When in use, the device is pushed to the position above the road surface to be repaired through the handle 4, and the splicing number of the frame 3 and the leveling plate 7 to be spliced is selected according to the size of the road surface to be repaired; after splicing is completed, a power supply of the device is started, the electromagnetic coil 5 is electrified to heat the steel needle 6 at high frequency, the heated steel needle 6 penetrates through a through hole 71 formed in the leveling plate 7 to melt asphalt within a contact range, and meanwhile, the leveling plate 7 moves up and down through the lifting module 8 to realize leveling and repairing of the asphalt pavement by the leveling plate 7; the cam 84 in the lifting module 8 is driven by a motor to rotate, so that the roller 85 in contact with the cam 84 is extruded, the left end of the first connecting rod 82 reciprocates up and down, the lifting rod 81 hinged with the first connecting rod 82 is driven to reciprocate up and down, the leveling plate 7 is driven to periodically extrude the asphalt pavement, and the pavement repairing smoothness is improved; meanwhile, when the lifting rod 81 moves downwards under the action of the first connecting rod 82, the limiting plate 86 on the lifting rod 81 compresses the first spring 87, and when the lifting rod 81 returns to the position after descending, the first spring 87 rebounds to restore the position more quickly, so that the falling frequency of the leveling plate 7 in unit time is increased, and the pavement repairing efficiency of the device is improved; when the steel needle 6 heated by the electromagnetic coil 5 passes through the through hole 71 of the leveling plate 7 to melt asphalt within the contact range, the elastic sleeve 9 or the uniformly distributed fine needles 10 arranged in the through hole 71 can prevent the melted asphalt from being extruded into the through hole 71 on one hand, and can clean the steel needle 6 when the steel needle passes through the elastic sleeve 9 on the other hand; meanwhile, the fine needle 10 made of hafnium alloy or graphite has the advantages of high melting point and good heat resistance, so that the fine needle 10 is prevented from deforming when being heated when contacting the heated steel needle 6, and the service life of the fine needle 10 is prolonged; the cross section of the steel needle 6 is pentagonal, so that the contact area of the steel needle 6 and asphalt can be increased, and the pavement repairing efficiency is improved.

Claims (7)

1. A highway pavement repairing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: cleaning dirt and dust on the road surface to be repaired by using high-pressure water by using a water gun;
step two: after cleaning a road surface, heating the road surface by using a road surface repairing device, and primarily repairing the road surface;
step three: after the pavement is heated in the step two, spraying an asphalt regenerant;
step four: after spraying in the third step is finished and is kept for a period of time, the pavement is finally repaired by using a pavement repairing device;
the pavement repairing device comprises a vibrator (1), a connecting block (2), a frame (3), a handle (4), an electromagnetic coil (5), a steel needle (6) and a leveling plate (7), wherein the two adjacent spliced frames (3) are connected through the connecting block (2); walking wheels are arranged on two sides of the frame (3) positioned on the outer side, and a vibrator (1) is arranged above the connecting block (2); an electromagnetic coil (5) is arranged below the frame (3), and the electromagnetic coil (5) is connected with a steel needle (6); the electromagnetic coil (5) is used for heating the steel needle (6); the steel needle (6) is positioned below the electromagnetic coil (5); the bottom of the frame (3) is provided with a leveling plate (7) connected with a spring; the leveling plate (7) is provided with a through hole (71), and the through hole (71) can accommodate a steel needle (6) to pass through; a lifting module (8) is arranged between the leveling plate (7) and the frame (3), and the lifting module (8) is used for realizing the up-and-down movement of the leveling plate (7); handles (4) are arranged at two ends of the frame (3).

The method for repairing a road surface of an expressway according to claim 1, wherein: the lifting module (8) comprises a lifting rod (81), a first connecting rod (82), a second connecting rod (83) and a cam (84), a through groove is formed in the frame (3), the lifting rod (81) penetrates through one end of the through groove to be connected with the leveling plate (7), and the other end of the lifting rod (81) is hinged to the right end of the first connecting rod (82); the middle part of the first connecting rod (82) is hinged with the end of the second connecting rod (83), and the bottom of the second connecting rod (83) is fixedly connected to the frame (3); the left end of the first connecting rod (82) is hinged with a roller (85); the roller (85) is in contact with a lower cam (84), the cam (84) is oval, and the cam (84) is driven by an output shaft of the motor;
a limiting plate (86) is sleeved on the lifting rod (81), and the bottom of the limiting plate (86) is fixedly connected with a first spring (87).
