Abstract

本发明公开了一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构，包括输送链轮、输送链条、支撑座、支撑辊和限位槽，所述支撑座固定于限位槽内，若干个支撑辊相隔一定间距地转动连接在支撑座上，两输送链轮转动连接在限位槽内，输送链条绕设于两输送链轮上，且输送链条形成上、下两个传动方向相反的传送侧带，上侧的传送侧带置于限位槽内并支撑在支撑辊上。输送链条中的上侧传送侧带支撑在支撑辊上，树木压在支撑辊上，避免输送链条的压损。

本发明涉及一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构。
背景技术：
现有的用于输送木料的链式运输机在运输树木过程中，由于树木重量普遍较重，树木直接压在链条上，使用段时间后会对链轮和链条造成极大的损坏。
发明内容：
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有：一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构，包括输送链轮、输送链条、支撑座、支撑辊和限位槽，所述支撑座固定于限位槽内，若干个支撑辊相隔一定间距地转动连接在支撑座上，两输送链轮转动连接在限位槽内，输送链条绕设于两输送链轮上，且输送链条形成上、下两个传动方向相反的传送侧带，上侧的传送侧带置于限位槽内并支撑在支撑辊上。
进一步地，所述限位槽的底面上设有排料槽孔。
本发明具有如下有益效果：
输送链条中的上侧传送侧带支撑在支撑辊上，树木压在支撑辊上，避免输送链条的压损。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图3，本发明一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构，包括输送链轮20、输送链条21、支撑座23、支撑辊24和限位槽31，支撑座23固定于限位槽31内，若干个支撑辊24相隔一定间距地转动连接在支撑座23上，两输送链轮20通过转轴和轴承转动连接在限位槽31内，输送链条21绕设于两输送链轮20上，且输送链条21形成上、下两个传动方向相反的传送侧带，上侧的传送侧带置于限位槽31内并支撑在支撑辊24上。
在使用时，树木放置在输送链条21上并通过输送链条21输送，输送过程中，输送链条21中的上侧传送侧带支撑在支撑辊24上，树木压在支撑辊24上，避免输送链条21的压损。
在限位槽31的底面上设有排料槽孔32，排料槽孔32可以避免树木的杂屑积聚在限位槽31内。

1.一种链式运输机中的链条支撑结构，其特征在于：包括输送链轮(20)、输送链条(21)、支撑座(23)、支撑辊(24)和限位槽(31)，所述支撑座(23)固定于限位槽(31)内，若干个支撑辊(24)相隔一定间距地转动连接在支撑座(23)上，两输送链轮(20)转动连接在限位槽(31)内，输送链条(21)绕设于两输送链轮(20)上，且输送链条(21)形成上、下两个传动方向相反的传送侧带，上侧的传送侧带置于限位槽(31)内并支撑在支撑辊(24)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的链式运输机中的链条支撑结构，其特征在于：所述限位槽(31)的底面上设有排料槽孔(32)。
