In the primary crushing of the large-diameter particle water-based paint, the first discharge port 31 is not blocked in the prior art, so that the large-diameter particle water-based paint is not crushed fully; according to the invention, by arranging the control unit 7, when the electromagnet 71 is not electrified, the first discharge hole 31 is blocked by the blocking block 73, and the large-diameter particle water-based paint is fully crushed in the hollow cavity 32, so that the crushing effect of the water-based paint is improved; after the water-based paint is sufficiently crushed, the electromagnet 71 is electrified, the telescopic rod 72 drives the blocking block 73 to move towards one side close to the electromagnet 71, the first discharge hole 31 is opened, and the crushed water-based paint falls into the lower grinding disc 4 for sufficient grinding, so that the grinding efficiency of the water-based paint is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the lower grinding disc 4 includes a first grinding disc 41, an elastic sleeve 42, and a second grinding disc 43; the first grinding disc 41 is positioned above the second grinding disc 43, and the first grinding disc 41 is connected with the second grinding disc 43 through an elastic sleeve 42; a group of first holes 414 are formed on the first grinding disc 41; a group of second holes 431 is formed in the second grinding disc 43, the top of the second grinding disc 43 is connected with the driving unit 5, and the driving unit 5 drives the first grinding disc 41 to be matched with the upper grinding disc 3 for grinding. The water-based paint is collected after being ground, in the prior art, the ground water-based paint is adhered to the first hole 414 and the second hole 431, and the first hole 414 and the second hole 431 are easily blocked due to long-time accumulation, so that the collection efficiency of the water-based paint at the later stage is influenced; the lower grinding disc 4 is divided into a plurality of layers and connected through the elastic sleeve 42; the elastic sleeve 42 is arranged, on one hand, the water-based paint is prevented from escaping from the two sides of the first grinding disc 41 and the second grinding disc 43, so that the ground water-based paint is sufficiently collected, and the collection efficiency of the water-based paint is improved; on the other hand, when the first grinding disc 41 is matched with the upper grinding disc 3 for grinding the water-based paint, the first grinding disc 41 shakes, so that the water-based paint is sufficiently ground, and the grinding efficiency of the water-based paint is improved; and the ground water-based paint is cleaned from the first grinding disc 41 to prevent the influence on the grinding of the water-based paint in the later period, so that the grinding effect of the water-based paint is improved.
As an embodiment of the present invention, a second groove 411 is formed on the first grinding disk 41; the second groove 411 is perpendicular to the first hole 414, and a first plate 412 is arranged in the second groove 411; two ends of the first plate 412 are fixedly connected to the second groove 411 through springs, and a group of third holes 413 are formed in the first plate 412; the third hole 413 and the first hole 414 are staggered. In an embodiment of the present invention, the second grinding disk 43 has a circular arc groove 432 on the upper surface thereof, the circular arc groove 432 has a grinding ball 433 disposed therein, and the circular arc groove 432 and the grinding ball 433 are used in combination for fine grinding of the water-based paint. The ground water-based paint falls onto the second grinding disc 43 through the first hole 414 and the third hole 413, the driving unit 5 drives the second grinding disc 43 to move left and right by arranging the arc groove 432 and the grinding balls 433, the grinding balls 433 roll in the arc groove 432 due to centrifugal force, and the grinding balls 433 finely grind the water-based paint in the rolling process, so that the grinding effect of the water-based paint is improved.
When the device works, the motor drives the hollow shaft 2 to rotate, simultaneously, the water-based paint is fed from the feeding port, enters the hollow chamber 32, the control unit 7 is adjusted, the blocking block 73 blocks the first discharging port 31, the crushing unit 6 fully crushes the water-based paint with large-diameter particles, the control unit 7 is adjusted after crushing, the blocking block 73 is separated from the first discharging port 31, and the water-based paint falls onto the lower grinding disc 4 through the first discharging port 31; at this time, the driving unit 5 is driven, the driving unit 5 drives the first grinding disc 41 to be matched with the upper grinding disc 3 for grinding, the first plate 412 blocks the first hole 414 during grinding so that the water-based paint can be sufficiently ground, and meanwhile, the first grinding disc 41 shakes under the action of the sleeve, so that on one hand, the water-based paint can be sufficiently ground, and the grinding efficiency of the water-based paint can be improved; on the other hand, the ground water-based paint is cleaned from the grinding disc No. I41, so that the grinding of the water-based paint in the later period is prevented from being influenced, and the grinding effect of the water-based paint is improved; the ground aqueous coating is collected by a collection tank 11.
