本发明涉及一种用于治疗失眠的汤剂。
背景技术
失眠是指无法入睡或无法保持睡眠状态，导致睡眠不足。又称入睡和维持睡眠障碍，为各种原因引起入睡困难、睡眠深度或频度过短、早醒及睡眠时间不足或质量差等，是一种常见病。严重者可整夜不能入眠。
失眠往往会给患者带来极大的痛苦和心理负担，导致机体免疫力下降、记忆力减退，增加死亡几率，又会因为滥用失眠药物而损伤身体其他方方面面。中医认为，本病多为脏腑失和，气血失调所为，调理脏腑，使气血调和，阴阳平衡，脏腑功能归于正常为本病治疗原则。除了药物治疗外，应当注意病人的精神因素，解除烦恼，消除顾虑避免情绪紧张，睡前不用烟酒浓茶等刺激之品，每日应有适当的体力劳动，加强体育锻炼，增强体质，养成良好的生活习惯，这些都是防治失眠的有效办法。单纯依靠药物治疗，而不注意精神、生活调摄，常难收效。可选用中药方进行调补。

将诸药择净，研细，先取酸枣仁水煎取汁，再纳入诸药，煎汁饮服，每日一剂。
本发明的汤剂具有化痰和胃、除烦安神的功效，适用于气郁胸中，虚烦不眠等。
