本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,还涉及一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物的应用。
背景技术
杀虫环(Thiocyclam),化学名称为N,N-二甲基-1,2,3-三硫杂环己-5-胺,为选择性杀虫剂,具有胃毒、触杀、内吸作用,能向顶传导,防治鳞翅目和鞘翅目害虫的持效期为7~14天,也可防治寄生线虫,如水稻白尖线虫,对一些作物的锈病和白穗病也有一定防效。能防治三化螟、稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、水稻蓟马、叶蝉、稻瘿蚊、飞虱、桃蚜、苹果蚜、苹果红蜘蛛、梨星毛虫、柑桔潜叶蛾、水稻害虫等。
虫螨腈(Chlorfenapyr),是一种新型杂环类杀虫、杀螨、杀线虫剂,化学名称为溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-1-乙氧基甲基-5-三氟甲基吡咯-3-腈。虫螨腈是新型吡咯类化合物,作用于昆虫体内细胞的线粒体上,通过昆虫体内的多功能氧化酶起作用,主要抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)向三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的转化,而三磷酸腺苷贮存细胞维持其生命机能所必须的能量。昆虫取食或接触虫螨腈后留在昆虫体内,虫螨腈在多功能氧化酶的作用下转变为具体杀虫活性化合物,其靶标是昆虫体细胞中的线粒体,使细胞合成因缺少能量而停止生命功能,打药后害虫活动变弱,出现斑点,颜色发生变化,活动停止,昏迷,瘫软,最终导致死亡。
为了发明对农业害虫如甜菜夜蛾和黄曲条跳甲等防治效果好、增效作用显著,且具有杀虫谱广、高效、作用速度快、对哺乳动物和天敌昆虫的毒性低、用药量和农用成本低以及药剂间无交互抗性等特点的混配新药剂,经大量试验研究发现,将杀虫环与虫螨腈两种有效成分混配,既可以发挥单剂各自的特点,也可克服单剂各自存在的缺点,有效延缓害虫对单一药剂抗药性的产生。目前国内外尚无杀虫环与虫螨腈的组合应用及其防治农业害虫的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种协同增效作用明显的杀虫组合物,以降低农药有效成分使用量,克服和/或延缓害虫对农药抗性的产生,延长农药的使用寿命。
本发明的另一目的是提供所述协同增效组合物用于预防或控制农业害虫的应用,如应用于预防或控制二化螟、叶蝉、稻瘿蚊、飞虱、桃蚜、苹果蚜、黄曲条跳甲、小菜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、美洲斑潜蝇、蓟马、红蜘蛛等。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:80~80:1。
进一步的,所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:20~20:1。
进一步的,所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:10~10:1。
进一步的,所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:8~6:1。
所述组合物中杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量总和在杀虫组合物中的重量百分比为5%~70%。
进一步的,所述组合物中杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量总和在杀虫组合物中的重量百分比为10%~45%。
本发明提供的增效杀虫组合物,包括活性成分杀虫环与虫螨腈,还包括其他农业上可接受的辅助成分,用常规的农药制剂加工方法将本发明组合物制备成任意一种适合农业生产中使用的剂型。
进一步的,所述剂型包括但不限于乳油、悬浮剂、种衣剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、挤出颗粒剂、包衣颗粒剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、微乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、可溶性粉剂、水溶性颗粒、泡沫剂、糊剂。优选的剂型为悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、挤出颗粒剂、包衣颗粒剂、水乳剂。
进一步的,所述其他辅助成分为助剂、填料和其它有益于有效成分在贮存和使用中稳定以及药效发挥的已知物质,例如溶剂、分散剂、湿润剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、增效剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、乳化剂、填料。
对于悬浮剂来说,本领域技术人员使用相应的辅助成分完成本发明。如分散剂可以是聚丙烯酸钠、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、烷基苯磺酸胺盐中的一种或多种;湿润剂可以是仲烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种;消泡剂可以是硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类中的一种或多种;防腐剂可以是甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、卡松凯松、异噻唑啉酮中的一种或多种;增稠剂可以是黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种;防冻剂可以是乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、尿素中的一种或多种。
