技术领域
本发明涉及电力安装施工装置,确切地说是一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置。
背景技术
目前,施工现场电力安装专业领域常规放线采用人工每盘固定一段再放线,放线工人在前面提着线盘放线,后面还需要有一个人用胶带把多股电线缠绕在一起,这样工作起来需要多人共同操作特别麻烦,严重的浪费人力的同时,放线人员很容易疲惫,造成电线破损概率增加,效率低下,浪费时间,经济效益低下。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,该装置能够快速放线、收线,减少人工,降低劳动强度,提高效率,且该装置结构简单,使用方便,不受地域限制,可广泛应用于施工现场快速拆线卷线施工。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,包括底座,设置在底座上的放线支架、收线支架,所述的放线支架通过放线支撑轴连接固定在底座上,放线支架与放线支撑轴轴承连接,放线支架上设有间隔设置的分隔板,分隔板支撑待拆线的电线盘;收线支架通过收线支撑轴连接固定在底座上,收线支架与收线支撑轴轴承连接,收线支架上设有收线支撑板,收线支撑板支撑卷线后的电线盘;放线支架上的电线盘的导线的一端牵引出后固定在收收线支架上,收线支架由驱动机构驱动旋转,收线支架收线带动放线支架转动放线。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点是:
本装置通过在底座上设置放线支架、收线支架,利用收线支架的转动带动放线支架转动放线的同时由操作人员利用胶带在放线支架、收线支架之间将放线支架上的多股电线缠绕在一起,胶带缠绕后的导线由收线支架卷绕收集。通过设置本装置,一名工作人员即可完成放线、缠绕胶带及收线,够快速放线,收线,减少投入的人工,增加工作效率,且本装置结构简单、加工制作方便、造价低,可广泛应用于施工现场快速拆线、卷线施工。
进一步的,本发明优选方案如下:
所述的驱动机构设有驱动支撑轴,支撑轴上设有动力盘,动力盘通过铰链与收线支架连接。
通过设置驱动支撑轴、动力盘,利用动力盘驱动铰链,铰链带动收线支架转动,从而完成收线、放线,在收线放线的同时,利用胶带将多股电线缠绕在一起。
所述的动力盘与脚踏板连接,脚踏板带动动力盘转动。
通过设置脚踏板,可以使操作人员用脚踏的方式驱动收线支架旋转,同时方便操作人员手工利用胶带将多股电线缠绕在一起。
所述的动力盘与电动机的转轴连接,电机驱动动力盘转动。
通过设置电机,可以进一步方便操作人员进行操作,电机的转速调整更加方便。

下面结合实施例,进一步说明本发明。
参见图1,实施例1给出的一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,由底座1,设置在底座1上的放线支架10、收线支架7组成;放线支架10通过放线支撑轴1连接固定在底座2上,放线支架10与放线支撑轴1轴承连接,放线支架10上设有间隔设置的分隔板11,分隔板11支撑待拆线的电线盘;收线支架7通过收线支撑轴6连接固定在底座2上,收线支架7与收线支撑轴6轴承连接,收线支架7上设有收线支撑板8,收线支撑板8支撑卷线后的电线盘;放线支架10上的电线盘的导线的一端牵引出后固定在收收线支架7上,收线支架7由驱动机构驱动旋转,收线支架7收线带动放线支架10转动放线。
收线支架7设置成三角形,分隔板11上设有相应的条形连接卡孔,上述设置便于收线支架7卡套连接分隔板11及在分隔板11上套接电线盘;放线支架10设置成三角形,便于卡套连接收线支撑板8并对其固定。
驱动机构设有驱动支撑轴3,支撑轴上设有动力盘6,动力盘6通过铰链5与收线支架7连接。
通过设置驱动支撑轴3、动力盘6,利用动力盘6驱动铰链5,铰链5带动收线支架7转动,从而完成收线、放线,在收线放线的同时,利用胶带将多股电线缠绕在一起。
由图1可知,动力盘6与脚踏板9连接,脚踏板9带动动力盘6转动。
通过设置脚踏板9,可以使操作人员用脚踏的方式驱动收线支架7旋转,同时方便操作人员手工利用胶带将多股电线缠绕在一起。
参见图2,实施例2所述的一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,与实施例1相比,动力盘6与电动机的转轴连接,电机驱动动力盘6转动。
通过设置电机,可以进一步方便操作人员进行操作,电机的转速调整更加方便。
本装置通过在底座1上设置放线支架10、收线支架7,利用收线支架7的转动带动放线支架10转动放线的同时由操作人员利用胶带在放线支架10、收线支架7之间将放线支架10上的多股电线缠绕在一起,胶带缠绕后的导线由收线支架7卷绕收集。通过设置本装置,一名工作人员即可完成放线、缠绕胶带及收线,该装置能够快速放线、收线,减少人工,降低劳动强度,提高效率,且该装置结构简单,使用方便,不受地域限制,可广泛应用于施工现场快速拆线卷线施工。

1.一种施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,包括底座,设置在底座上的放线支架、收线支架,其特征在于:所述的放线支架通过放线支撑轴连接固定在底座上,放线支架与放线支撑轴轴承连接,放线支架上设有间隔设置的分隔板,分隔板支撑待拆线的电线盘;收线支架通过收线支撑轴连接固定在底座上,收线支架与收线支撑轴轴承连接,收线支架上设有收线支撑板,收线支撑板支撑卷线后的电线盘;放线支架上的电线盘的导线的一端牵引出后固定在收收线支架上,收线支架由驱动机构驱动旋转,收线支架收线带动放线支架转动放线;操作人员利用胶带在放线支架、收线支架之间,将放线支架上的多股电线缠绕在一起,胶带缠绕后的导线由收线支架卷绕收集;收线支架、放线支架设置成三角形,分隔板、收线支撑板上设有相应的条形连接卡孔,分隔板、收线支撑板分别卡套连接在放线支架和收线支架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,其特征在于:所述的驱动机构设有驱动支撑轴,支撑轴上设有动力盘,动力盘通过铰链与收线支架连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,其特征在于:所述的动力盘与脚踏板连接,脚踏板带动动力盘转动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的施工现场快速拆线卷线装置,其特征在于:所述的动力盘与电动机的转轴连接,电机驱动动力盘转动。
