Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water purifier according to the first embodiment includes a pretreatment filter 61, a booster pump 10, a precision filter 20, and a high-pressure switch 30, which are sequentially connected in the flow direction of water, wherein the booster pump 10 is a power-adjustable booster pump 10, and the water purifier further includes a controller 50. The booster pump 10 is connected with the controller 50, and according to the repeated start-stop frequency of the water purifier, the controller 50 adjusts the working power of the booster pump 10, and when the water purifier is repeatedly started and stopped within the preset unit time t 1, the controller 50 reduces the working power of the booster pump 10 so as to reduce the water flow passing through the precise filter element 20.
By applying the technical scheme of the first embodiment, water in the water purifier flows through the pretreatment filter element 61, the booster pump 10, the precision filter element 20 and the high-voltage switch 30 in sequence and finally flows to the water outlet joint of the user, so that the water purifier finishes the water purification operation.
When the water purifier is in water making operation, the high-voltage switch 30 is in an on state, the booster pump 10 is used for boosting water, at the moment, the water pressure at the high-voltage switch is smaller than the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10, after the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10 is balanced with the water pressure at the high-voltage switch, the high-voltage switch is disconnected, the booster pump 10 stops working, and the water purifier is switched from the water making state to the full water state after the water making operation is completed.
If the water purifier repeatedly starts and stops the booster pump 10 within the preset unit time t 1, the controller 50 reduces the working power of the booster pump 10, reduces the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10, and reduces the water flow and the water pressure flowing through the precise filter element 20, thereby reducing the starting frequency of the booster pump 10 and reducing the working noise of the booster pump 10. Thus, the water purifier in the first embodiment not only reduces the working noise of the water purifier (the working noise of the booster pump 10) within a certain period of time, improves the user experience, but also prolongs the service life of the booster pump 10.
Optionally, the precision filter cartridge 20 is a nanofiltration filter cartridge or a reverse osmosis membrane filter cartridge.
As shown in fig. 2, in the water purifier of the first embodiment, a water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 is provided at an upstream position of the booster pump 10 along a water flow direction, the high-pressure switch 30 is connected with the controller 50 as a full water detection part, and the water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 is connected with the controller 50, when the water pressure in the water purifier increases to turn off the high-pressure switch 30, the water purifier is in a full water state, the controller 50 receives a full water signal sent by the high-pressure switch 30 and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 to be closed, the booster pump 10 stops working, and the water purifier stops making water in a stop state; when the water pressure in the water purifier is reduced to the state that the high-voltage switch 30 is opened, the water purifier is in a water shortage state, the controller 50 receives a water making signal sent by the high-voltage switch 30 and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 to be opened, the booster pump 10 starts to work, and the water purifier starts to make water in a starting state; when the controller 50 repeatedly receives the full water signal and the water making signal within the preset unit time t 1, the controller 50 adjusts the working power of the booster pump 10 to be small, and when the controller 50 does not receive the full water signal or the water making signal within the preset unit time t 1, the controller 50 adjusts the working power of the booster pump 10 to be large. Specifically, in the preset unit time t 1, when the user frequently uses purified water at less than the rated flow rate, the high-pressure switch 30 is frequently opened and closed, which repeatedly opens the booster pump 10 and the water inlet solenoid valve 70. At this time, if the operating power of the booster pump 10 is reduced, the amount of water per unit time in the water purifier is reduced, which is advantageous in that the water production time is prolonged, that is, the possibility of repeated opening and closing of the high-voltage switch 30 is reduced. At this time, the controller 50 adjusts the working power of the booster pump 10 to be small, so that the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10 is reduced, and the water flow and the water pressure flowing through the precise filter element 20 are reduced, thereby reducing the starting frequency of the booster pump, reducing the working noise of the booster pump, and improving the user experience.
In the preset unit time t 1, if the water purifier is always in the full water state, the high-voltage switch 30 is in the off state due to the fact that the water pressure at the high-voltage switch 30 reaches the standard, and the controller 50 receives the full water signal sent by the high-voltage switch 30 and then controls the booster pump 10 to stop working. If the water purifier is in a water shortage state later, that is, after the high-voltage switch 30 is turned on again due to the decrease of the water pressure, the controller 50 starts the booster pump 10 to perform the water making operation after receiving the water making signal sent by the high-voltage switch 30, and resumes the working power of the booster pump 10, that is, increases the working power of the booster pump 10.
