Description

The utility model relates to the construction of electric power facilities, in particular to the supports of overhead power transmission lines combined with a fiber optic communication line, namely, to a double-circuit intermediate multifaceted support with a single-row arrangement of 110-220 kV shot glass wires.
Today, the relevance of the use of power transmission towers (power transmission lines) on a multifaceted bent rack (MGS) is growing every day. The main disadvantage of supports of this kind is their heavy weight. But, despite this, the power transmission towers on the MGS have high reliability, durability and vandal resistance, as well as a good economic effect.
The following support structures are known in the art.
So, from the description of the patent of the Russian Federation No. 13214 (published on 09/10/2013), a single-chain intermediate support is known, the trunk of which consists of an upper section and a lower section, the lower beam with consoles and the upper beam with consoles are fixed on the barrel, while the beam is fixed to the sections, the consoles are designed for fastening the phase wires of overhead power lines, and the console is for attaching an optical cable, the shaft of the steel support can have a closed multifaceted section or a closed oval section, can be made lattice with a diagonal or gingham grille.
The closest analogue to the patented solution is the design of an intermediate two-chain steel support of a three-phase overhead power transmission line containing a trunk made of multi-faceted racks and multi-faceted traverses for hanging phase wires and a lightning protection cable, while the barrel racks and traverse are connected by means of flanges (RF patent No. 73905 published on 06/10/2008).
The disadvantages of the known design are the presence of additional traverse, an increase in the height of the support and, as a consequence, its metal consumption, the complexity of mounting the support and operation of overhead power lines. The known flange connection traverse provides the necessary structural strength, but does not have a high margin of safety.
The technical problem to which the claimed utility model is directed is the creation of a double-circuit intermediate multifaceted support with a single-row arrangement of wires of a three-phase overhead line 110-220 kV, which allows to reduce material consumption while maintaining the necessary rigidity and strength of the structure, simplify the installation of the support, reduce the weight of the foundation and its size deepening.
The technical result of the patented solution is to reduce the material consumption of a two-chain support while maintaining the necessary rigidity and strength of its structure.
The claimed technical result is achieved due to the two-chain intermediate multifaceted support of the power line, which contains a multifaceted stand, mounted on the foundation and consisting of the lower and upper sections, while on the upper section, two multifaceted traverses are mounted on the upper section for suspension of two chains of phase wires with the formation of a Y-shaped support, moreover, the barrel sections and cantilever traverses are connected by means of bolt connections through inclined flanges, and the said traverses are unfastened by a cable ohm
Due to the implementation of the support Y-shaped, containing a multifaceted rack, consisting of lower and upper sections, and two cantilever mounted at an angle to the support multifaceted traverse for hanging two chains of phase wires, it is possible to suspend three wires on one traverse, thereby reducing the number of traverses, decreases the height of the rack and, accordingly, the metal consumption of the support, while the transmitted electrical load remains the same. The connection of the barrel sections and cantilever traverses by means of a bolt connection through inclined flanges, which leads to an increase in the circumference of the inclined section of the shell and the inner diameter of the flange at the points of contact, as well as the length of the welds and the number of bolts at the edge, allows you to distribute the existing loads to a larger number of elements fastening (bolts), providing strength and rigidity of the support of the presented design, and the unfastening of the cantilever traverse with a cable allows you to reduce the effort in the attachment points, fuss lev els of the weight of the traverse with wires. Thus, the necessary rigidity and strength of the support structure are provided, that is, its ability to withstand the loads acting on the support.
In the particular case of implementation, cable traverses of a multifaceted section are attached to traverses for hanging phase wires by means of a bolt connection through inclined flanges for attaching a ground wire or cable of a fiber optic communication line (FOCL).
Traverses for suspension of phase wires and cable traverses can be made in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of oval or round cross-section from a steel sheet.
Inclined flanges can be refracted on two sides: lower and upper.
In particular, on each traverse for suspension of two chains of phase conductors, three insulators are suspended for attaching the wires, and one insulator for attaching the ground wire or fiber optic cable is suspended on the cable traverses.
The essence of the proposed technical solution is illustrated by reference to the figures, which represent the following.
In figure 1 is a General view of the support in front.
In figure 2 - the attachment point of the cable traverse to the traverse for suspension of phase wires.
In figure 3 - mounting bracket traverse for hanging phase wires to the rack.
In figure 4 - the attachment section of the struts.
In figure 5 - the site of attachment of the support pillars to the foundation.
Figure 6 is a General view of the support in isometry.
The pillar of the support is made of steel, has a closed circular multifaceted section and consists of two polyhedral sections 2 and 3, connected by inclined flanges 6 located at an angle to the axis of the support and tightened by bolts, while the bolts are oriented perpendicular to the plane of the flanges 6. The lower section 3 is fixed bolted through a direct support flange 5. The direct support flange 5 is attached to the mating support flange of the foundation embedded part (not shown in the figure) through the studs.
On the trunk of the upper section 2, at the angle to the support, two multifaceted traverses 1 are mounted cantilever for suspension of two chains of phase wires, the free ends of which are oriented upwards, while the traverses 1 are located opposite each other, with the formation of a Y-shaped support. To reduce the efforts in the attachment points arising from the weight of the wires, the yoke 1 for hanging the phase wires in their middle part is connected by a steel cable 11. On each yoke 1 there is one cable yoke 4. Each section 2 and 3, yoke 1 for hanging the phase wires and cable traverses 4 are made by the multifaceted method of bending in the form of hollow truncated pyramids of oval or round section from a steel sheet. Traverses 1 for suspension of phase conductors are fixed, on the upper section 2 with a through insert of both round and square section 12, by means of bolt connections through inclined flanges 7 located in the upper part of the upper section 2, and cable traverses 4 are mounted on traverses 1 for suspension of phase wires by means of bolted connections through inclined flanges 8.
On each traverse 1, three insulators are suspended at an equal distance from each other through the holder 9 for attaching the wire, and at the free end of each cable traverse 4, one insulator is suspended through the holder 10, for attaching a ground wire or fiber optic cable.
Installation of the proposed support power lines is as follows.
A reinforced concrete foundation is installed with a embedded part (not shown in the figures). The lower section 3 is lifted by a truck crane and secured by bolting through a straight support flange 5 to the counter flange of the foundation embedded part. The upper section 2 by means of a truck crane is lifted and secured by bolting through an inclined flange 6 to the lower section 3. Using an adapter pad or a hoist, the installer tightens the joints with bolts. Traverses 1 for suspension of phase wires are lifted by a crane and bolted through inclined flanges 7 and inserts 12 to the upper sections 2. The steel cable 11 is pulled through the lanyard between the inclined sections 1. Cable traverses 4 are lifted by a crane and bolted through the inclined flange 8 to the inclined traverses 1. Mounting of the support on this is completed even after suspension on traverses 1 of insulators to holders 9, and on cable traverses 4 insulators to holders 10 with a lightning cable or fiber optic cable, the power line is ready wa to operation.
Thus, increasing the length of the traverse for hanging three wires allows you to reduce the number of traverses to two, while reducing the height of the barrel and, accordingly, the metal consumption of the support, while due to this design provides the necessary rigidity and strength of the support.
