技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂领域,尤其涉及一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂及含有该抗沉积剂的织物洗涤剂。
背景技术
洗涤过程是一个清洗织物的过程,织物上的污渍经由表面活性剂和机械力的作用而从织物上被洗脱,进入洗涤液中。一方面,如何防止洗脱的污渍再沉积到织物上是织物洗涤过程中较为关注的问题。另一方面,洗衣粉中大量使用无机盐助剂如碳酸钠和水不溶的4A沸石,前者在钙镁离子的作用下也会变成水不溶性颗粒,水不溶性颗粒就有可能沉积到织物上。污渍或者水不溶性颗粒在织物上的沉积可能会使织物发生硬化、黄变等令人不愉快的现象。因此织物洗涤产品中需要添加抗沉积剂。
抗沉积剂多为阴离子聚合物,如羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物等,可吸附在织物、污垢或者水不溶性颗粒表面,通过提高织物与分散在洗涤液中污垢或者水不溶性颗粒的静电排斥作用,使得污垢或者水不溶性颗粒在洗涤环境中充分悬浮,而不会沉积到织物上。目前被广泛使用的聚丙烯酸钠、丙烯酸/马来酸酐共聚物等丙烯酸酯类聚合物都是通过吸附在污垢或者水不溶性颗粒上,增强其表面的负电荷性质,颗粒相互间因静电排斥不会聚集,同时与织物间的静电斥力增强而不会沉积到织物上,仅分散在洗涤液中,之后随着洗涤液的排出而离开洗涤环境。
现有的商品化产品聚丙烯酸类抗沉积剂已使用多年。随着消费市场要求的不断提高,为了进一步提升抗沉积效果,有必要不断开发出新的产品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂及含有该抗沉积剂的织物洗涤剂,本发明的抗沉积剂含有由三种单体通过自由基聚合而得的无规共聚物,在三种单体的作用互为补充、协同增效下,无规共聚物在织物洗涤过程中具有较好的抗沉积效果。
本发明的具体技术方案为:一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,含有无规共聚物,所述无规共聚物由式I所示的单体A 80-98mol%,式II所示的单体B 1-10mol%和式III所示的单体C 1-10mol%通过自由基聚合所得。
其中,式I、II、III中的R1为H或者CH3;式III中的R2为C1-C12的直链烷基。
本发明中的无规聚合物具有特殊的两性离子基团,本发明团队经过研究发现,该聚合物能够通过溶剂化作用键合大量的水分子,表现出极强的亲水性,经过其修饰的表面的抗沾污性极佳。在研究过程中还发现,本发明的上述聚合物在织物洗涤过程中具有较好的抗沉积效果。聚合物中少量的疏水链段能提高其与水不溶性颗粒物上的相互作用,促进其在污渍或水溶性颗粒上的吸附,进而改变污渍或水不溶性颗粒的表面性质。聚合物结构中的磺酸甜菜碱丙烯酸酯(单体B)的链段形成的水化层能显著提高污渍或水不溶性颗粒相互间及与织物间的体积排斥作用,与丙烯酸链段所提供的静电排斥作用互为补充,协同增效。
作为优选,所述无规共聚物的数均分子量为5,000-20,000。
作为优选,所述无规共聚物中,单体A占83-95mol%,单体B占5-10mol%,单体C 占1-7mol%。
作为进一步优选,所述无规共聚物中,单体A占85-92mol%,单体B占7-10mol%,单体C占1-5mol%。
本发明团队经过进一步研究发现,本发明无规共聚物作为抗沉积剂的实际使用效果在很大程度上取决于共聚物的分子量以及各单体之间的比例,并非任意的分子量以及单体比例的共聚物都适于作为抗沉淀剂。本发明团队通过大量研究后发现,处于上述分子量范围以及单体比例范围的共聚物更适于作为洗涤剂用抗沉积剂,实际效果更佳。如果分子量过小,则共聚物链过短,难以对颗粒物进行有效包裹隔离,抗沉积效果差;而分子量过大,则分子链会发生缠绕,影响效果。单体比例同样需要精心控制,单体C具有一定的疏水性,少量引入可以促进共聚物与颗粒物的相互作用,但引入过多则可能会与表面活性剂的作用太强而影响效果。
作为优选,所述无规共聚物的制备方法为:将单体A、单体B、单体C和引发剂依次溶解到甲醇中,升温至反应温度,在保护气体存在的条件下进行自由基聚合反应,反应结束后将反应体系置于透析袋中,于去离子水中透析,冻干得到无规共聚物。
作为优选,所述反应温度为50-80℃,反应时间为4-24h,所述保护气体选自氮气、氩气、氦气中的一种。
作为优选,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈,偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯的一种或多种,重量为单体总重量的0.5-2.5%。
一种含有上述抗沉积剂的织物洗涤剂,其中所述无规共聚物在织物洗涤剂中的重量百分比为0.05-5%。

