Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a dust collector including a body 12 provided with a dust collecting chamber 10, a dust cover 14 sealing the dust collecting chamber 10, a blower (not shown) provided in the body 12, and an air inlet duct 16 communicating with the blower and extending in a longitudinal direction. The cleaner is a hand-held cleaner, the body 12 includes a grip portion 18 for an operator to grasp, and a battery pack 20 for supplying power to the blower is provided below the grip portion 18. Of course, the vacuum cleaner may be provided with an external power supply without the battery pack 20.
The cleaner further comprises a sliding part 22 sleeved on the air inlet pipe 16 and a connecting part 26 arranged on the machine body 12. Specifically, the sliding member 22 includes a body portion 48 at least partially covering the air inlet pipe 16 and a butt portion 32 disposed in the middle of the body portion 48; the connecting member 26 is rotatably disposed on the body 12 through the pivot 24, and in other embodiments, the connecting member 26 may also move up and down in a vertical direction through a guide rail (not shown), instead of rotating; the connecting piece 26 is provided with a matching part 28, the dust cover 14 is provided with a limiting part 30 which can be matched with or separated from the matching part 28, the abutting part 32 is abutted with the connecting piece 26, and the sliding piece 22 is configured to slide along the air inlet pipe 16 and push the connecting piece 26 to move so as to separate the matching part 28 from the limiting part 30. In the preferred embodiment, when ash pouring is desired, the slide 22 is pulled to slide away from the air inlet duct 16, and the abutting portion 32 pushes the connecting member 26 to rotate, so that the abutting portion 28 is disengaged from the limiting portion 30, and the dust cover 14 is disengaged from the dust collecting chamber 10. Unlocking of the dust cover 14 can be achieved by pulling the slider 22, which conforms to the operation habit of the user and improves the use feeling. It should be noted that the abutting portion 32 is a push rod integrally formed with the sliding member 22, and in other embodiments, the abutting portion 32 may be a separate component that cooperates with the sliding member 22.
Further, the sliding member 22 is sleeved outside the air inlet pipe 16 and becomes a part of the outer shell of the main body 12, so that no additional accommodating space is needed, the space of the main body 12 of the dust collector is saved, and the overall structure of the dust collector is more compact and attractive. Meanwhile, the two sides of the body portion 48 of the sliding member 22 are provided with the holding portions 50 which are convenient for a user to grasp, and the holding portions 50 can increase the friction between the hand and the sliding member 22, so as to facilitate pulling of the sliding member 22.
Further, the limiting portion 30 includes a straight plane and a first cambered surface opposite to the straight plane, and when the mating portion 28 is mated with the limiting portion 30, the straight plane is clamped with a side surface of the mating portion 28, so as to reliably lock the dust cover 14. In addition, the end of the mating portion 28 has a second arcuate surface, which may facilitate installation of the dust cap 14. Specifically, when the dust cover 14 is rotatably connected to the machine body 12 through the rotating shaft 34 and the dust cover 14 is mounted, as the dust cover 14 is pushed to the machine body 12, the first cambered surface of the limiting portion 30 abuts against the second cambered surface of the mating portion 28, and pushes the connecting piece 26 to move until the limiting portion 30 passes over the mating portion 28, and finally, the straight plane of the limiting portion 30 is clamped with the side surface of the mating portion 28. In this way, when the dust cover 14 is rotated along the rotation axis 34 in the closing direction, the limiting portion 30 easily passes over the mating portion 28 and is engaged with the mating portion 28, so that the user can install the dust cover 14 with a small force. It should be noted that the installation of the dust cover 14 is not limited to the above method, but the above method is merely a preferable method, and in this embodiment, the following method may be used for the installation of the dust cover 14: first, the slider 22 is pulled, so that the abutting portion 32 pushes the connecting piece 26 to rotate, that is, the connecting piece 26 moves upwards and anticlockwise around the pivot 24, then the dust cover 14 is mounted, and the slider 22 is released, the connecting piece 26 resets, and the matching portion 28 is matched with the limiting portion 30 to lock the dust cover 14.
Further, to enable automatic return of the connector 26, a return member 36 is provided between the connector 26 and the body 12. When the external force applied to the slider 22 is removed, i.e., the slider 22 is in a released state, the restoring member 36 urges the connecting member 26 back to the initial position so that the engaging portion 28 engages with the stopper portion 30. Preferably, the return member 36 is provided as an elastic member. Still further, the elastic member is provided as a compression spring, one end of which abuts against the body 12, and the other end of which abuts against the connecting member 26. Specifically, referring further to fig. 6 to 10, the connector 26 is provided with a receiving groove 27 for receiving the compression spring. Of course, the return member 36 may be provided as a tension spring, torsion spring or other elastic member.
Further, the connecting member 26 has opposite ends, the pivot 24 and the coupling portion 28 are disposed at opposite ends of the connecting member 26, the rotation axis of the pivot 24 is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the sliding member 22, and the coupling portion 28 and the pivot 24 are disposed at opposite sides of the abutting portion 32, respectively, so that the connecting member 26 can disengage the coupling portion 28 from the limiting portion 30 only by rotating a small angle, thereby reducing the sliding stroke of the sliding member 26, and facilitating the operation.
The reset element 36 is disposed at an end of the connecting element 26 closer to the mating portion 28. So arranged, the connector 26 is more conveniently reset. Of course, the reset element 36 may be located elsewhere.
Further, the periphery of the dust cover 14 is provided with an elastic sealing ring 38, and when the matching part 28 is matched with the limiting part 30, the elastic sealing ring 38 is in interference fit with the machine body 12. In this way, when the coupling portion 28 of the connecting piece 26 is disengaged from the limiting portion 30 of the dust cover 14, the elastic sealing ring 38 can make the dust cover 14 pop out, so that no additional structure is required, the dust cover 14 can be popped out, and the manufacturing cost is further saved.
In the preferred embodiment, return means are also provided between the slider 22 and the body 12 to urge the slider 22 to return when the slider 22 is released. Therefore, the abutting portion 32 provided to the slider 22 no longer applies a force to rotate the link 26, so that the link 26 is restored by the restoring member 36.
The restoring device comprises a first magnet 40 arranged at the abutting part 32 and a second magnet 42 arranged at the machine body 12 and opposite to the first magnet 40, wherein the positions of the first magnet 40 and the second magnet 42 correspond to each other. When the slider 22 is pulled, the first magnet 40 and the second magnet 42 come close to each other, and the reaction force thereof becomes large, so that when the slider 22 is released, the large reaction force returns the slider 22 to the initial free state. The first magnets 40 may be provided in plural numbers, the number of the second magnets 42 is the same as the number of the first magnets 40, and the positions of the first magnets 40 correspond to the positions of the second magnets 42, respectively. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the number of the first magnets 40 is two, and the number of the second magnets 42 is two accordingly. Of course, the restoring device may be restored by an elastic member such as a spring, instead of using a magnet.
It should be understood that although the present disclosure describes embodiments, not every embodiment is provided with a separate embodiment, and that this description is for clarity only, and that the skilled artisan should recognize that the embodiments may be combined as appropriate to form other embodiments that will be understood by those skilled in the art.
The above list of detailed descriptions is only specific to practical embodiments of the present invention, and they are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all equivalent embodiments or modifications that do not depart from the spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
