本发明公开了补偿器技术领域的一种矩形三维补偿器,包括管道,所述管道外壁包裹有平衡波纹管,所述管道左侧安装有左导流管道,所述管道右侧安装有右导流管道,所述左导流管道与右导流管道外壁均安装有波纹管,两组所述波纹管相对面通过连接杆连接在平衡波纹管上,所述管道顶部与底部均安装有补偿外壳,所述管道与平衡波纹管顶部与底部均安装有平衡垫,所述平衡垫远离平衡波纹管一端均匀安装有活塞杆,所述活塞杆远离平衡垫一端均安装有复位弹簧,复位弹簧压缩,复位弹簧对平衡波纹管有反弹力,增强径向补偿力,平衡垫与集热片接触,导热柱将集热片吸收的热量导向散热通孔进行散发,本发明结构简单,径向补偿力增强。

本发明涉及补偿器技术领域,具体为一种矩形三维补偿器。
背景技术
矩形三维补偿器是一种用于补偿管道保持横向与径向平衡的补偿器,现在的矩形三维补偿器径向补偿力不足,无法使用在大管道补偿上,为此,我们设计了一种矩形三维补偿器。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矩形三维补偿器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种矩形三维补偿器,包括管道,所述管道外壁包裹有平衡波纹管,所述管道左侧安装有左导流管道,所述管道右侧安装有右导流管道,所述左导流管道与右导流管道外壁均安装有波纹管,两组所述波纹管相对面通过连接杆连接在平衡波纹管上,所述管道顶部与底部均安装有补偿外壳,所述管道与平衡波纹管顶部与底部均安装有平衡垫,所述平衡垫远离平衡波纹管一端均匀安装有活塞杆,所述活塞杆远离平衡垫一端均安装有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧远离活塞杆一端均安装在活塞外壳内壁上,所述活塞外壳远离平衡垫一端安装在补偿外壳内壁上。
优选的,所述补偿外壳左右两侧均开设有散热通孔,所述散热通孔靠近平衡垫一端安装有导热柱,所述导热柱远离散热通孔一端均安装有集热片。
优选的,所述活塞杆共设置有十二组,且十二组活塞杆分别在平衡垫远离平衡波纹管一端从左到右等距离排布。
优选的,所述补偿外壳靠近管道一端安装有卡扣,所述管道左右两侧通过相匹配的卡扣卡槽与补偿外壳卡接。
优选的,所述连接杆共设置有八组,且八组连接杆分别在平衡波纹管前后端面左右两侧等距离排布。
优选的,所述左导流管道与右导流管道相背面均安装有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫外壁均匀开设有防滑凸点。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该补偿器根据管道内腔中流动液体温度高,管道开始膨胀平衡波纹管对管道进行径向补偿,当温度过高时,平衡垫随着管道上升或下降,活塞杆向活塞外壳移动,复位弹簧压缩,复位弹簧对平衡波纹管有反弹力,增强径向补偿力,平衡垫与集热片接触,导热柱将集热片吸收的热量导向散热通孔进行散发,本发明结构简单,径向补偿力增强。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种矩形三维补偿器,包括管道1,管道1外壁包裹有平衡波纹管2,管道1左侧安装有左导流管道3,管道1右侧安装有右导流管道4,左导流管道3与右导流管道4外壁均安装有波纹管5,两组波纹管5相对面通过连接杆6连接在平衡波纹管2上,管道1顶部与底部均安装有补偿外壳11,管道1与平衡波纹管2顶部与底部均安装有平衡垫7,平衡垫7远离平衡波纹管2一端均匀安装有活塞杆8,活塞杆8远离平衡垫7一端均安装有复位弹簧9,复位弹簧9远离活塞杆8一端均安装在活塞外壳10内壁上,活塞外壳10远离平衡垫7一端安装在补偿外壳11内壁上。
其中,补偿外壳11左右两侧均开设有散热通孔12,散热通孔12靠近平衡垫7一端安装有导热柱13,导热柱13远离散热通孔12一端均安装有集热片14,集热片14吸收热量通过导热柱13传递,由散热通孔12散发;
活塞杆8共设置有十二组,且十二组活塞杆8分别在平衡垫7远离平衡波纹管2一端从左到右等距离排布,均匀安装活塞杆8,增强补偿效果;
补偿外壳11靠近管道1一端安装有卡扣,管道1左右两侧通过相匹配的卡扣卡槽与补偿外壳11卡接,方便对补偿外壳11进行安装拆卸;
连接杆6共设置有八组,且八组连接杆6分别在平衡波纹管2前后端面左右两侧等距离排布,多组连接杆6增加横向补偿力;
左导流管道3与右导流管道4相背面均安装有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫外壁均匀开设有防滑凸点,橡胶垫增大摩擦力,防止波纹管5脱落。
工作原理:开始工作时,管道1内腔中流动液体温度高,管道1开始膨胀,平衡波纹管2对管道1进行径向补偿,当温度过高时,平衡垫7随着管道1靠近集热片14,活塞杆8向活塞外壳10移动,复位弹簧9压缩,复位弹簧9对平衡波纹管2有反弹力,增强径向补偿力,平衡垫7与集热片14接触,导热柱13将集热片14吸收的热量导向散热通孔12进行散发。

1.一种矩形三维补偿器,包括管道(1),其特征在于:所述管道(1)外壁包裹有平衡波纹管(2),所述管道(1)左侧安装有左导流管道(3),所述管道(1)右侧安装有右导流管道(4),所述左导流管道(3)与右导流管道(4)外壁均安装有波纹管(5),两组所述波纹管(5)相对面通过连接杆(6)连接在平衡波纹管(2)上,所述管道(1)顶部与底部均安装有补偿外壳(11),所述管道(1)与平衡波纹管(2)顶部与底部均安装有平衡垫(7),所述平衡垫(7)远离平衡波纹管(2)一端均匀安装有活塞杆(8),所述活塞杆(8)远离平衡垫(7)一端均安装有复位弹簧(9),所述复位弹簧(9)远离活塞杆(8)一端均安装在活塞外壳(10)内壁上,所述活塞外壳(10)远离平衡垫(7)一端安装在补偿外壳(11)内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种矩形三维补偿器,其特征在于:所述补偿外壳(11)左右两侧均开设有散热通孔(12),所述散热通孔(12)靠近平衡垫(7)一端均安装有导热柱(13),所述导热柱(13)远离散热通孔(12)一端均安装有集热片(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种矩形三维补偿器,其特征在于:所述活塞杆(8)共设置有十二组,且十二组活塞杆(8)分别在平衡垫(7)远离平衡波纹管(2)一端从左到右等距离排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种矩形三维补偿器,其特征在于:所述补偿外壳(11)靠近管道(1)一端安装有卡扣,所述管道(1)左右两侧通过相匹配的卡扣卡槽与补偿外壳(11)卡接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种矩形三维补偿器,其特征在于:所述连接杆(6)共设置有八组,且八组连接杆(6)分别在平衡波纹管(2)前后端面左右两侧等距离排布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种矩形三维补偿器,其特征在于:所述左导流管道(3)与右导流管道(4)相背面均安装有橡胶垫,且橡胶垫外壁均匀开设有防滑凸点。
