet flue of the waste heat boiler is the only channel for connecting the exhaust flue of the internal combustion engine and the heating surface body of the waste heat boiler, the inlet flue receives the spiral tail gas discharged by the internal combustion engine to expand and reduce the pressure so that the smoke forms turbulent state medium and enters the heating surface of the boiler to exchange heat. In order to consider the uniformity of the flue gas flow field, a flue gas guide plate is required to be arranged in an inlet flue with a short length and a large pitching angle, so that the flue gas in the flue is ensured to have good fullness and small thermal deviation impact on a heating surface, and the heat exchange efficiency is further improved.
The flue gas flow velocity at the position of the guide plate is fast, the fluctuation is large, the guide plate is extremely easy to damage after long-time operation, and the damage of the guide plate restraining device is a main cause of the guide plate damage. The restraint device between the guide plate and the flue pipe wall is invalid, so that the guide plate cannot be kept fixed in the flue gas operation process, the guide plate cannot normally play a guide role along with the duration of the flue gas operation time, the flue gas can influence the uniform distribution of heat after flowing through the heated surfaces of the superheaters, certain heated surface pipes can be influenced by heat deviation, even different expansion creep occurs, the normal operation of the heated surfaces is adversely affected, and the problem becomes an important factor for restricting the safe operation of the boiler.
