A coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method is characterized in that a totally-enclosed smoke collection cover is adopted to completely enclose a coke oven and accessory facilities thereof, a smoke collection pipe network is arranged at the top of the smoke collection cover, and comprises a furnace top coal-charging smoke collection pipe, a machine side coke pushing smoke collection pipe, a coke side coke discharging smoke collection pipe and a smoke collection main pipe; the furnace top area, the machine side and the coke side of each hole carbonization chamber of the coke oven are respectively provided with a furnace top coal charging smoke dust collecting pipe, a machine side coke pushing smoke dust collecting pipe and a coke side coke discharging smoke dust collecting pipe in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the bottom opening of the furnace top coal charging smoke dust collecting pipe is positioned above the furnace top of the coke oven and is used for collecting smoke dust discharged during the coal charging operation of the carbonization chamber and dissipated smoke dust in the furnace top area; the bottom opening of the coke side coke-pushing smoke collecting pipe is positioned above the coke oven side and is used for collecting smoke discharged during coke pushing operation of the coking chamber and dissipated smoke at the coke side; the smoke dust collecting pipe on the top of the furnace, the smoke dust collecting pipe on the side of the machine for pushing coke and the smoke dust collecting pipe on the coke side for discharging coke are used for collecting all the smoke dust dissipated by the coke oven and the smoke dust discharged during coal loading, pushing coke and discharging coke into the smoke dust collecting main pipe and then are conveyed into the dust removing system through the smoke dust conveying pipeline for centralized treatment; a plurality of back blowing openings are formed in the periphery of the smoke dust collecting cover and are respectively connected with corresponding back blowing fans, and fresh air is blown into the smoke dust collecting cover periodically;
a plurality of fire guiding devices are arranged on the smoke dust collecting cover; the fire guiding device consists of fire guiding pipes and a fire guiding pipe cover/fire guiding pipe valve, the fire guiding pipes are correspondingly arranged above the coke oven ascending pipe one by one, the bottom end openings of the fire guiding pipes are arranged opposite to the top end opening of the coke oven ascending pipe, and the top ends of the fire guiding pipes extend out of the smoke dust collecting cover; a fire-guiding pipe cover is arranged at the opening at the top end of the fire-guiding pipe, or a fire-guiding pipe valve is arranged in the fire-guiding pipe, and the fire-guiding pipe cover/the fire-guiding pipe valve is linked with a water sealing cover of a coke oven ascending pipe to realize synchronous opening and closing; in the coke oven accident state, flame and high-temperature flue gas generated by raw coke oven gas in the coke oven ascending pipe directly enter the fire guide pipe and are led out of the coke oven dust hood through the fire guide pipe, so that the dust collecting hood is protected.

The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method according to claim 1, characterized in that flap valves are respectively arranged in the furnace top coal charging smoke collection pipe, the machine side coke pushing smoke collection pipe and the coke side coke discharging smoke collection pipe; when the coke oven is normally produced, the opening degree of the flap valve in each smoke dust collecting pipe corresponding to the coking chamber which is carrying out coal loading, coke pushing or coke discharging operation is adjusted to be more than 80 percent, and the opening degree of the flap valve in the smoke dust collecting pipe corresponding to other coking chambers is adjusted within 20 percent according to requirements.

The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the top of the smoke collection cover is provided with a plurality of top air outlets along the length direction and the width direction of the coke oven, and the top air outlets are respectively provided with a self-operated blast cap; when the coke oven is in an accident state, the air is forcibly exhausted through a plurality of self-operated air caps arranged on the smoke dust collecting cover, and meanwhile, fresh air is blown into the smoke dust collecting cover through a plurality of back-blowing air ports.

The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the middle part of the smoke collection cover is provided with a groove-shaped structure which protrudes upwards and is folded, the groove-shaped structure is arranged along the length direction of the coke oven, and the smoke collection pipe network is arranged below the groove-shaped structure.
5. The coke oven smoke dust totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method of claim 1, wherein the dust removal system is a dust removal ground station, and the dust removal ground station is provided with a suction fan.

The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the water seal cover, the fire-guiding pipe cover/the fire-guiding pipe valve of the coke oven ascension pipe are further provided with manual opening and closing devices; when power failure is caused by an accident state, a water seal cover, a fire guide pipe cover/a fire guide pipe valve of a coke oven ascending pipe are opened and closed through a manual opening and closing device, meanwhile, a back-blowing fan is driven by a standby diesel generator, and fresh air is blown into a smoke dust collecting cover through a back-blowing air port.
7. The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method according to claim 1, wherein the smoke collection cover is composed of a steel structure framework and a containment system, the steel structure framework is arranged at the periphery of the coke oven, and a self-operated blast cap is arranged at the top of the steel structure framework; the enclosure system comprises a roof panel and a wall panel.
8. The coke oven smoke totally-enclosed centralized collection and treatment method of claim 1, wherein a fire-fighting device and a combustible and toxic gas detection alarm device are arranged in the smoke collection cover.
