The washing process of the full-automatic rotary drum extrusion type washing machine comprises the following steps: opening a shell upper cover 1 of the washing machine, putting clothes to be washed into a dewatering barrel 8, adding a detergent, covering the shell upper cover 1, switching on a power supply and a water source, starting up on a control panel on an electric control device 2, setting a washing mode (strong washing, standard and gentle), starting a program, opening a water supply electromagnetic valve 23 under program control, injecting water into a water containing barrel 10, constantly transmitting a liquid level height value in the water containing barrel to the electric control device 2 by a liquid level monitoring device 25, and closing the water supply electromagnetic valve 23 when the liquid level value reaches a set value, stopping water inflow; the electric control device 2 controls the motor 13 to rotate positively, the dewatering barrel 8 is driven to rotate anticlockwise in the water containing barrel 10 through the speed reducer 17, the two extrusion plates 5 and 21 are folded towards the middle (see figure 3), the dewatering barrel 8 drives the extrusion plates 5 and 21 to rotate together, clothes in the barrel are dragged to rotate in water, the clothes are extruded under the resistance of the water, and pollutants in clothes fibers are extruded from meshes of the extrusion plates 5 and 21 together with the water; when the extrusion force reaches a certain value, the electric control device 2 stops the power supply of the motor 13, the motor 13 stops and is stored for a period of time, clothes are far away from the extrusion plate and roll and absorb water under the action of water flow, the stop time is up to the time when the electric control device 2 supplies power to the motor 13, the motor 13 drives the dewatering barrel 8 to rotate anticlockwise, the clothes are extruded again, then the motor 13 stops rotating, and the clothes roll and absorb water; the circulation is performed until the washing procedure is finished, the electric control device 2 controls the water draining electromagnetic valve 12 to be opened, water in the water holding barrel 10 is drained, when the water holding barrel 10 is drained, the electric control device 2 controls the motor 13 to rotate reversely to drive the dewatering barrel 8 to rotate clockwise, the squeeze plates 5 and 21 are attached to the inner wall of the dewatering barrel 8 under the action of centrifugal force, clothes spin-dry under the action of centrifugal force, if the shaking amplitude of the dewatering barrel 8 is too large, the shaking sensor 21 is triggered to act, the electric control device 2 receives the signal of the shaking sensor 21, and the brake driver 19 is controlled to act to drive the brake belt 18 to be tensioned, and the dewatering barrel 8 brakes and decelerates; if the upper cover 1 of the shell is opened in the spin-drying process, the upper cover opening sensor 24 acts, the electric control device 2 receives the signal of the upper cover opening sensor 24, and controls the brake driver 19 to act to drive the brake belt 18 to be tensioned, and the dewatering barrel 8 brakes and decelerates to stop; after the spin-drying is finished, a rinsing process is carried out, the rinsing process is similar to the washing process, the rinsing time is shorter than the washing time, the spin-drying is carried out after the rinsing is finished, and the buzzer prompts the washing to be finished after the spin-drying is finished.
Of course, the driving device can also be directly driven by a motor through a frequency conversion technology, and the electric control device can also be a semi-automatic device, so that an automatic drying function can be added according to the needs of customers.
The drum extrusion type washing machine has the advantages of high cleaning ratio, short washing time, small clothes abrasion, low noise, low energy consumption, compact, reasonable and simple structure, high reliability and convenient use.

