本发明公开了一种抗静电水性人造革,属于轻化工纺织领域,本发明的人造革依次包括抗静电剂层、PVC面层、PVC发泡层、布层;所述的抗静电剂层为凹凸结构,所述的抗静电剂层为表面经过抗静电剂S‑60处理的一层;所述的抗静电剂S‑60的成分为失水山梨醇单硬脂酸;所述的PVC面层为网状结构;所述的PVC发泡层为矩形网状结构,所述的矩形网状结构中设置有中孔,所述的中孔中填充有悬浮胶体;本发明的抗静电水性人造革的抗静电剂层为凹凸结构,在形成凹凸结构表面后涂覆抗静电剂S‑60,该凹凸结构增大了抗静电剂的比表面积,极其有效的解决了人造革的静电问题。

技术领域
本发明属于轻化工纺织领域,特别是皮革领域,具体是一种抗静电水性人造革。
背景技术
现代技术的发展中,皮革的发展以及进入到一定的瓶颈。随着绿色化学的发展,人造革的使用以及制备基本已经取代了真皮的使用。但是现有的人造革的技术主要集中在人造革的透气性、耐磨性、手感、柔软性等的与人体接触方面。往往忽视了其他的辅助问题。特别是在人造革的成品后,在制备具体的皮具时,人造革的成品经过剪切,各层之间特别是在剪切处容易分层。因此,在制备具体的皮具时容易开裂。此外,由于对柔软性等性能的高度重视,往往忽视了人造革的静电问题,这一缺陷一直是本领域技术人员厄待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的问题,公开了一种抗静电水性人造革,通过首先在表面形成凹凸结构,之后再经过抗静电剂处理,凹凸结构加大了抗静电剂的比表面积,增强了抗抗静电性能,有效的解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明是这样实现的:
一种抗静电水性人造革,依次包括抗静电剂层、PVC面层、PVC发泡层、布层;所述的抗静电剂层为凹凸结构,所述的抗静电剂层为表面经过抗静电剂S-60处理的一层;所述的抗静电剂S-60的成分包括失水山梨醇单硬脂酸;所述的PVC面层为网状结构;所述的PVC发泡层为矩形网状结构,所述的矩形网状结构中设置有中孔,所述的中孔中填充有悬浮胶体。
进一步,所述的PVC面层的网状结构为规则的矩形网状结构。
进一步,所述的矩形网状结构为超细纤维构成,所述的超细纤维的直径3~5微米。通过超细纤维形成的皮革可以增强皮革的柔软性能;纤维细可增加PVC面层的层状结构,增大比表面积和毛细效应,使纤维内部反射光在表面分布更细腻,使本发明具有类似真丝的光泽,并有良好的吸湿、散湿性能。
进一步,所述的抗静电剂层具体是指将抗静电剂S-60与水性表面处理剂混合,根据具体的需要分配抗静电剂S-60与水性表面处理剂之间的比例,抗静电剂S-60:水性表面处理剂为(1~5):60,之后涂覆于人造革表面,形成抗静电剂层。
本发明与现有技术的有益效果在于:
1,本发明的抗静电水性人造革的抗静电剂层为凹凸结构,在形成凹凸结构表面后涂覆抗静电剂S-60,该凹凸结构增大了抗静电剂的比表面积,极其有效的解决了人造革的静电问题;
2,本发明中PVC发泡层为矩形网状结构,矩形网状结构中设置有中孔,中孔中填充有悬浮胶体,当本发明的人造革经过剪切处理时,当中的悬浮胶体便可以流出至剪切面,后在剪切面形成封闭端,解决了现有技术中存在的剪切面易开裂的问题。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚,明确,以下列举实例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当指出此处所描述的具体实施仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,本发明的一种抗静电水性人造革,依次包括抗静电剂层1、PVC面层2、PVC发泡层3、布层4。首先将抗静电剂层1设置为凹凸结构6,之后在形成凹凸结构6的抗静电剂层1表面利用抗静电剂S-60处理,抗静电剂S-60的成分为失水山梨醇单硬脂酸。具体抗静电剂层1制备是指将抗静电剂S-60与水性表面处理剂混合,根据具体的需要分配抗静电剂S-60与水性表面处理剂之间的比例,抗静电剂S-60:水性表面处理剂为(1~5):60,之后涂覆于人造革表面,形成抗静电剂层1。
PVC面层2为网状结构,且为规则的矩形网状结构,矩形网状结构为超细纤维构成,所述的超细纤维的直径3~5微米; PVC发泡层3为矩形网状结构,所述的矩形网状结构中设置有中孔5,所述的中孔5中填充有悬浮胶体。
如图2所示,2a所示的是现有技术中普通的四层人造革在剪切后的切面示意图,2b所示的是本发明的人造革经过在剪切后的切面示意图。通过2a以及2b的对比可以明确看出,本发明在剪切处能够形成封闭端,中孔5中填充有悬浮胶体剪切后流出,能够在剪切面形成封闭端,解决了现有技术中存在的剪切处易开裂的技术缺陷。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种抗静电水性人造革,其特征在于,所述的人造革依次包括抗静电剂层(1)、PVC面层(2)、PVC发泡层(3)、布层(4);所述的抗静电剂层(1)为凹凸结构(6),所述的抗静电剂层(1)为表面经过抗静电剂S-60处理的一层;所述的抗静电剂S-60的成分包括失水山梨醇单硬脂酸;所述的PVC面层(2)为网状结构;所述的PVC发泡层(3)为矩形网状结构,所述的矩形网状结构中设置有中孔(5),所述的中孔(5)中填充有悬浮胶体;
所述的PVC面层(2)的网状结构为规则的矩形网状结构;所述的矩形网状结构为超细纤维构成,所述的超细纤维的直径3~5微米;
人造革经过剪切处理时,中孔中的悬浮胶体便可以流出至剪切面,后在剪切面形成封闭端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电水性人造革,其特征在于,所述的抗静电剂层(1)具体是指将抗静电剂S-60与水性表面处理剂混合,之后涂覆于人造革表面,形成抗静电剂层(1)。
