Abstract
The invention relates to a die, a manufacturing process and an installation method of a small door buttress, which comprises a bottom die, side dies and a clamping plate, wherein a pair of side dies are vertically installed on the front side and the rear side of the bottom die, the clamping plate is installed at the left end and the right end of each side die respectively through split bolts, a plurality of vertical and parallel partition plates are installed on the opposite inner sides of the side dies, the side dies are divided into a plurality of door buttress cavities through the partition plates, a pair of fixing plates are installed at the tops of the partition plates at transverse intervals, the left end and the right end of each fixing plate are respectively lapped on the clamping plate, a fastening bolt is connected between the fixing plate in the middle of each door buttress cavity and the bottom die in a pulling manner, the fastening bolts of each door buttress cavity are two or more, and each.
