Abstract
The invention relates to a fan cable twisting saddle device which comprises a central protection cylinder, saddle hangers, supporting rods, split cable clamp blocks, bolt pairs and supporting seats, wherein a plurality of saddle hangers are welded on the central protection cylinder and uniformly distributed along the outer wall of the lower part of the central protection cylinder by 360 degrees, the upper ends of the supporting rods corresponding to the saddle hangers are welded at the lower end of the central protection cylinder and uniformly distributed by 360 degrees, and the lower ends of the supporting rods are welded on the supporting seats; the side surface of the central protection cylinder and the side surface of the supporting seat are fixedly connected with a split type cable clamp splice through bolt pairs respectively corresponding to each supporting rod. The device can avoid the problems of abrasion between twisted cables, overlarge local twisted cable stress and the like.

Background
Currently, the same type of electrical wiring device for wind power generators generally adopts the structure shown in fig. 1. According to the structure, after the plurality of groups of 'Y' -shaped twisted cables are collected into a bundle by the integral cable clamping plates, the cables are integrally laid into a water falling bent shape, when the fan twisting cable system twists, adjacent groups of 'Y' -shaped twisted cables have the risk of mutual friction, and abrasion among cables can be caused. Meanwhile, as the overall diameter of the cable bundle is larger, the length difference of the inner side cable and the outer side cable of the integral water falling bend is larger, after the water falling bend structure is twisted, the inner side cable is tightened, the outer side cable is loosened, the local cable is caused to bear too much, and great potential safety hazards such as power cable damage are caused.
At present, the cable twisting abrasion of the fan is the most common cable damage problem in the wind power industry, and aiming at a cable twisting saddle device link, a novel fan cable twisting saddle structure is urgently designed according to actual working conditions.

The invention aims to solve the problem that cable abrasion is frequently caused by a cable twisting saddle device in the wind power industry, and provides a fan cable twisting saddle device which can avoid the problems of abrasion between twisted cables, overlarge local cable twisting stress and the like.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a fan cable twisting saddle device comprises a central protection cylinder, saddle hangers, support rods, split type cable clamp blocks, bolt pairs and support seats, wherein the saddle hangers are welded on the central protection cylinder and uniformly distributed along the outer wall 360 degrees of the lower part of the central protection cylinder, the upper ends of the support rods corresponding to the saddle hangers are welded at the lower end of the central protection cylinder and uniformly distributed at 360 degrees, and the lower ends of the support rods are welded on the support seats; the side surface of the central protection cylinder and the side surface of the supporting seat are fixedly connected with a split type cable clamp splice through bolt pairs respectively corresponding to each supporting rod.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1) The twisting motion of each group of twisting cables is completely independent, and adjacent cable groups are not contacted with each other, so that the abrasion between cables can be effectively avoided;
2) All cable twisting parts with relative motion adopt completely symmetrical structural design, and all cable motion strokes are consistent when the cable twisting system operates, so that the problem of overlarge local cable bearing caused by unbalanced load of the system can be effectively avoided.

As shown in fig. 2 to 8, the fan cable twisting saddle device of the invention comprises a central protection cylinder 1, a saddle hanging frame 2, a supporting rod 3, a split type cable clamping block 4, a bolt pair 5 and a supporting seat 6.
Eight saddle hangers 2 are welded on the central protection cylinder 1 and are uniformly distributed along the outer wall of the lower part of the central protection cylinder 1 by 360 degrees (see figures 2,4 and 7). The upper ends of the eight support rods 3 are welded at the lower end of the central protection cylinder 1 and are uniformly distributed at 360 degrees (see figure 2), and the lower ends of the eight support rods 3 are welded on the support seat 6. The side surface of the central protection cylinder 1 and the side surface of the supporting seat 6 are respectively and fixedly connected with a split type cable clamping block 4 (see figure 6) corresponding to each supporting rod 3 through a bolt pair 5.
As shown in fig. 3, the saddle hanger 2 is composed of a circular saddle barrel 2-1 and a rear support plate 2-2, the circular saddle barrel 2-1 is provided with a strap fixing hole 2-3 for binding cables, the rear support plate 2-2 is welded to the central protection barrel 1, and the saddle hanger 2 forms an angle a with the side wall of the central protection barrel 1.
Eight groups of saddle stores pylon are 360 equipartitions, twist reverse and the upward movement between the cable group are independent each other completely, do not have mutual contact between the adjacent cable group, can effectively avoid wearing and tearing between the cable.
