The automobile 100 includes a pair of spaced and symmetrically arranged automobile tail door hinge assemblies 10, the door closing assisting mechanism 40 of the present embodiment may employ two torsion bars 41 made of alloy steel, one end of each torsion bar 41 forms a bent round angle structure and is connected with the bracket 11 of one of the automobile tail door hinge assemblies 10, and the other end of each torsion bar 41 is connected with the second end of the other tail door hinge assembly. When the door is opened, the first hinge plate 12 rotates clockwise relative to the bracket 11, and drives the torsion bar 41 to twist, thereby generating torsion resilience force. When the door is closed, the torsion resilience force of the torsion bar 41 can drive the first hinge plate 12 to rotate anticlockwise relative to the bracket 11 to a certain extent, so that the door closing process is assisted, and a user can easily complete the door closing process. It will be appreciated that the clockwise direction of this embodiment is the direction from a to B in fig. 2, and the counterclockwise direction is the direction from B to a in fig. 2.
The automobile 100 of the embodiment further comprises a pull rope mechanism 80, one end of the pull rope mechanism 80 is connected to a D-pillar lower outer plate reinforcing plate (not shown) of the automobile body 30, the other end of the pull rope mechanism 80 is connected to the tail gate lock reinforcing plate 26, after the automobile tail gate 20 is opened, the automobile tail gate 20 is kept in an opened state through the pulling action of the pull rope mechanism 80, and after the automobile tail gate 20 is opened, the weight of 120kg can be borne, so that the requirement that the automobile tail gate 20 can bear the weight is met.

Claims (9)
1. An automobile comprises an automobile tail door and an automobile tail door hinge assembly, wherein an opening is formed in the rear side of an automobile body of the automobile, and the automobile tail door is hinged to the automobile body of the automobile through the automobile tail door hinge assembly so as to open or close the opening; the automobile tail door is characterized by comprising a tail door assembly, wherein the tail door assembly comprises an outer decorative plate, a tail door outer plate, a tail door inner plate and an inner decorative plate which are sequentially stacked, the outer decorative plate covers one surface of the tail door outer plate, which is opposite to the tail door inner plate, and the automobile tail door hinge assembly is connected between the tail door outer plate and the outer decorative plate;
the automobile further comprises a tail door lock assembly, wherein the tail door lock assembly comprises an actuator component, a tail door lock and a lock catch matched with the tail door lock, and the actuator component is connected with the tail door lock through a inhaul cable;
the actuator assembly is arranged on one surface of the tail door inner plate, which is opposite to the tail door outer plate, and the lock catch is arranged on the rear side periphery of the vehicle body; the position on the tail door inner plate corresponding to the tail door lock is provided with an avoidance hole, the tail door assembly further comprises a tail door lock reinforcing plate arranged at the avoidance hole, the tail door lock reinforcing plate is of a protruding structure protruding towards one side of the inner decorative plate, a groove is formed towards one side of the tail door outer plate on the protruding structure, and the tail door lock is arranged in the groove.
2. The automobile of claim 1, wherein the tailgate assembly further comprises a hinge reinforcement plate disposed between the tailgate outer panel and the tailgate inner panel, and the hinge reinforcement plate abuts the tailgate outer panel, the automobile tailgate hinge assembly connecting the tailgate outer panel and the hinge reinforcement plate.
3. The automobile of claim 2, wherein the hinge reinforcement plate includes a plate body and a boss formed on the plate body, a boss surface of the boss abutting the tailgate outer plate, the plate body being connected to the tailgate inner plate.
4. The automobile of claim 1, wherein the number of the tail door locks and the number of the lock catches are two, the actuator assembly is respectively and correspondingly connected with the two tail door locks through two inhaul cables, the two lock catches are symmetrically arranged on the rear side wall of the automobile body, and the two tail door locks are in one-to-one correspondence with the two lock catches.
5. The automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the upper end of the tail gate outer plate is provided with an exhaust hole, and the lower end of the tail gate outer plate is provided with a water leakage hole.
6. The automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a tail lamp and a pull handle are provided on a side of the outer decorative plate facing away from the tail door outer panel.
7. The automobile according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an annular sealing surface is formed on a surface of the inner door panel facing the inner trim panel, the inner trim panel includes a main trim panel and two side trim panels, the main trim panel is mounted on an inner side of the annular sealing surface, and the two side trim panels are mounted on both sides of the annular sealing surface, respectively.
8. The automobile of claim 7, wherein an annular reinforcing rib is formed on a face of the tailgate inner panel facing the main trim panel, the annular reinforcing rib abutting the main trim panel.
9. The vehicle of any of claims 1-4, further comprising a tailgate harness assembly, a door closing assist mechanism, and a door opening speed control mechanism, the door closing assist mechanism and the door opening speed control mechanism each coupled to the vehicle tailgate hinge assembly, the tailgate harness assembly mechanism coupled to the tailgate inner panel.
