(2) slicing: slicing the polyester block material, the spandex block material and the TPU block material to obtain a polyester sheet material, a spandex sheet material and a TPU sheet material;
(3) drawing silk: adding polyester sheet materials, spandex sheet materials and TPU sheet materials into an extruder, and melting, extruding and spinning through the extruder to obtain elastic fish filaments; wherein the mass percentages of the terylene sheet material, the spandex sheet material and the TPU sheet material are as follows: 5-15% of terylene sheet material, 5-15% of spandex sheet material and 70-90% of TPU sheet material;
(4) rolling: winding the elastic fish wire on a wire coil to obtain an elastic fish wire reel;
(5) weaving: the elastic fish wire reel is arranged on a knitting machine and is knitted through the knitting machine to obtain gray cloth;
(6) shaping: heating and shaping the gray cloth to obtain a transparent elastic fish silk shoe cloth product;
the heating of the extruder is divided into six zones which are connected in sequence, wherein the temperature of the first zone is set to be 195-205 ℃, the temperature of the second zone is set to be 205-215 ℃, the temperature of the third zone is set to be 210-220 ℃, the temperature of the fourth zone is set to be 220-230 ℃, the temperature of the fifth zone is set to be 225-235 ℃, and the temperature of the die head zone is set to be 205-215 ℃;
the knitting machine is a warp knitting machine or a weft knitting machine, wherein the cloth knitting speed of the warp knitting machine is set to be 200-400 yards/day, and the cloth knitting speed of the weft knitting machine is set to be 400-500 yards/day;
the step (6) specifically comprises the following steps:
(6.1) preheating: preheating the grey cloth, wherein the preheating temperature is set to be 38-42 ℃;
(6.2) feeding: feeding the preheated blank cloth into a rotary infrared baking machine, and spirally and sequentially winding the blank cloth on a feeding spiral rotating shaft in the rotary infrared baking machine, wherein the feeding spiral rotating shaft feeds forward at the rotating speed of 100-120 rpm, and the heating temperature is set to be 38-42 ℃;
(6.3) heating: keeping the rotating speed of the rotary infrared baking machine unchanged, and slowly increasing the heating temperature of the rotary infrared baking machine to 100 ℃;
(6.4) heat preservation: and when the temperature is increased to 100 ℃, keeping the temperature and the pressure for 15-25 minutes, adjusting the pressure in the rotary infrared baking machine to 110-130 Pa, and adjusting the rotating speed of the rotary infrared baking machine to 50-70 r/min.
2. The method for preparing the transparent elastic fish silk shoe cloth according to claim 1, wherein the speed of extrusion and spinning of the extruder in the step (3) is 5-15 m/min.
3. The preparation method of the transparent elastic fish silk shoe cloth according to claim 1, wherein the fineness of the elastic fish silk is 75-150D.
4. The method for preparing the transparent elastic fish silk shoe cloth according to claim 1, wherein the heating temperature adjusting process time in the step (6.3) is 20-40 minutes.