Preferably, the preset unit time t 1 is 5 seconds or less. In the water purifier of the first embodiment, the preset unit time t 1 is less than or equal to 2 seconds. When the controller 50 receives the full water signal and the water production signal repeatedly a plurality of times within 2 seconds, the controller 50 adjusts the operating power of the booster pump 10 to be small, and when the controller 50 does not receive the full water signal or the water production signal within 2 seconds, the controller 50 adjusts the operating power of the booster pump 10 to be large. Thus, when the user frequently uses purified water in less than or equal to 2 seconds under the condition of less than the rated flow, the controller 50 adjusts the working power of the booster pump 10 to be small, thereby reducing the starting frequency of the booster pump, reducing the working noise of the booster pump, and improving the user experience. The numerical value setting improves the detection precision of the water purifier.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the water purifier of the first embodiment, there are two pretreatment filter elements 61, and the above-mentioned water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 is disposed between the two pretreatment filter elements 61, when the water purifier is in a full water state, the controller 50 controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 to be closed, the booster pump 10 to stop working, and the water purifier stops producing water in a stop state; when the water purifier is in a water shortage state, the controller 50 controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve 70 to be opened, the booster pump 10 starts to operate, and the water purifier starts to produce water and is in a starting state.
As shown in fig. 1, in the water purifier according to the first embodiment, the water purifier further includes a power adapter 110, and the power adapter 110 is connected to the controller 50 to supply power to the controller 50. Preferably, the controller 50 is a master control board.
As shown in fig. 1, in the water purifier according to the first embodiment, a check valve 90 is further provided on a pipe connecting the precision filter element 20 and the post-activated carbon 80. Water can only flow from the precision filter cartridge 20 into the post-activated carbon 80 and no reverse flow can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, in the water purifier according to the first embodiment, the water purifier further includes a waste water ratio 100, and the waste water ratio 100 is connected to a pipe of the return port of the precision filter element 20, thereby improving the water utilization rate.
In this embodiment, the power level of the booster pump 10 may be adjusted by the coordinated control of the controller 50 and the high-voltage switch 30.
Example two
The difference between the water purifier in the second embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the power of the booster pump is adjusted manually.
The operating power of the booster pump can be adjusted by manual adjustment.
Specifically, the water purifier further comprises a power adjusting key, and the power adjusting key is connected with the controller to adjust the working power of the booster pump. Specifically, when the water purifier is repeatedly started and stopped in a preset unit time, a user can operate a power adjusting key connected with the controller to adjust the working power of the booster pump. The structure enables the user to adjust the booster pump more conveniently, so that the user experience is improved.
Alternatively, the booster pump has two gear positions, and repeatedly presses the power adjustment key, the booster pump switches between the low gear position and the high gear position. Specifically, when the water purifier is repeatedly started and stopped in a preset unit time, a user manually presses a power adjusting key once, so that the booster pump is in a low gear, the working power of the booster pump can be reduced, the outlet pressure of the booster pump is reduced, the water flow rate is further reduced, the starting frequency of the booster pump is reduced, and the user experience is improved. The user presses the power adjusting key once again for the booster pump is in the high gear, then can resume booster pump's operating power, resumes booster pump's outlet pressure, and then increases the water flow of making.
Example III
The difference between the water purifier in the third embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the control methods of the water purifiers are different.
The water purifier in the third embodiment comprises a pretreatment filter element, a booster pump, a precise filter element and a high-voltage switch which are sequentially connected along the flowing direction of water, wherein the booster pump is a booster pump with adjustable power, and the water purifier further comprises a controller. The booster pump is connected with the controller, and according to the repeated start-stop frequency of the water purifier, the controller adjusts the working power of the booster pump, and when the water purifier is repeatedly started and stopped in a preset unit time t 1, the controller reduces the working power of the booster pump so as to reduce the water flow passing through the precise filter element.
In the water purifier of the third embodiment, a water inlet electromagnetic valve is arranged at the upstream position of the booster pump along the flowing direction of water, the high-pressure switch is connected with the controller as a full water detection part, the water inlet electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller, when the water pressure in the water purifier is increased to enable the high-pressure switch to be disconnected, the water purifier is in a full water state, the controller receives a full water signal sent by the high-pressure switch and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be closed, the booster pump is stopped working, and the water purifier stops making water and is in a stop state; when the water pressure in the water purifier is reduced to the state that the high-pressure switch is turned on, the water purifier is in a water shortage state, the controller receives a water making signal sent by the high-pressure switch and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be turned on, the booster pump starts to work, and the water purifier starts to make water in a starting state; when the controller repeatedly receives the water full signal and the water making signal for a plurality of times within the preset unit time t 1, the controller adjusts the working power of the booster pump to be small, and when the time difference between the water making signal and the water full signal received by the controller is larger than the first preset stable time t 2, the controller adjusts the working power of the booster pump to be large.
