The modified sodium alginate is prepared by the following method: adding 4g of sodium alginate into 150mL of deionized water, stirring at 200 r/min at 90 ℃ until the sodium alginate is completely dissolved, adjusting the pH to 9.0 by using 0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide, dropwise adding 3g of trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether, stirring at 200 r/min at 92 ℃ for 2 hours, stirring at 200 r/min at 60 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain a reaction solution, adding 4g of titanium dioxide into 96g of water, ultrasonically dispersing at 25 ℃ for 30 minutes, ultrasonically adjusting the ultrasonic frequency to 30kHz and the ultrasonic power to 300W to obtain a titanium dioxide solution, adding 5g of the titanium dioxide solution into the reaction solution, adjusting the pH to 9.0 by using 0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide, stirring at 200 r/min at 40 ℃ for 3 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting the pH to 4.0 by using an acetic acid aqueous solution with the volume fraction of 50% to obtain a precipitate, washing the precipitate with 150mL of acetone for 2 times, and drying at 50 ℃ to obtain the modified sodium alginate.
The preparation process of the environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a pigment, adding the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent and the pigment into deionized water with the dosage of one half of that of the deionized water, stirring for 15 minutes at 1000 revolutions per minute, and grinding and dispersing the mixture by a sand mill until the fineness is below 10 mu m to obtain color paste; (2) mixing the color paste, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the rest deionized water, stirring for 30 minutes at 1000 rpm, adding the modified sodium alginate, the leveling agent and the wear-resistant slipping agent, and stirring for 30 minutes at 1500 rpm to obtain the aqueous polyurethane/acrylic emulsion.
Example 6
The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 45 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of wear-resistant slipping agent, 1 part of modified sodium alginate, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 0.8 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5 part of dispersing agent and 8 parts of pigment.
The wear-resistant slip agent is fumed silica.
The dispersant is a sodium polycarboxylate dispersant.
The defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent.
The pigment is permanent red.
The wetting agent is a mixture of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and sodium lignosulfonate, wherein the mass ratio of the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate to the sodium lignosulfonate is 2: 3.
the leveling agent is a mixture of a siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent and a fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent, wherein the mass ratio of the siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent to the fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent is 3: 1.

Test example 1
The glossiness of the environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink prepared in the embodiment is tested, and the specific test result is shown in table 1.
And (3) testing the glossiness: preparing a printing sample according to a sample scraping method of GB/T13217.1-2009 (liquid ink color inspection method) at the temperature of 23 +/-2 ℃ and the relative humidity of the environment of 65 +/-5%, placing for 2 hours, placing a side head of a 60-degree angle gloss meter with accurate adjustment on the sample scraping method with the bottom lined with coated paper, leveling the printing sample by using a photometric table, reading data, measuring data of an upper point, a middle point and a lower point of each printing sample, and calculating an arithmetic mean value, namely the gloss.

The environmental-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink prepared in the examples is tested for adhesion fastness and tinting strength, the adhesion fastness is tested according to GB/T13217.7-2009 'test method for adhesion fastness of liquid ink', and the tinting strength is tested according to GB/T13217.6-2009 'test method for tinting strength of liquid ink', and specific test results are shown in Table 2.

The hydrophobicity of the coating of the water-based ink for the environment-friendly leather silk screen prepared in the example is tested. The test method is as follows: the water-based ink for the environment-friendly leather silk screen is coated on a glass plate with the thickness of 10cm multiplied by 10cm, the thickness of the coating is 12 mu m, an OCA20 dynamic contact angle measuring instrument of Dapaphysics company of Germany is adopted, ultrapure water is adopted as a water source, the size of a water drop is 2 mu L, the dropping mode is a hanging drop method, 5 points at different positions are measured on each group of samples, and the arithmetic mean value is obtained to obtain the contact angle. The specific results are shown in Table 3.