一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,含有无规共聚物,所述无规共聚物由式I所示的单体A 80-98mol%,式II所示的单体B 1-10mol%和式III所示的单体C 1-10mol%通过自由基聚合所得。所述无规共聚物的数均分子量为5,000-20,000。
其中,式I、II、III中的R1为H或者CH3;式III中的R2为C1-C12的直链烷基。
作为优选,所述无规共聚物中,单体A占83-95mol%,单体B占5-10mol%,单体C 占1-7mol%。

作为优选,所述织物洗涤剂包括至少一种表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂。
其中,所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐、C8至C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、C8至C18的脂肪酸盐中的至少一种。
所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、乙氧基化脂肪酸酯、烷醇酰胺、葡糖酰胺、多元醇酯、蔗糖酯中的至少一种。
所述两性离子表面活性剂选自氨基酸型表面活性剂、甜菜碱型表面活性剂、咪唑啉型表面活性剂和氧化胺型表面活性剂中的至少一种。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂在织物洗涤剂中的重量百分比为1-50%。
作为进一步优选,所述表面活性剂在织物洗涤剂中的重量百分比为10-35%。
作为优选,,所述织物洗涤剂还包括洗涤助剂,所述洗涤助剂选自助螯合剂、酶制剂、增白剂、溶剂、酸碱调节剂、盐、色素、香精和抗染料转移剂中的至少一种。
实施例1-8
在配置机械搅拌器,冷凝管,温度计和滴液漏斗的500mL圆底烧瓶中加入甲醇,通惰性保护气体,依次加入按照表1中的用量称量丙烯酸钠,磺酸甜菜碱甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸烷基酯。搅拌溶解均匀后,再加入含有引发剂的少量甲醇溶液。升温至特定温度,再惰性气体环境中搅拌反应一定时间,之后再将反应体系置入透析袋中,于去离子水环境中透析3天,冻干得到无规共聚物。采用凝胶渗透色谱GPC测定终产物的数均分子量Mn和重均分子量Mw。
实施例1-8
测试实验
按照GB/T 13174-2008《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中循环洗涤性能试验中进行,测定本发明聚合物在粉状洗涤剂中应用时的白度保持和灰分沉积性能。白度保持的数值越大,灰分含量的数值越小,表明抗沉积效果越好。
所用的粉状洗涤剂组成如下:

依据以下方法评价本发明聚合物在液体洗涤剂中的抗沉积性能。
裁剪10cm×10cm的40支双面白色针织棉布片,每组5片,测定布样的洗前白度W1。称取0.1g炭黑粉末,加入5g甘油并充分搅拌,再加入1L 250ppm的硬水,于立式去污机(RHLQ III型,中国利用化学工业研究院制造)中搅拌15分钟,加入2g洗涤剂,搅拌15 分钟。放入一组白棉布,洗涤20分钟(120rpm,30℃)。洗涤结束后晾干,测定洗后白度 W2,并根据下列公式衡量抗沉积性能:抗沉积指数=W2/W1×100,数值越大表明抗沉积效果越好。

由上述结果可看出,添加本申请实施例1-5的无规共聚物后,粉状洗涤剂和液体洗涤剂的抗沉积性能均有显著提高,而实施例6-8中无规共聚物由于分子量或者单体比例不在相对不够合理,效果相对较差。

Claims (10)

1.一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于:含有无规共聚物,所述无规共聚物由式I所示的单体A 80-98mol%,式II所示的单体B 1-10mol%和式III所示的单体C 1-10mol%通过自由基聚合所得;
其中,式I、II、III中的R1为H或者CH3;式III中的R2为C1-C12的直链烷基。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于,所述无规共聚物的数均分子量为5,000-20,000。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于,所述无规共聚物中,单体A占83-95mol%,单体B占5-10mol%,单体C占1-7mol%。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于,所述无规共聚物中,单体A占85-92mol%,单体B占7-10mol%,单体C占1-5mo1%。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于,所述无规共聚物的制备方法为:将单体A、单体B、单体C和引发剂依次溶解到溶剂中,升温至反应温度,在保护气体存在的条件下进行自由基聚合反应,反应结束后将反应体系置于透析袋中,于去离子水中透析,冻干得到无规共聚物。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种基于无规共聚物的抗沉积剂,其特征在于,所述引发剂为偶氮二异丁腈,偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯的一种或多种,重量为单体总重量的0.5-2.5%。
7.一种含有如权利要求1所述抗沉积剂的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述无规共聚物在织物洗涤剂中的重量百分比为0.05-5%。
8.如权利要求7所述的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括至少一种表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂为阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂。
9.如权利要求8所述的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子型表面活性剂选自直链烷基苯磺酸盐、C8至C18的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、C8至C18的脂肪酸盐中的至少一种;所述非离子表面活性剂选自脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基糖苷、乙氧基化脂肪酸酯、烷醇酰胺、葡糖酰胺、多元醇酯、蔗糖酯中的至少一种;所述两性离子表面活性剂选自氨基酸型表面活性剂、甜菜碱型表面活性剂、咪唑啉型表面活性剂和氧化胺型表面活性剂中的至少一种。
10.如权利要求7或8或9所述的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括洗涤助剂,所述洗涤助剂选自助螯合剂、酶制剂、增白剂、溶剂、酸碱调节剂、盐、色素、香精和抗染料转移剂中的至少一种。