Specifically, in the preset unit time t 1, when the user frequently uses purified water under the condition of less than the rated flow, the high-voltage switch is frequently opened and closed, so that the booster pump and the water inlet electromagnetic valve are repeatedly opened. At this time, if the working power of the booster pump is reduced, the amount of water in the unit time in the water purifier is reduced, which is favorable for prolonging the water making time, namely reducing the possibility of repeated opening and closing of the high-voltage switch. At this moment, the work power of booster pump is transferred to the controller, and then the outlet pressure of booster pump reduces, reduces the discharge and the water pressure of accurate filter core that flow through to reduce the starting frequency of booster pump, reduce the work noise of booster pump, improve user's use experience.
When the time difference between the water making signal and the water filling signal received by the controller is greater than the first preset stable time t 2, that is, the user does not frequently use the purified water under the condition of being smaller than the rated flow, the controller restores the working power of the booster pump, that is, increases the working power of the booster pump.
In the water purifier of the third embodiment, the first preset stabilization time t 2 is greater than 20 seconds. In order to improve the detection accuracy, a suitable first preset settling time t 2, i.e. more than 20 seconds, needs to be set.
Example IV
The difference between the water purifier in the fourth embodiment and the first embodiment is that: the control methods of the water purifiers are different.
The water purifier in the fourth embodiment comprises a pretreatment filter element, a booster pump, a precise filter element and a high-voltage switch which are sequentially connected along the flowing direction of water, wherein the booster pump is a booster pump with adjustable power, and the water purifier further comprises a controller.
In the water purifier of the third embodiment, a water inlet electromagnetic valve is arranged at the upstream position of the booster pump along the flowing direction of water, the high-pressure switch is connected with the controller as a full water detection part, the water inlet electromagnetic valve is connected with the controller, when the water pressure in the water purifier is increased to enable the high-pressure switch to be disconnected, the water purifier is in a full water state, the controller receives a full water signal sent by the high-pressure switch and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be closed, the booster pump is stopped working, and the water purifier stops making water and is in a stop state; when the water pressure in the water purifier is reduced to the state that the high-pressure switch is turned on, the water purifier is in a water shortage state, the controller receives a water making signal sent by the high-pressure switch and controls the water inlet electromagnetic valve to be turned on, the booster pump starts to work, and the water purifier starts to make water in a starting state; when the controller receives the full water signal and the water making signal repeatedly for a plurality of times within a preset unit time t 1, the controller reduces the working power of the booster pump, and when the controller does not receive a new water making signal within a second preset stable time t 3 after receiving the full water signal, the controller increases the working power of the booster pump.
When the controller does not receive a new water making signal within a second preset stable time t 3 after receiving the water filling signal, the water purifier is always in a water filling state within a second preset stable time t 3, and the user does not use purified water, the controller recovers the working power of the booster pump, namely, the working power of the booster pump is increased.
In the water purifier of the fourth embodiment, the second preset stabilization time t 3 is greater than 20 seconds. In order to improve the detection accuracy of the controller, a suitable second preset settling time t 3, i.e. greater than 20 seconds, needs to be set.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
in the present application, water in the water purifier flows through the pre-treatment filter 61, the booster pump 10, the precision filter 20, and the high-voltage switch 30 in this order, and finally flows to the user side, so that the water purifier completes the purification operation of the water.
When the water purifier is in water making operation, the high-pressure switch 30 is in an on state, the booster pump 10 is used for boosting water, at the moment, the water pressure at the high-pressure switch 30 is smaller than the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10, after the outlet pressure of the booster pump 10 is balanced with the water pressure at the high-pressure switch 30, the high-pressure switch 30 is disconnected, the booster pump 10 stops working, and the water purifier is switched from the water making state to the full water state after the water making operation is completed.
Thus, the water purifier not only reduces the working noise of the water purifier (the working noise of the booster pump 10) within a certain time and improves the user experience, but also prolongs the service life of the booster pump 10.