A rotary drum extrusion type washing machine, characterized in that: comprising: a water containing barrel, a dewatering barrel and an extrusion device; the water containing bucket is of a round barrel structure with an opening at the upper end, and four external corners are connected with the shell through damping devices; the upper end of the water holding bucket is provided with an opening, so that clothes and water can be conveniently taken and placed, and an overflow port is reserved at the upper half part of the outer wall of the water holding bucket and is connected with a drain pipe through a hose; the bottom of the dewatering barrel is provided with a driving device and a drainage device, the center of the bottom of the dewatering barrel is provided with a hole, a driving shaft of the driving device is connected with the bottom of the dewatering barrel through the hole, and the contact part of the driving shaft and the water containing barrel is sealed in a sliding way; the bottom of the washing machine is provided with a water outlet which is connected with the water draining device, and a water level monitoring port which is connected with the water level monitoring device and is used for fixedly supporting most devices of the washing machine and the washing water;
the dewatering barrel is of a barrel structure with an opening at the upper end, and a balance ring is arranged at the upper end of the dewatering barrel; the wall of the barrel is densely provided with through small holes, and the small holes are convenient for water to enter and flow out and for separating clothes from water during spin-drying; the extrusion plate is connected with the barrel wall of the extrusion plate through a hinge with a limit; the center of the bottom of the dewatering barrel is provided with a hole, the size of the hole is matched with the driving shaft of the driving device, and the dewatering barrel is fixed on the driving shaft of the driving device through a locking nut; the squeezing device is matched with the squeezing device to drive clothes to rotate in water together so as to realize squeezing type washing and rinsing; the function of separating clothes from water is realized when the clothes are spin-dried;
the extrusion device consists of two extrusion plates and four hinges; the extruding plate is a curved rectangular mesh plate, the length of the extruding plate is close to the height of the dewatering barrel, the arc length of the curved surface of the extruding plate is close to and less than one quarter of the arc length of the dewatering barrel, and the arc length of the extruding plate is close to the curved radian of the barrel wall of the dewatering barrel; the two extrusion plates are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the dewatering barrel through hinges and are separated by 180 degrees; when washing, under the resistance of water, one side of the two extrusion plates far away from the hinge moves towards the center of the dewatering barrel and is intersected, the washing barrel is divided into two washing cavities, clothes are divided into two parts and are arranged in the two cavities, the driving device drives the dewatering barrel to rotate, the clothes are driven to rotate together in water, as the clothes are tightly woven, the water flow passes through the outer layer clothes in the rotation direction of the dewatering barrel and is extruded by water, the inner layer clothes are compressed, the water in the inner layer clothes is extruded, dirt in the clothes is carried out by the extruded water flow, when the dewatering barrel stops rotating, the water passes through meshes of the extrusion plates due to the inertia of the water flow, the clothes are washed away from the extrusion plates and are rolled and absorbed by water, then the dewatering barrel rotates, then the dewatering barrel stops rotating, and the clothes roll and absorb water, thus the rotation of the dewatering barrel stops, and the extrusion washing of the clothes is realized; after the washing is finished, the driving device drives the dewatering barrel to rotate in the opposite direction with the washing, and under the action of centrifugal force, the extruding plate rotates by taking the hinge shaft as the axis and is attached to the inner wall of the dewatering barrel, and clothes are dried under the action of centrifugal force.

The drum extrusion type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the rotary drum extrusion type washing machine comprises a shell, wherein the shell is a hollow cuboid, a water containing barrel is connected inside the shell through a damping device, casters are arranged at the bottom of the shell, and an electric control device and a water supply device are arranged at the upper half part of the shell; the hollow hole with the cover plate is formed at the upper end, so that clothes can be conveniently put in and taken out, and the hollow hole has the external packing and supporting functions of the whole washing machine.

The drum extrusion type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the drum squeezing type washing machine comprises a water supply and drainage device, wherein the water supply and drainage device is a mechanism for controlling water inlet and drainage of the washing machine; the water supply device consists of a water pipe, a liquid level meter and a water supply electromagnetic valve and is fixed on the shell; the inlet of the water supply electromagnetic valve is connected with tap water through a water pipe, the outlet of the water supply electromagnetic valve is aligned with the upper opening of the water holding barrel through a water pipe, the water supply electromagnetic valve is connected with a circuit board of the electric control device through a wire, the water supply electromagnetic valve is controlled to be turned on or off by program instructions of the electric control device, the liquid level meter is connected with the circuit board of the electric control device through a wire and is communicated with the bottom of the water holding barrel through a water pipe, and the water level meter is used for providing a numerical value of the water level height of the water holding barrel for program operation of the electric control device and controlling the water quantity of the water holding barrel; the water draining device consists of a water draining pipe and a water draining electromagnetic valve, and the water draining electromagnetic valve is fixed at the bottom of the water holding barrel; the inlet of the drainage electromagnetic valve is communicated with the bottom of the water holding bucket through a water pipe, the outlet of the drainage electromagnetic valve is connected with a drain pipe, the drainage electromagnetic valve is connected with a circuit board of the electric control device through a wire, and drainage of the water holding bucket is realized according to a program instruction of the electric control device.
