Abstract
The invention relates to a long splice post-welding heat treatment fixing device, which comprises at least one fixing unit, wherein each fixing unit comprises 2 fixing frames, at least one binding belt and a tensioner matched with the binding belt; the fixing frame comprises a plane frame and a supporting frame; the width of the plane frame is larger than that of the heat treatment heater; the support frame is higher than the plane frame in the vertical direction; the binding belt winds the outer edges of the 2 fixing frames and the piece to be heat treated, and two ends of the binding belt are respectively connected with the tensioner to form a closed circle. Through the novel structural design, the fixing device solves the problems of large size, inconvenient use, limited fixing effect, influence on the implementation of segmented skip welding and the like in the prior art, and has positive technical significance.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a long splice post-welding heat treatment fixing device, and belongs to the technical field of welding construction of generator sets.
Background
In recent years, along with the improvement of the unit capacity, temperature and pressure parameters of a thermal power plant, high alloy heat-resistant steel is widely used in the tube panel fins of the heating surface. The long seam (with the common size of 1 being 1900 mm) between two tube panels using the heat-resistant steel is welded and then needs to be subjected to heat treatment. The conventional heat treatment mode used in the current site construction is as follows: the crawler-type heater and the heat preservation cotton are coated up and down, and a special fixture is manufactured to fix the crawler-type heater and the heat preservation cotton up and down for heat treatment. Because of the complex structure and large size of the tube panel, when the method is used for fixing, an ultra-long integral special fixture is usually manufactured.
The existing ultra-long integral special fixture has the defects of high operation difficulty and great influence on fixing and attaching effects; the welding seam is not suitable to be arranged on a welding seam in the vertical direction due to the large influence of the operation position and the space; meanwhile, in the process of welding the long seam of the pipe screen by adopting a sectional jump welding mode, the subsequent welding operation can be influenced, and the working efficiency is influenced.
Therefore, designing a fixing device for heat treatment fixing after long splice welding, which can overcome the defects in the prior art, is a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
In the prior art, the long splice post-welding heat treatment fixing device used in welding construction has the problems of large size, inconvenient use, limited fixing effect, influence on the implementation of segmented skip welding and the like; in order to solve the problems, the invention provides a novel long splice post-welding heat treatment fixing device, which is more convenient and flexible to lay and is suitable for the implementation of sectional skip welding through a unitized and modularized design; the fixing effect is ensured through the actions of the binding belt and the tensioner.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the long splice post-welding heat treatment fixing device is characterized by comprising at least one fixing unit, wherein each fixing unit comprises 2 fixing frames, at least one binding belt and a tensioner matched with the binding belt;
the fixing frame comprises a plane frame and a supporting frame; the width of the plane frame is larger than that of the heat treatment heater; the support frame is higher than the plane frame in the vertical direction;
the binding belt winds the outer edges of the 2 fixing frames and the piece to be heat treated, and two ends of the binding belt are respectively connected with two ends of the tensioner.
Preferably, the support frame comprises a tripod at two ends and a support rod connected with the vertex of the tripod.
Preferably, the binding band is a PES braid with the specification of 10m×5 cm;
the tensioner is a hand-driven tensioner with a maximum tension specification of 3T and comprises a fastener and a metal end part.
Preferably, the member to be heat-treated is a tube panel.
Preferably, the fixing frame is formed by welding angle steel.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) The device adopts unitized arrangement, and the fixing devices of a plurality of units can be arranged according to the length of the welding line, so that the production of a clamp with an ultra-long size is avoided, and the universality of the fixing devices is improved; each fixing unit is easy to carry and install, so that the guarantee measure of the heat treatment quality is optimized, and the heat treatment quality and efficiency are improved;
(2) Each fixing unit is independently fixed, so that the influence of uneven surface of the part to be heat-treated on the fastening effect of the clamp is avoided;
(3) The segmented skip welding can be implemented, which is beneficial to shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost;
(4) The method can be applied to heat treatment of welding seams in the vertical direction, and is not easily influenced by operation positions and spaces.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
The embodiment is a long-seam post-welding heat treatment fixing device, which is applied to long-seam welding construction of a tube panel, and a part to be heat treated is the tube panel 4. The structure of the tube panel 4 is shown in fig. 1 to 2; wherein the fin 41 of the tube panel is made of SA-387GR91 high alloy heat-resistant steel, the long seam 42 of the tube panel is 11900mm long, and the width of the tube panel 4 is 3810mm. The present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, includes at least one fixing unit, each of which includes 2 fixing frames 1, 2 strapping bands 2, and 2 tensioners 3 engaged with the strapping bands 2.
The fixing frame 1 is formed by welding angle steel and comprises a plane frame 11 and a supporting frame 12. The width of the planar frame 11 is larger than the width of the heat treatment heater 5. The supporting frame 12 is higher than the plane frame 11 in the vertical direction of the plane of the tube panel 4, and comprises triangular frames at two ends and supporting rods for connecting the vertexes of the two triangular frames.
The binding belt 2 winds the outer edges of the 2 fixing frames 1 and the tube panel 4 in the width direction, and two ends of the binding belt are respectively connected with two ends of the tensioner 3 to form a closed circle. After being tensioned by the tensioner 3, the strapping tape 2 compresses the outer edges of the tube panel 4 and the 2 support rods of the present fixation unit. The outer edges of the support rods and the tube panel 4 are arc-shaped, so that the binding belt 22 can slide conveniently during tightening, and meanwhile, the damage to the binding belt caused by the cutting action is avoided.
The binding band 2 is a PES (polyether sulfone) mesh band with the specification of 10m multiplied by 5 cm;
the tensioner 3 is a hand-driven tensioner, and the maximum tension specification is 3T, which is smaller than the tension that the binding belt 2 can bear. The tensioner 3, also known as a tightener, is a common component in the art for packaging and the like and typically comprises a fastener and a metal end piece, with a ratchet mechanism to achieve unidirectional tightening. The method of heat treatment using this example is as follows:
firstly, fixing a thermocouple on a welding line of a long seam 42 by spot welding, then coating the welding line up and down by using a heat treatment heater 5, and coating heat preservation cotton 6 outside the heat treatment heater 5; the fixing frame 1 is used for temporarily fixing the heat treatment heater 5, 2 binding belts 2 are transversely arranged on the fixing frame 1 around the pipe screen 4, the binding belts 2 are tensioned by rotating the fastener handle of the tensioner 3, and the heat treatment heater 5 and the heat preservation cotton 6 are firmly fixed through tensioning force.
After the fixing, the heat treatment heater and the tube panel 4 can be tightly attached, so that the heat treatment quality is ensured; the two sides of the tube panel 4 are clamped by the plane frame 11 at the same time, and the clamping force is large after the tensioning device 3 is used for tensioning, so that the deformation of the tube panel 4 in the vertical direction in the heat treatment process can be partially inhibited.

the fixing frame (1) comprises a plane frame (11) and a supporting frame (12); the width of the plane frame (11) is larger than that of the heat treatment heater (5); the supporting frame (12) is higher than the plane frame (11) in the vertical direction;
the binding belt (2) is wound around the outer edges of the 2 fixing frames (1) and the piece to be heat treated, and two ends of the binding belt are respectively connected with two ends of the tensioner (3); the support frame (12) comprises triangular frames at two ends and support rods connected with the vertexes of the triangular frames; the binding band (2) is a PES (polyether sulfone) mesh band with the specification of 10m multiplied by 5 cm;
the tensioner (3) is a hand-driven tensioner (3) with a maximum tension specification of 3T, and comprises a fastener and a metal end part.
