s3: preparing ammoniated materials, namely adding 35-45kg of clear water into 5-8kg of urea, 10-12kg of ammonium bicarbonate, 1-2kg of quicklime, 1-2kg of baking soda and 1-2kg of salt for stirring to mix and dissolve the urea, the ammonium bicarbonate and the salt; then injecting the raw material into the inside of the platen 8;
s4: raw material compaction and ammoniated material addition, wherein when the raw material enters the processing box body 10 by about 20cm, the lifting machine 2 is closed, and then the first motor 5 is started; the first motor 5 is used for driving the gear 6 to rotate, so that the screw rod 4 rotates and descends, the pressing wheel 9 is contacted with the raw material to press the raw material during descending, the raw material is compacted, meanwhile, the baffle plate 15 is extruded by the raw material during compaction, the rubber push block 14 moves upwards, the internal pressure of the liquid storage cavity 16 is increased, and at the moment, the ammoniated material can fall from the connecting hose through the lower liquid outlet 1401 and is sprayed onto the raw material through the liquid outlet 801; then adding a second batch of raw materials, compacting again and adding an ammoniated material;
