In the process of shipping the easy-flowing goods, because the ship vibrates and swings, the gap between the goods is reduced, the surface of the goods gradually seeps water to form a free liquid level, and meanwhile, the internal pore water pressure of the goods rises to cause the shear strength loss of the goods, namely, the goods move to cause the transverse inclination of the ship.
The occurrence of fluidization of the goods is closely related to the water content of the goods, so that the fluidization of the goods easy to fluidize can be prevented by a method for reducing the water content. At present, no device and method for reducing the internal water content of the easy-to-flow goods by adopting the super absorbent polymer are discovered.
