the bed sheet replacing mechanism comprises a strip-shaped bed sheet, an output roller, an output motor, a recovery roller and a recovery motor; the output roller and the recovery roller are respectively supported on two sides of the bed frame; the output motor and the recovery motor are both fixed on the bed frame; the output shaft of the output motor and the output shaft of the recovery motor are respectively fixed with the output roller and the recovery roller;
the strip-shaped bed sheet bypasses the top surface of the backboard, and two ends of the strip-shaped bed sheet are respectively rolled on the back output roller and the recovery roller; the edge of the strip-shaped bed sheet, which is close to the back plate, is provided with a plurality of defecation notches; the shape of the defecation notch is the same as the cross section of the defecation through groove on the hip plate; the plurality of defecation notches are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the strip-shaped bed sheet;

the auxiliary defecation process of the auxiliary defecation nursing bed is as follows:
step one, when a cared person needs to relieve the bowels, the first overturning driving piece and the second overturning driving piece move so that the back plate and the thigh plate are overturned upwards; is sat up by a carer;

step five, after the defecation of the cared person is finished, the cleaning water spray pipe sprays cleaning water flow to clean the buttocks of the cared person;
step six, after the buttocks of the cared person are cleaned, the cleaning water spray pipe stops spraying water; starting a drying fan to dry buttocks of a cared person;
step seven, the lifting driving piece moves, and the lifting plate turns upwards, so that the buttocks of a cared person are lifted, and the cared person does not squeeze the strip-shaped bed sheet any more;
step eight, the sliding driving piece moves to reset the sliding cover plate; simultaneously, the output motor and the recovery motor synchronously rotate forward, so that the strip-shaped bed sheet on the output roller is rolled out until a defecation notch aligned with a defecation through groove on the hip plate leaves the top surface of the hip plate;
step nine, the lifting driving piece moves, and the lifting plate is turned down to be in a horizontal state;
and step ten, the first overturning driving piece and the second overturning driving piece move, so that the backboard, the thigh board and the shank board are all restored to the horizontal state.