对于水分散粒剂,分散剂如烷基苯磺酸胺盐、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、三聚磷酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐缩聚物中的一种或多种;崩解剂如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、海藻酸钠、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化铝中的一种或多种;湿润剂如脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基磺酸盐;粘结剂如葡萄糖、蔗糖、羟乙基纤维素、可溶性淀粉、聚乙二醇中的一种或多种;填料可以是轻质碳酸钙、石膏、凹凸棒土、尿素、蔗糖、硅藻土、硫酸铵、磷酸二氢钾、陶土、海泡石中的一种或多种。
对于可湿性粉剂,湿润剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种或多种;填料如白炭黑、高岭土、膨润土、轻质碳酸钙、石膏、凹凸棒土中的一种或多种。
对于挤出颗粒剂和包衣颗粒剂,可使用的助剂有:载体如粘土、高岭土、滑石、碳酸钙、硅藻土、玉米淀粉、硅酸铝、凹凸棒土等;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;缓释剂为聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶中的一种或多种;稳定剂如如亚磷酸三苯酯、磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷中一种或多种;粘合剂如聚乙烯醇、糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中一种或多种。
对于水乳剂,溶剂可以是丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、二甲苯、三甲苯、甲基萘、油酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、脂肪酸甲酯、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、去离子水等中的一种或多种;乳化剂如农乳400、农乳500、农乳600、农乳700、宁乳31号、宁乳33号、宁乳37号中的一种或多种;稳定剂如间苯二酚、环氧大豆油、环氧氯丙烷、环氧亚麻油中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类中的一种或多种;防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、卡松凯松中的一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土中的一种或多种。
任选地,还可包含其它附加组分,例如保护胶体、粘合剂、增稠剂、触变剂、渗透剂、稳定剂、掩蔽剂。
进一步的,本发明的杀虫组合物根据目标对象和使用环境的不同来选择施用方式,包括分开、依次或同时施用杀虫环、虫螨腈,还包括将本发明的杀虫组合物以农学有效且基本无植物毒性的施用量以叶面施用、茎施用、根施用、土壤施用,如喷雾、碰粉、撒播、浇泼、浇灌、滴灌、灌根等中任意一种。
进一步的,所述杀虫组合物的施用量,根据有效成分的配合比例、气象条件、药剂形态、施用时期、施用方法、施用场所、防治对象等的不同而有差异。
本发明的组合物还可以与其它活性成分联合施用,所述其它活性成分例如杀真菌剂、杀细菌剂、引诱剂、杀昆虫剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、安全剂、肥料或化学信息素等。
与现有技术相比,本发明的杀虫组合物的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的增效杀虫组合物通过杀虫环与虫螨腈复配或混配,对多种农业害虫的防治具有协同增效作用,进而降低农药的使用成本,减少田间农药有效成分的用药量,对生态环境保护具有重要意义。
(2)杀虫环与虫螨腈的作用机理互不相同,能有效克服和/或延缓农业害虫对农药抗性的产生。
(3)通过杀虫环与虫螨腈的组合应用,扩大了防治谱,一次施药对多种农业害虫有良好防效,从而降低农民防治成本,收到显著的经济效益和社会效益。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加简洁明了,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非仅限于这些实施例。以下所述仅为本发明较好的实施例,仅仅用于描述本发明,不能理解为对本发明的范围的限制。应当指出的是,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
一、制剂实施例
实施例1:48%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂(3:5)
将活性成分、各种助剂及填料等按配方的比例成分混合,经超细粉碎机粉碎后,即得到48%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂。
实施例2:25%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂(2:3)
将活性组分、分散剂、润湿剂和水等各组分按照配方的比例混合均匀,经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到25%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂。
实施例3:44%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(4:7)
