Abstract
本发明公开了一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,属于纺织面料技术领域。本发明外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈穿套交织而成。本发明的面料兼具针织物的保暖性、亲肤舒适性,也具有机织物的尺寸稳定性的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,属于纺织面料技术领域。
背景技术
现有面料为了提高保暖性,常影响透湿性,以致舒适性变差。许多多层复合织物用于开发新型功能性保暖透湿面料,然而往往各层之间用化学粘合剂进行粘合,影响了织物的舒适感。如曹国民、周小芳(专利申请号:CN201420732797.X)公开了一种复合面料,该复合面料为三层结构,面层为机织或针织的弹性织物,中间层为弹性薄膜,底层为拉绒针织物,三层结构之间采用以湿固化聚氨酯为黏合剂的热熔黏合。周顺兴、雍慧(专利申请号:CN201520665271.9)公开了一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,依次包括机织面料层,E-PTFE膜层和针织面料层,机织面料层与所述E-PTFE膜层之间,以及E-PTFE膜层与针织面料层之间均设有胶层。本发明将针织物和机织物由编织线圈穿套复合,从而解决了传统多层复合面料用粘合剂粘合带来的手感变硬,导湿性变差的问题。
杨俊枝(专利申请号:CN200910159720.1)公开了一种单向导湿羊绒及羊绒混纺机织或针织制品,其采用单面给液途径,在织物制品的正、反两面构造出亲、疏水性质不同的“双侧面结构”,制品的正面全部为具有良好的吸湿性能的亲水面,制品的反面非连续性地分布有具有疏水性结构的疏水区域,亲水性区域占该侧面总面积的20~80%。不同于本发明采用疏水机织面料和亲水针织面料的双层结构,充分发挥该面料的舒适性、亲肤性、挡风保暖等效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,解决传统多层复合面料手感硬,导湿性差的问题,提高了舒适性;并且,使面料同时具有亲、疏水两种不同的性能,保暖、透湿、保形。
本发明的技术方案:
一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈穿套交织而成。
所述疏水纤维高支纱线主要为涤纶、锦纶,所述亲水纱线主要为棉纱、毛纱、黏胶纱线。
所述疏水纤维高支纱线或亲水纱线支数高于80s。
所述机织面料紧度高于80%。
所述机织面料主要为平纹、斜纹或缎纹组织以及其他变化组织,所述针织面料主要为纬平针织物、罗纹组织或双反面组织以及其他变化组织。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料,针织物与皮肤接触,利用针织面料的线圈在织物和皮肤间形成空气层,同时提高了对水汽的容纳空间,充分发挥针织面料的舒适性、亲肤性优点。
(2)本发明外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料,实现了挡风保暖效果,同时亲水针织面料所吸附的水汽可以沿机织面料的经纬向铺展,有利于水汽的快速散失,也发挥机织面料优良的尺寸稳定性特点。
(2)本发明针织面料和机织面料由编织线圈穿套复合,从而解决了传统方式中用粘合剂粘合带来的手感变硬,导湿性变差的问题,提高了面料的舒适性。

实施例1:一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料
如图1所示,本实施例的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料1,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料2,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈3穿套交织而成。
其中:疏水纤维高支纱线采用涤纶制成,亲水纱线采用棉纱制成,支数高于80s,机织面料紧度高于80%。
机织面料为平纹,针织面料为纬平针织物。
实施例2:一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料
如图1所示,本实施例的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料1,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料2,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈3穿套交织而成。
其中:疏水纤维高支纱线采用锦纶制成,亲水纱线采用毛纱制成,支数高于80s,机织面料紧度高于80%。
机织面料为斜纹,针织面料为罗纹组织。
实施例3:一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料
如图1所示,本实施例的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料1,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料2,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈3穿套交织而成。
其中:疏水纤维高支纱线采用锦纶制成,亲水纱线采用黏胶纱线制成,支数高于80s,机织面料紧度高于80%。
机织面料为平纹,针织面料为双反面组织。

1.一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,其特征在于,外层为采用疏水纤维高支纱线织造成的机织面料,内层为采用亲水纱线织成的针织面料,所述机织面料和针织面料通过编织线圈穿套交织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,其特征在于,所述疏水纤维高支纱线主要为涤纶、锦纶,所述亲水纱线主要为棉纱、毛纱、黏胶纱线。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,其特征在于,所述疏水纤维高支纱线或亲水纱线支数高于80s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,其特征在于,所述机织面料紧度高于80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高舒适性保暖透湿保形面料,其特征在于,所述机织面料主要为平纹、斜纹或缎纹组织,所述针织面料主要为纬平针织物、罗纹组织或双反面组织。
