本发明涉及一种钢丝电镀放线用压线盘新型装置，属于金属制品生产线放线设备技术领域。
背景技术
主要解决的技术问题是解决放线压板重，放线不顺畅，钢丝易卡入压板内、造成乱网，将钢丝拉断或导致单机停机。增加了操作人员的劳动强度，降低单机生产作业率。
针对以上情况，经过对现场放线现状、对安装位置及使用要求，重新拟定方案，对放线压板进行设计，将放线压板设计为管环压线盘，减轻重量5公斤，钢丝不卡入压线盘内，钢丝放线顺畅。降低了操作人员的劳动强度，提高单机生产作业率。通过改进后使用，起到了放线平稳的作用，减少了乱线，保证了产品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种钢丝电镀放线用压线盘装置，解决钢丝不卡入压线盘内及钢丝放线问题。
本发明主要由卡槽、定位环、空心环、空心支撑组成；定位环和空心环之间通过空心支撑连接，定位环上设置有卡槽。
根据电镀放线的运行情况，对此放线增加压线盘装置，在放线装置上，空心支撑压钢丝放线。
本发明的工作原理：由卡槽及定位环定位，装入放线装置上，空心支撑压钢丝放线。
本改进的主要目的是解决放线压板重，放线不顺畅，钢丝易卡入压板内、造成乱网，将钢丝拉断或导致单机停机。增加了操作人员的劳动强度，降低单机生产作业率。
本发明的有益效果：
使电镀放线平稳，提高了产品质量。