Claims (7)

1. The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 35-55 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of water, 2-4 parts of wear-resistant slipping agent, 0.8-1.2 parts of modified sodium alginate, 0.5-1 part of defoaming agent, 0.5-1 part of flatting agent, 0.3-0.6 part of wetting agent, 0.3-0.6 part of dispersing agent and 5-10 parts of pigment;
the modified sodium alginate is prepared by the following method: adding 2-6g of sodium alginate into 200mL of 100-one-waste water, stirring at 85-95 ℃ at 300 rpm of 100-one-waste water for completely dissolving the sodium alginate, adjusting the pH to 8.5-9.5 by using 0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide, dropwise adding 2-4g of trimethylolpropane triglycidyl ether, stirring at 90-95 ℃ at 300 rpm of 100-one-waste water for 1-3 hours, stirring at 55-65 ℃ at 300 rpm of 100-one-waste water for 3-5 hours to obtain a reaction solution, adding 3-5g of titanium dioxide into 95-100g of water, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 20-40 minutes to obtain a titanium dioxide solution, adding 4-6g of the titanium dioxide solution into the reaction solution, adjusting the pH to 8.5-9.5 by using 0.5mol/L of sodium hydroxide, stirring at 35-45 ℃ at 300 rpm of 100-waste water for 2-4 hours, cooling to room temperature, adjusting the pH value to 3.5-4.5 by using an acetic acid aqueous solution with the volume fraction of 50% to obtain a precipitate, washing the precipitate for 1-3 times by using 100-200mL acetone, and drying at 40-60 ℃ to obtain modified sodium alginate;
the wetting agent is a mixture of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and sodium lignosulfonate, and the mass ratio of the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate to the sodium lignosulfonate is (1-5): (1-5);
the leveling agent is a mixture of a siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent and a fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent, wherein the mass ratio of the siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent to the fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent is (1-5): 1.
2. the environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wear-resistant slip agent is one or a mixture of more of fumed silica, polydimethylsiloxane and polytetrafluoroethylene.
3. The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is a sodium polycarboxylate type dispersant.
4. The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink as defined in claim 1, wherein the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent or pentaerythritol stearate.
5. The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink as defined in claim 1, wherein the pigment is one or a mixture of titanium dioxide, carbon black, permanent yellow, fast yellow, permanent red, fast scarlet, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green.
6. The preparation process of the water-based ink for the environment-friendly leather silk screen according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing the components, adding the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the wetting agent and the pigment into 10-18 parts of water, stirring for 10-20 minutes at 800-; (2) mixing the color paste, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the rest water, stirring for 20-40 minutes at 800-.

The environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink as claimed in claim 1, wherein the environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of aqueous polyurethane emulsion, 45 parts of aqueous acrylic emulsion, 20 parts of deionized water, 3 parts of wear-resistant slipping agent, 1 part of modified sodium alginate, 0.8 part of defoaming agent, 0.8 part of flatting agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 0.5 part of dispersing agent and 8 parts of pigment;
the wear-resistant slipping agent is fumed silica;
the dispersant is a sodium polycarboxylate dispersant;
the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent;
the pigment is permanent red;
the wetting agent is a mixture of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate and sodium lignosulfonate, wherein the mass ratio of the dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate to the sodium lignosulfonate is 2: 3;
the leveling agent is a mixture of a siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent and a fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent, wherein the mass ratio of the siloxane modified acrylate leveling agent to the fluorine-containing acrylate leveling agent is 3: 1;

the preparation process of the environment-friendly leather silk screen water-based ink comprises the following steps of: (1) weighing the components, adding a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a pigment into deionized water with the dosage of one half of that of the deionized water, stirring for 15 minutes at 1000 revolutions per minute, and grinding and dispersing by a sand mill until the fineness is below 10 mu m to obtain color paste; (2) mixing the color paste, the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, the aqueous acrylic emulsion and the rest deionized water, stirring for 30 minutes at 1000 rpm, adding the modified sodium alginate, the leveling agent and the wear-resistant slipping agent, and stirring for 30 minutes at 1500 rpm to obtain the aqueous polyurethane/acrylic emulsion.
