The second medical unidirectional membrane flap 34 has an anti-backflow function, so that secretion with larger spraying pressure is prevented from moving reversely (the direction of opening the second medical unidirectional membrane flap 34 towards the second cavity is the forward direction and the direction opposite to the forward direction is the reverse direction) due to being stopped to jet into the first cavity. In addition, when the second medical unidirectional valve 34 is in a closed state, the tightness of the second chamber can be kept, and the negative pressure drainage operation and the like are facilitated.
It should be noted that (1) the cover 1 may be made of a PE transparent material. Meanwhile, the cover body 1 can be processed into a disposable cover body, and is sanitary and convenient. (2) In the present invention, the oxygen connector 35, the first drain connector 36 and the second drain connector 37 are all screw-threaded connectors, and are each provided with a sealing cover, so that the cover body 1 can be kept in a relatively airtight state when the oxygen supply end or the negative pressure drain bottle is not connected. (3) The cover 1 may be used for an autogenous cutting care operation or an autogenous cutting operation.
In the case of the autogenous cutting care, after the tube joint 31 is connected with the metal sleeve of the autogenous cutting part, the hands of the medical staff extend into the operation port 32, the first medical unidirectional diaphragm 38 is forced to open, and the operation/care operation is performed in the first chamber. Even if secretion is ejected from the tube joint 31, the secretion can pass through the through hole 33 (the second medical unidirectional membrane flap 34 is automatically opened by the impact force of the secretion) and then is ejected into the second cavity, and the secretion can be guided to the lower area or the bottom wall 12 of the partition board 4 by the stop of the front side wall 13. Thus, the nursing operation is sanitary and safe through the mask body 1, and the problems such as iatrogenic cross infection or infectious disease infection caused by the non-directional injection of airway secretion can be avoided.
