c) scanning and typesetting the original seal, and engraving the printing surface of the carbonized seal block by using a laser engraving machine to obtain a rough seal;
d) manually engraving the incomplete and irregular parts of the rough seal, and grinding the stamping surface of the basic seal by using water sand paper of P3000 to obtain the basic seal;
e) placing the basic seal in a dyeing solution, soaking for 4h at 8 ℃, and then boiling for 2h at 76 ℃ to obtain a primary dyeing seal;
f) drying the primary dyed seal at 60 ℃, then printing beeswax on the primary dyed seal to obtain a seal, and blowing air to each surface of the basic seal when drying the primary dyed seal, wherein the air speed is 10 m/s;
the dyeing liquid is prepared from a dye, wherein the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of wormwood, 5 parts of agarwood, 4 parts of citric acid, 11 parts of neroli, 14 parts of red skin peanut coat and 6 parts of bamboo leaf juice, wherein the dyeing solution is prepared by uniformly mixing the wormwood, the agarwood, the neroli and the red skin peanut coat according to the parts by weight, drying at 115 ℃ until the water content is 14%, crushing after drying, sieving with a 140-mesh sieve to obtain a powder material, adding distilled water 11 times of the weight of the powder material into the powder material, dropwise adding the bamboo leaf juice while heating, boiling for 45min, cooling after stopping heating, adding the citric acid while adding, cooling to below 80 ℃, putting into a homogenizer for 40min, homogenizing, filtering to obtain filtrate and filter residue, adding 90% of ethanol solution 9 times of the weight of the filter residue into the filter residue for extraction to obtain an extract liquor, and adding the extract liquor into the filtrate according to a volume ratio of 5: 1 to obtain a dyeing liquid.

b) after chamfering is carried out on four vertical surfaces of the seal block, spraying montmorillonite suspension on the seal block, wrapping gauze on the seal block, putting the seal block into a drying room, and drying for 3 hours at a high temperature of 250 ℃; then spraying distilled water on the gauze, cooling to 130 ℃, continuously baking for 3h, and cooling to room temperature; cleaning the seal block by using a brush, then putting the seal block into a high-pressure carbonization furnace with the temperature of 180 ℃ and the air pressure of 0.4 MPa for heat treatment for 4 hours, spraying 25 ℃ saline water for cooling after high-pressure carbonization, wherein the concentration of the saline water is 5%, and then drying the seal block at 50 ℃ until the water content is 6% to obtain a carbonized seal block;
c) scanning and typesetting the original seal, and engraving the printing surface of the carbonized seal block by using a laser engraving machine to obtain a rough seal;
d) manually engraving the incomplete and irregular parts of the rough seal, and grinding the stamping surface of the basic seal by using water sand paper of P3000 to obtain the basic seal;
e) placing the basic seal in a dyeing solution, soaking for 3h at 8 ℃, and then boiling for 2h at 70 ℃ to obtain a primary dyeing seal;
f) drying the primary dyed seal at 50 ℃, then printing beeswax on the primary dyed seal to obtain a seal, and blowing air to each surface of the basic seal when drying the primary dyed seal, wherein the air speed is 15 m/s;
the dyeing liquid is prepared from a dye, wherein the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the dyeing liquid is prepared by uniformly mixing the wormwood, the agarwood, the orange blossom and the red skin peanut coat according to the weight parts, drying at 113 ℃ until the water content is 14%, sieving by a 135-mesh sieve to obtain a powder material, adding distilled water 11 times of the weight of the powder material into the powder material, heating while dropwise adding the bamboo leaf juice, boiling for 45min, cooling after stopping heating, adding the citric acid, cooling to below 80 ℃, putting into a homogenizer for 40min, homogenizing, filtering to obtain a filtrate and a filter residue, adding a 90% ethanol solution 9 times of the weight of the filter residue into the filter residue, extracting to obtain an extract, and mixing the extract and the filtrate according to a volume ratio of 4: 1 to obtain a dyeing liquid.

