Description

Method for butting outboard plates on two sides of fore-and-aft column of ship
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a method for butting outboard plates on two sides of a ship fore-and-aft post.
Background
Usually, the outer plates at the stem and the stern have large linear change and cannot be manufactured by a complete steel plate, the outer plates at the stem and the stern are usually divided into a left outer plate and a right outer plate along the center line of a ship body to manufacture, a section of round steel is embedded between the two separated outer plates, and the two outer plates and the round steel are connected in an angle welding mode, as shown in figure 1.
Although this type of production can solve the problem of welding the outer plate, the round steel used is lack of certification of the classification society (the round steel is used in a small quantity, and the supplier is not willing to apply certification to classification society for this purpose), and is contrary to the regulations that the classification society certifies the steel used for the main hull required by the classification society's specifications, and the related welding process cannot be recognized by the classification society, so the connection mode using the round steel is illegal operation, and the welding quality cannot be guaranteed. In addition, the linear change at the fore-and-aft column is large, the diameter of the used round steel is also large, the difficulty of hot processing the round steel on site is large, preheating is needed before welding, heat preservation is needed after welding, and construction is troublesome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and designs a method for butting outboard plates on two sides of a bow and stern post of a ship.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a method for butting outboard plates on two sides of a fore-and-aft column of a ship specifically comprises the following steps:

step 2: polishing the bevel surfaces of the first and second side planks smoothly, and removing burrs on the surfaces of the first and second side planks;
and step 3: fixing a first side board on a jig frame in an inclined manner, and keeping a set angle between the bottom edge of the first side board and the center line of the ship body;
and 4, step 4: welding and fixing a circular steel liner on the root edge of the bevel surface of the first side shell plate;

step 6: adopting a carbon dioxide gas shielded semi-automatic welding machine to carry out backing welding, and filling gaps between the first and second side planks and the circular steel liner; then, welding the V-shaped symmetrical groove by adopting a carbon dioxide multilayer multi-pass welding process;
and 7: polishing the welding seam, wherein the outer end face of the welding seam is in a convex arc shape.
Preferably, step 7 is followed by step 8: and carrying out nondestructive flaw detection on the welding seam, and if the detection result does not meet the specified requirement, carrying out repair treatment.
Preferably, the step 3 of obliquely fixing the first side shell to the jig specifically includes the steps of:
firstly, a first side outer plate is hung at a target position of a jig frame through a crane; and then, positioning the first side outer plate according to the design size, and after the positioning is finished, fixing the first side outer plate on the jig frame in a spot welding manner by using a carbon dioxide gas shielded semi-automatic welding machine.
Preferably, the step 4 of welding and fixing the circular steel liner to the bottom edge of the bevel surface of the first side shell plate comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, placing a circular steel liner at the root edge of a bevel surface of a first shipboard outer plate, and aligning the center line of a round rod liner with the edge of the bevel surface; then, the first board-side outer plate and the circular steel liner are welded and fixed from the board-side direction by carbon dioxide semi-automatic fillet welding.
Preferably, when the bottom edge of the first side shell plate slop surface is a curved edge, the round steel liner is subjected to cold roll forming so that the shape of the round steel liner is matched with the shape of the edge of the first side shell plate slop surface.