将活性成分、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂和填料按配方的比例混合均匀,经过气流粉碎成可湿性粉剂,再加入一定量的水混合挤压造料。经干燥筛分后得到44%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂。
实施例4:55%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂(5:6)
将活性成分、分散剂、润湿剂和水等各组分按配方的比例混合均匀,经研磨和/或高速剪切后得到55%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂。
实施例5:33%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂(8:3)
将上述物料按比例混合,机械粉碎后再经气流粉碎、混合均匀后,即可制得33%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂。
实施例6:36%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(7:5)
将上述物料按比例混合,经气流粉碎混合均匀、捏合造粒、干燥筛分后,即可制得36%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂。
实施例7:60%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂(1:1)
将上述物料按比例混合,经气流粉碎混合均匀、捏合造粒、干燥筛分后,即可制得60%杀虫环·虫螨腈悬浮剂。
实施例8:40.5%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂(1:80)
将上述物料按比例混合,机械粉碎后再经气流粉碎、混合均匀后,即可制得40.5%杀虫环·虫螨腈可湿性粉剂。
实施例9:16.2%杀虫环·虫螨腈水乳剂(80:1)
将原药、溶剂、乳化剂加在一起,使溶解成均匀油相;将水溶性组分和水混合制得水相;在高速搅拌下,将油相与水相混合,即可制得16.2%杀虫环·虫螨腈水乳剂。
实施例10:22%杀虫环·虫螨腈包衣颗粒剂(10:1)
将上述物料按比例混合,在混合器中,将磨细的活性成分均匀涂布到被聚乙二醇润湿的载体上,即可制得22%杀虫环·虫螨腈包衣颗粒剂。
实施例11:11%杀虫环·虫螨腈挤出颗粒剂(1:10)
将上述物料按比例混合,并研磨,混合物用水润湿,将该混合物挤出,然后在空气流中干燥,即可制得11%杀虫环·虫螨腈挤出颗粒剂。
实施例12:52%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂(9:4)
将上述物料按比例混合,机械粉碎后再经气流粉碎、混合均匀后,即可制得52%杀虫环·虫螨腈水分散粒剂。
二、室内生物活性测定
1.杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的室内毒力测定
试验对象:甘蓝甜菜夜蛾
试验方法:采用浸渍法进行上述测定,将供试药剂配成一定浓度的母液,再以清水稀释成5个浓度待用,设清水为对照。取甘蓝叶剪成约50mm长的大小基本一致的片段,将剪好的叶片在配制好的供试药液中浸渍10秒,取出让其自然晾干后,放入事先垫有滤纸的培养皿(直径20cm)中,然后在皿中接入甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫,每皿10头,每浓度3次重复。处理完毕,盖上皿盖,置于恢复室内培养,定期观察,于48h后检查记录死亡情况,计算死亡率(%),并根据机率值分析法求出毒力回归方程式、相关系数(r)和致死中浓度(LC50),试验结果见表1。

从上表1的室内毒力测定结果可知,虫螨腈对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的毒力好于杀虫环,二者的重量比为1:90和90:1,共毒系数小于120,而在1:80~80:1的范围内,共毒系数均大于120,因此,二者重量比在1:80~80:1的范围内,组合物制剂防治甘蓝甜菜夜蛾具有协同增效作用,尤其,当二者的重量比为5:6时,增效更显著,共毒系数为201.79。
2.杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对黄曲条跳甲的室内毒力测定
试验对象:黄曲条跳甲
试验方法:采用浸叶法,参考王金山(2007)和《农药室内生物测定试验准则(NY/T1154.6-2006)》。将甘蓝(Brassica campestris L.ssp.et al var.utilis Tsenet Lee)种子播种于温室大棚内,待长至4-5片真叶,取大小一致的无虫害的甘蓝叶片待用,每个重复一片叶,足够跳甲取食为准。试验时,先将叶片完全浸入不同浓度药液5s,取出后晾干叶片表面药液,将其放入直径为9cm的一次性培养皿内(培养皿内放入一张灭过菌的直径为7cm的滤纸,每张滤纸加入0.6mL的无菌水使其完全润湿)。每个重复加入20头CO2麻醉的黄曲条跳甲成虫,立即盖上培养皿上盖,并用橡皮筋稳固培养皿,防止跳甲逃跑。以含有机溶剂的蒸馏水为对照,蒸馏水为空白对照,3次重复。将试虫置于温度25±1℃,湿度75%,L:D=14:10的人工气候培养箱内,处理后24h、48h观察并记录试虫死亡数量及菜叶取食情况。
根据孙云沛(1960)法计算毒力指数,比较供试药剂与标准药剂之间的相对毒力。将筛选出的药剂原药分别混合,制成不同配比的药剂,采用浸叶法以求出不同配比药剂的致死中量,并按下列公式计算共毒系数,试验结果如表2。
以混剂中某一单剂为标准药剂(通常选择LC50较低者),进行计算:
毒力指数(TI)=标准药剂LC50/供试药剂LC50×100
理论毒力指数(TTI)=标准药剂毒力指数×标准药剂在混合组配中所占百分比+供试药剂毒力指数×供试药剂在混合组配中所占百分比
实际毒力指数(ATI)=标准单剂的LC50值/混剂的LC50值×100
共毒系数(CTC)=实测毒力指数/理论毒力指数×100
共毒系数分级:CTC>120混剂具有协同增效作用,CTC<80混剂具有拮抗作用,80≤CTC≤120混剂具有相加作用。

