Abstract

本发明公开了一种秸秆燃料棒及其制备工艺,燃料棒由以下重量份的原料组成:无烟煤粉20‑30份、秸秆100‑120份、枯树皮14‑20份、枯树枝18‑25份、枯树叶22‑30份、胶合剂10‑18份、助燃剂10‑18份、脱硫剂8‑16份、酵母6‑12份、牛粪8‑12份;本发明一种秸秆燃料棒,原材料都是农村最容易得到的材料,像秸秆、枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、牛粪等,采用现代脱硫、压合、挤出工艺,制成无硫棒状燃料,燃烧后不产生污染大气的二氧化硫等物质,棒状便于储存、运输,原材料价格低,农村随处可得,能够大规模生产推广,有着巨大的市场潜力。

本发明属于秸秆再加工领域,具体涉及一种秸秆燃料棒及其制备工艺。
背景技术
煤炭一直是我国普遍使用的能源,特别在北方地区,冬季采暖大多用的是煤炭,燃烧煤炭会产生二氧化硫、二氧化氮、粉尘、颗粒等有害物质,严重污染大气环境。广大农村地区有很多废弃秸秆,还有枯树枝、枯树叶、枯树皮、牛粪等,这些都是没有被开发的资源,传统秸秆处理方法通常是就地燃烧,严重污染大气环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种秸秆燃料棒,原材料由秸秆、枯树皮、枯树叶、枯树枝、牛粪等农村常见的材料为主要原料,添加了脱硫剂、胶合剂、助燃剂等辅助材料,使制造的秸秆燃烧棒,燃烧时不产生污染大气环境的二氧化硫,充分运用在能源燃烧领域,节约了大量煤炭、石油资源,产生巨大的经济效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种秸秆燃料棒,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:无烟煤粉20-30份、秸秆100-120份、枯树皮14-20份、枯树枝18-25份、枯树叶22-30份、胶合剂10-18份、助燃剂10-18份、脱硫剂8-16份、酵母6-12份、牛粪8-12份。
进一步的,一种秸秆燃料棒,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:无烟煤粉22-28份、秸秆105-115份、枯树皮16-18份、枯树枝19-24份、枯树叶24-28份、胶合剂12-17份、助燃剂12-16份、脱硫剂9-15份、酵母7-11份、牛粪9-11份。
进一步的,一种秸秆燃料棒,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:无烟煤粉25份、秸秆110份、枯树皮17份、枯树枝22份、枯树叶26份、胶合剂14份、助燃剂14份、脱硫剂12份、酵母9份、牛粪10份。
一种秸秆燃料棒及其制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述比例牛粪晒干、粉碎,得到原料A;
S2、将所述比例枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、秸秆,粉碎、混合,得到原料B;
S3、将所述比例无烟煤粉、原料A、原料B、对应比例脱硫剂一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料C;
S4、将原料C,对应比例胶合剂、助燃剂、酵母一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到原料D,混合温度保持在30-40℃;
S5、将原料D放入挤出机中,挤出,得到秸秆燃料棒,燃料棒长度保持在10-12cm,底面直径保持4-5cm。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明采用农村的废弃秸秆、枯树枝、枯树叶、枯树皮、牛粪为主要原料,添加了脱硫剂、胶合剂、助燃剂,制得的秸秆燃料棒燃烧不产生污染大气的二氧化硫等物质,充分利用了农村废弃秸秆,有效的利用了闲置资源,原材料简单易得,回收价格便宜,制成棒状,便于储藏运输,市场前景巨大,能产生良好经济效益。
具体实施方式
具体实施例1:一种秸秆燃料棒,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:无烟煤粉20份、秸秆100份、枯树皮14份、枯树枝18份、枯树叶22份、胶合剂10份、助燃剂10份、脱硫剂8份、酵母6份、牛粪8份。
一种秸秆燃料棒的制备工艺为:
S1、将所述比例牛粪晒干、粉碎,得到原料A;
S2、将所述比例枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、秸秆,粉碎、混合,得到原料B;
S3、将所述比例无烟煤粉、原料A、原料B、对应比例脱硫剂一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料C;
S4、将原料C,对应比例胶合剂、助燃剂、酵母一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到原料D,混合温度保持在30℃;
S5、将原料D放入挤出机中,挤出,得到秸秆燃料棒,燃料棒长度保持在10cm,底面直径保持4cm。
具体实施例2:一种秸秆燃料棒,其按照以下原料的重量份组成:无烟煤粉25份、秸秆110份、枯树皮17份、枯树枝22份、枯树叶26份、胶合剂14份、助燃剂14份、脱硫剂12份、酵母9份、牛粪10份。
一种秸秆燃料棒的制备工艺为:
S1、将所述比例牛粪晒干、粉碎,得到原料A;
S2、将所述比例枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、秸秆,粉碎、混合,得到原料B;
S3、将所述比例无烟煤粉、原料A、原料B、对应比例脱硫剂一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料C;
S4、将原料C,对应比例胶合剂、助燃剂、酵母一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到原料D,混合温度保持在35℃;
S5、将原料D放入挤出机中,挤出,得到秸秆燃料棒,燃料棒长度保持在11cm,底面直径保持4.5cm。
具体实施例3:一种秸秆燃料棒,其按以下原料的重量份组成:无烟煤粉30份、秸秆120份、枯树皮20份、枯树枝25份、枯树叶30份、胶合剂18份、助燃剂18份、脱硫剂16份、酵母12份、牛粪12份。
一种秸秆燃料棒的制备工艺为:
S1、将所述比例牛粪晒干、粉碎,得到原料A;
S2、将所述比例枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、秸秆,粉碎、混合,得到原料B;
S3、将所述比例无烟煤粉、原料A、原料B、对应比例脱硫剂一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料C;
S4、将原料C,对应比例胶合剂、助燃剂、酵母一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到原料D,混合温度保持在40℃;
S5、将原料D放入挤出机中,挤出,得到秸秆燃料棒,燃料棒长度保持在12cm,底面直径保持5cm。

1.一种秸秆燃料棒,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:无烟煤粉20-30份、秸秆100-120份、枯树皮14-20份、枯树枝18-25份、枯树叶22-30份、胶合剂10-18份、助燃剂10-18份、脱硫剂8-16份、酵母6-12份、牛粪8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种秸秆燃料棒,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:无烟煤粉22-28份、秸秆105-115份、枯树皮16-18份、枯树枝19-24份、枯树叶24-28份、胶合剂12-17份、助燃剂12-16份、脱硫剂9-15份、酵母7-11份、牛粪9-11份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种秸秆燃料棒,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:无烟煤粉25份、秸秆110份、枯树皮17份、枯树枝22份、枯树叶26份、胶合剂14份、助燃剂14份、脱硫剂12份、酵母9份、牛粪10份。
4.一种根据权利要求1-3任意所述的秸秆燃料棒制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将所述比例牛粪晒干、粉碎,得到原料A;
S2、将所述比例枯树皮、枯树枝、枯树叶、秸秆,粉碎、混合,得到原料B;
S3、将所述比例无烟煤粉、原料A、原料B、对应比例脱硫剂一同放入脱硫机搅拌脱硫,得到原料C;
S4、将原料C,对应比例胶合剂、助燃剂、酵母一同放入热锅混合机中混合、搅匀,得到原料D,混合温度保持在30-40℃;
S5、将原料D放入挤出机中,挤出,得到秸秆燃料棒,燃料棒长度保持在10-12cm,底面直径保持4-5cm。
