本发明涉及一种防霉木塑新材料,采用如下重量份的原料制成:桑树木粉22份、空心微珠2份、芦苇秸秆22份、硬包装纸纸粉6份、瓜蒌藤17份、竹粉17份、废旧包装袋塑料粒20份、聚丙烯22份、聚氯乙烯22份、纳米二氧化钛4份、纳米二氧化锆3份、坡缕石2份、纳米二硫化钼2份、针叶木纤维2份、氢氧化镁0.6份、可膨胀石墨0.2份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂2份、聚乙二醇二硬脂酸脂3份、酚醛树脂2份、聚乙烯蜡3份、花椒素4份、百菌清0.2份。该木塑材料制作简单,经济环保,能充分利用废弃的木材和塑料,减少环境污染;致密性好,力学性能好,非常耐用;防霉抗菌性能好,具有广泛的应用价值。

本发明涉及木塑材料领域,具体涉及一种防霉木塑新材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料(WPC)是由热塑性塑料与木纤维或植物纤维复合制备而成,该材料兼具木材和塑料的双重特性,热伸缩性、吸水性均比木材小,尺寸稳定性好,耐磨性和抗冲击性能高,产品可以再回收利用。但是现有的木塑材料的防霉效果不是很好,严重制约着木塑材料的进一步发展。因此,提供一种防霉木塑新材料及其制备方法变得十分重要。

一种防霉木塑新材料,包括如下重量份的原料:
桑树木粉20-30份、空心微珠1-3份、芦苇秸秆20-30份、硬包装纸纸粉5-10份、瓜蒌藤15-20份、竹粉15-20份、废旧包装袋塑料粒18-28份、聚丙烯20-25份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、纳米二氧化钛3-6份、纳米二氧化锆2-5份、坡缕石1-4份、纳米二硫化钼1-4份、针叶木纤维1-3份、氢氧化镁0.5-1份、可膨胀石墨0.1-0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂1-4份、聚乙二醇二硬脂酸脂2-5份、酚醛树脂1-4份、聚乙烯蜡2-5份、花椒素3-6份。
优选地,一种防霉木塑新材料,还包括百菌清0.1-0.5份。

一种防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将所有原料投入到压力锅内高压处理1-3小时,压力为5-10MPa,取出,再放入-50℃冷库冷冻1-3小时,取出,再放入烘干机内烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干后含水率不大于3%;
(2)将烘干后原料投入搅拌机中搅拌10-15min,使之分散无结块;
(3)搅拌后的原料经过双螺杆挤出机挤出,挤出温度为190-200℃,然后经过冷却水冷却成型即可。
优选地,步骤(1)中高压处理的时间为2.5小时,压力为6MPa,冷冻时间为2小时,烘干温度为77℃。
优选地,步骤(2)中搅拌时间为13min。
优选地,步骤(3)中挤出温度为193℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明木塑材料制作简单,节约木料,经济环保,能充分利用废弃的木材和塑料,减少环境污染;致密性好,力学性能好,非常耐用;防霉抗菌性能好,具有广泛的应用价值。

上述防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:

上述防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将所有原料投入到压力锅内高压处理2.5小时,压力为6MPa,取出,再放入-50℃冷库冷冻2小时,取出,再放入烘干机内烘干,烘干温度为77℃,烘干后含水率不大于3%;

桑树木粉20-30份、空心微珠1-3份、芦苇秸秆20-30份、硬包装纸纸粉5-10份、瓜蒌藤15-20份、竹粉15-20份、废旧包装袋塑料粒18-28份、聚丙烯20-25份、聚氯乙烯20-25份、纳米二氧化钛3-6份、纳米二氧化锆2-5份、坡缕石1-4份、纳米二硫化钼1-4份、针叶木纤维1-3份、氢氧化镁0.5-1份、可膨胀石墨0.1-0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂1-4份、聚乙二醇二硬脂酸脂2-5份、酚醛树脂1-4份、聚乙烯蜡2-5份、花椒素3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉木塑新材料,其特征在于,还包括百菌清0.1-0.5份。

5.一种防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将所有原料投入到压力锅内高压处理1-3小时,压力为5-10MPa,取出,再放入-50℃冷库冷冻1-3小时,取出,再放入烘干机内烘干,烘干温度为70-80℃,烘干后含水率不大于3%;
(2)将烘干后原料投入搅拌机中搅拌10-15min,使之分散无结块;
(3)搅拌后的原料经过双螺杆挤出机挤出,挤出温度为190-200℃,然后经过冷却水冷却成型即可。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中高压处理的时间为2.5小时,压力为6MPa,冷冻时间为2小时,烘干温度为77℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中搅拌时间为13min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种防霉木塑新材料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中挤出温度为193℃。