从上表2的室内毒力测定结果可知,虫螨腈与杀虫环的重量比为1:90和90:1,共毒系数小于120,而在1:80~80:1的范围内,共毒系数均大于120,因此,此二者重量比在1:80~80:1的范围内,组合物制剂防治黄曲条跳甲具有协同增效作用,尤其,当二者的重量为4:7时,增效更明显,共毒系数为197.79。
三、田间试验
1.杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的田间药效试验
试验对象:甘蓝甜菜夜蛾
供试药剂:处理药剂为上述实施例1-6组合制剂,对照药剂为30%杀虫环可湿性粉剂和10%虫螨腈悬浮剂,喷洒等量清水为空白对照。
试验方法:选取试验地约800㎡,将其划分为4个区组,32个小区,每小区面积约为25㎡。试验设8个处理,每个处理4个重复,按随机区组排列。周围设保护行。将供试药剂兑水均匀后,用没得比(Super-Green)-16型背负式喷雾器均匀喷雾,喷药量按50L/667m2计算。试验期间未施用其他任何农药,无防治其它病虫害的药剂资料。
调查方法:采用定点调查的方法,施药前每个小区取五点,每点用竹签固定标记甘蓝5株,仔细调查并记录每个小区定点甘蓝叶片上的虫口数量之和作为药前虫口基数,施药后7、14天调查记录标定点内的存活虫数,计算虫口减退率和防治效果,试验结果见表3。

从表3田间药效试验结果可以看出,实施例4的杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治效果最好,且实施例4的杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为5:6,该组合物制剂对甘蓝甜菜夜蛾的防治协同增效最显著,试验期间,甘蓝长势较好,未见试验药剂对甘蓝产生不良影响。
2.杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对黄曲条跳甲的田间药效试验
试验药剂:处理药剂为上述实施例1-6组合制剂,对照药剂为30%杀虫环可湿性粉剂和10%虫螨腈悬浮剂,喷洒等量清水为空白对照。
试验方法:试验地设在广州市增城正果万户通农场蔬菜基地,位于广州市增城区正果镇和平村,试验地常年种植菜心,试验时黄曲条跳甲发生为害较严重。试验小区土地平整后成畦,排灌方便,沙壤土质。选取试验地约360㎡,将其划分为3个区组,24个小区,每小区面积约为15㎡。试验设8个处理,每个处理3个重复,按随机区组排列。在黄曲条跳甲为害数量达每株2~4头时开始施药,每亩用水45L,用3WBD-16L背负式电动喷雾器喷雾,施药次数为1次,试验期间未施用防治其它病虫害的任何农药。
调查方法:每小区根据五点取样法,每点随机选取0.36m2调查活成虫数。调查施药前调查基数,施药后3、7d,共调查四次,试验结果见下表4。
药效计算方法:
PT0-药剂处理区施药前虫数;
PT1-药剂处理区施药后虫数;
CK0-空白对照区施药前虫数;
CK1-空白对照区施药后虫数。

由表4的田间药效试验可以看出,杀虫环与虫螨腈组合物制剂对黄曲条跳甲相比单一活性具有明显的协同增效作用,实施例3的组合物制剂对黄曲条跳甲防效最好,协同增效最显著,且速效性和持效性均好于单一活性成分。此外,未发现本发明的供试药剂对作物有药害产生,表明本发明的组合物制剂安全性也较好,值得在生产上推广应用。
以上依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关人员完全可以在不偏离本项发明技术思想的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术性范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定技术性范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的活性成分包括杀虫环与虫螨腈,所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:80~80:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:20~20:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:10~10:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量比为1:8~6:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物中杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量总和在杀虫组合物中的重量百分比为5%~70%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物中杀虫环与虫螨腈的重量总和在杀虫组合物中的重量百分比为10%~45%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物包括权利要求1所述的活性成分杀虫环与虫螨腈,以及农业上可接受的辅助成分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含杀虫环与虫螨腈的增效杀虫组合物,其特征在于:将所述杀虫组合物制备成农业上可接受的任意剂型,包括乳油、悬浮剂、种衣剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、悬乳剂、挤出颗粒剂、包衣颗粒剂、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂、微乳剂、微囊悬浮-悬浮剂、可溶性粉剂、水溶性颗粒、泡沫剂、糊剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项权利要求所述的增效杀虫组合物用于预防或控制农业害虫的用途。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,其特征在于:所述农业害虫为甘蓝甜菜夜蛾和黄曲条跳甲。
