Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a nasal mucosa moisturizing microemulsion, in particular to a component of the nasal mucosa moisturizing microemulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The nasal cavity is used as the first pass of respiration of human body, and has the functions of moistening, heating, removing dust, etc. The nasal mucosa is a layer of tissue structure covered on the inner wall surface of the nasal cavity, and has the functions of filtering, temperature regulation, moistening and the like. When the nasal cavity is invaded by cold, dry heat or pathogenic sources, the local part of the nasal mucosa can be stimulated, the nasal mucosa has self protection function, so that the local capillary vessels of the nasal mucosa expand hyperemia and secrete tissue fluid, the inhaled air is heated or moistened, and even the invading bacteria are killed. However, when the nasal mucosa is severely stimulated by external dry and cold air, dust and other pollutants, swelling of the nasal mucosa, increase and thickening of secretion, narrowing of nasal passages and irregular ciliary movement can cause phenomena such as nasal obstruction, breathing disorder, olfactory disturbance and the like, and even upper respiratory tract infection, stimulation symptoms and allergic symptoms can be caused to induce the attack of nasosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, asthma or pneumonia. Therefore, moisturizing and nursing of the nasal mucosa are important.
In recent years, the incidence of diseases caused by dryness of the nasal mucosa has increased remarkably, and one of the reasons is that: due to the dry climate, the phenomena of haze and dust raising caused by wind and sand in winter frequently occur; the second reason is that: clinically, patients with general vasoconstrictors, laser and microwave therapy, vitamin deficiency or chronic diseases are also easy to induce nasal mucosa dryness. For treating rhinitis sicca, the prior art adopts normal saline, peppermint oil, liquid paraffin and compound menthol nasal drops to be applied to the nose. The traditional compound menthol nasal drop is prepared by adding a small amount of peppermint oil, borneol and the like into paraffin oil, and the paraffin oil is used as a humectant to form an oily film on the surfaces of skin, mucous membrane and the like, so that the loss of water is inhibited, and the moisturizing effect is exerted. However, the oily moisturizer has poor air permeability, low comfort level and poor medication compliance. The peppermint oil is colorless or light yellow clear liquid, has special cool fragrance, can lubricate nasal mucosa, stimulate nerve endings, promote the nasal mucosa to recover secretion function and the like; chinese patent specification CN200610166430.6 discloses a peppermint oil microemulsion preparation with slow release for improving food, cosmetics and cigarette fragrance, the related compound emulsifier components are relatively complex, and no moisturizing component is contained; preparation of peppermint oil microemulsion gel, as described in the section of 2018, volume 29, No. 3 of Shizhen national medicine & supplement to emulsifier ratio Km1, the proportion of the emulsifier is relatively high, the average grain diameter of the peppermint oil microemulsion gel is 117.3 +/-7.73 nanometers, the peppermint oil microemulsion gel belongs to a submicron emulsion preparation, and no moisturizing component or nasal mucosa moisturizing function is involved; the peppermint oil microemulsion published in No. 24, No. 3, food and machinery, 2008 is mainly applied to porous starch solidification and cigarettes, and does not relate to moisturizing components and a nasal mucosa moisturizing effect. How to seek a nasal mucosa moisturizing microemulsion preparation which has low preparation cost, simple and convenient operation and easy realization becomes an important problem which needs to be solved urgently in the field.