c) scanning and typesetting the original seal, and engraving the printing surface of the carbonized seal block by using a laser engraving machine to obtain a rough seal;
d) manually engraving the incomplete and irregular parts of the rough seal, and grinding the stamping surface of the basic seal by using water sand paper of P3000 to obtain the basic seal;
e) placing the basic seal in a dyeing solution, soaking for 4h at 6 ℃, and then boiling for 3h at 78 ℃ to obtain a primary dyeing seal;
f) drying the primary dyed seal at 48 ℃, then printing beeswax on the primary dyed seal to obtain a seal, and blowing air to each surface of the basic seal when drying the primary dyed seal, wherein the air speed is 12.5 m/s;
the dyeing liquid is prepared from a dye, wherein the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the dyeing liquid is prepared by uniformly mixing the wormwood, the agarwood, the orange blossom and the red skin peanut coat according to the weight parts, drying at 135 ℃ until the water content is 14%, sieving with a 120-mesh sieve to obtain a powder material, adding distilled water which is 10 times of the weight of the powder material into the powder material, dropwise adding the bamboo leaf juice while heating, boiling for 45min, cooling after stopping heating, adding the citric acid while cooling, cooling to below 80 ℃, putting into a homogenizer for 35min, homogenizing, filtering to obtain a filtrate and a filter residue, adding a 90% ethanol solution which is 9 times of the weight of the filter residue into the filter residue, extracting to obtain an extract, and mixing the extract and the filtrate according to a volume ratio of 4: 1 to obtain a dyeing liquid.

Claims (8)

1. A tracing and dyeing method of a seal cutting art seal of bamboo roots is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a) selecting bamboo roots growing for years, and cutting, grinding and polishing the bamboo roots according to the size of the original copying and imprinting surface to obtain a stamp block;
b) chamfering four vertical surfaces of the seal block, and then putting the seal block into a high-pressure carbonization furnace with the temperature of 150-230 ℃ and the air pressure of 0.25-0.5 MPa for heat treatment for 2-5 hours to obtain a carbonized seal block; in the step b), after chamfering treatment is carried out on four vertical surfaces of the seal block and before the seal block is placed into a high-pressure carbonization furnace, spraying montmorillonite suspension on the seal block, wrapping gauze on the seal block, placing the seal block into a drying room, and drying for 3-5 hours at a high temperature of 200-280 ℃; then spraying distilled water on the gauze, cooling to 100-140 ℃, continuously baking for 3-5 h, and cooling to room temperature; then cleaning the seal block by using a brush; in the step b), after the seal block is treated in a high-pressure carbonization furnace, the seal block is sprayed and cooled by water, and then is dried at 40-60 ℃ until the water content is 5-8%;
c) scanning and typesetting the original seal, and engraving the printing surface of the carbonized seal block by using a laser engraving machine to obtain a rough seal;
d) manually engraving the incomplete and irregular parts of the rough seal, and polishing the printing surface of the rough seal by using water sand paper

e) placing the basic seal in a dyeing solution, soaking for 2-5 h at 5-10 ℃, and then boiling for 2-3 h at 65-80 ℃ to obtain an initial dyeing seal;
f) drying the primarily dyed stamp and then printing beeswax to obtain the stamp;
the dyeing liquid is prepared from a dye, wherein the dye comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of wormwood, 3-5 parts of agarwood, 2-5 parts of citric acid, 8-12 parts of orange flower, 10-15 parts of red-skin peanut coat and 5-8 parts of bamboo leaf juice, the preparation method of the dyeing liquid comprises the steps of uniformly mixing wormwood, agarwood, orange blossom and red-peel peanut coat in parts by weight, drying at 100-120 ℃, crushing after drying, sieving with a 100-150-mesh sieve to obtain a powder material, adding distilled water 10-15 times of the weight of the powder material into the powder material, dropwise adding bamboo leaf juice while heating, boiling for 30-50 min, cooling after stopping heating, adding citric acid, cooling to below 80 ℃, placing into a homogenizer for 30-60 min, filtering after homogenizing to obtain filtrate and filter residue, adding 90-95% of ethanol solution 8-10 times of the weight of the filter residue into the filter residue, extracting to obtain extract, and mixing the extract and the filtrate to obtain the dyeing liquid.
