The invention aims to provide a road garbage cleaning and collecting device, which solves the problems of smaller cleaning range and smaller one-time garbage collecting amount in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a road garbage cleaning and collecting device comprises a vehicle body, wherein a collecting tank is arranged on one side of the top end of the vehicle body, a supporting block is arranged on one side of the collecting tank and is arranged in the middle of the top end of the vehicle body, a supporting frame is arranged on the top of one side of the supporting block, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the top end of the supporting frame, a hydraulic rod of the hydraulic cylinder penetrates through the supporting frame and is arranged in the collecting tank, one end of the hydraulic rod is fixedly connected with the middle of the top end of a first pressing plate, a through groove is formed in the inner wall of one side of the collecting tank, first rotating shafts are arranged at the bottoms of the inner walls of the two sides of the through groove and are respectively rotatably connected with the two ends of a first roller, one of the first rotating shafts penetrates through the bottom of the inner wall of the one side of the through groove and is fixedly connected with the output end of a first motor, one end of each of the two sliding blocks is respectively and rotatably connected with two second rotating shafts, the two second rotating shafts are respectively arranged at two ends of a second roller wheel, the top ends of the two sliding blocks are respectively and fixedly connected with one end of each of two first electric telescopic rods, the other ends of the two first electric telescopic rods are respectively and fixedly connected with two sides of the inner wall of the top end of the through groove, the other side of the vehicle body is provided with a groove, one end of the inner wall at one side of the groove is provided with a second motor, the output end of the second motor is provided with a large belt pulley, the large belt pulley is in transmission connection with a small belt pulley through a belt, the small belt pulley is arranged at one end of a cleaning roller wheel, two ends of the cleaning roller wheel are respectively and rotatably connected with two third rotating shafts, the two third rotating shafts respectively penetrate through the inner walls at two sides of the groove, the centrifugal shaft is connected with a strip-shaped through groove formed in the top of one side of the balance wheel in an inserting manner, the middle of the balance wheel is connected with a fourth rotating shaft in a rotating manner, the fourth rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of one side of the vehicle body, a second rack arranged at the bottom end of the balance wheel is meshed with the first rack, the first rack is arranged at the top end of a transmission rod, two ends of the transmission rod penetrate through the middle of one side of two connecting seats respectively, the two connecting seats are arranged at the bottom of one side of the vehicle body, base plates are fixedly arranged at two ends of the transmission rod, third motors are arranged at the top ends of the two base plates respectively, the output ends of the third motors penetrate through the base plates and are fixedly connected with one end of a connecting shaft, the other end of the connecting shaft is fixedly connected with the top end of a connecting sleeve, a plurality of cleaning claws are arranged on the surface of the connecting, the one end of automobile body both sides limit is articulated with two supports respectively, two one side of support respectively with the both ends fixed connection of connecting rod, the middle part of connecting rod is equipped with control panel, last first motor switch, second motor switch, the third motor switch, first electric telescopic handle switch and the pneumatic cylinder switch of being equipped with respectively of control panel, the opposite side on automobile body top is equipped with the battery, first motor, second motor, third motor, first electric telescopic handle and pneumatic cylinder are respectively through first motor switch, second motor switch, third motor switch, first electric telescopic handle switch and pneumatic cylinder switch and battery electric connection.
According to a preferable technical scheme of the invention, dust collecting grooves are formed in the middle parts of two sides of the bottom end of the vehicle body, a dust filtering bag is arranged in each dust collecting groove, an air inlet of the dust filtering bag is fixedly connected with one end of an air inlet pipe, the other end of the air inlet pipe penetrates through the inner wall of one side of each dust collecting groove and is arranged outside the dust collecting grooves, a plurality of air inlet through holes are formed in the bottom end of the air inlet pipe, air outlet holes formed in the inner wall of the other side of each dust collecting groove are communicated with an air inlet formed in the inner wall of one side of a fan chamber through an air pipe, an exhaust fan is arranged in the fan chamber, a fan chamber air outlet formed in the inner wall of the other side of the fan chamber is fixedly connected with one end of an air outlet pipe.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, a damping spring is arranged at the bottom end of the inner wall of the collecting tank, one end of the damping spring is fixedly connected with the middle part of the bottom end of the second pressing plate, a pressure switch is arranged at one side of the bottom end of the inner wall of the collecting tank, and the hydraulic cylinder is electrically connected with a storage battery through the pressure switch.
According to a preferable technical scheme, a water tank is arranged at the top end of the supporting block, a booster water pump is arranged on one side of the water tank, a water outlet pipe is fixedly arranged at a water inlet of the booster water pump, the water outlet pipe penetrates through a water tank water outlet formed in the middle of one side of the water tank and is arranged in the water tank, a telescopic water pipe is fixedly arranged at a water outlet of the booster water pump, one end of the telescopic water pipe penetrates through the supporting frame and the first pressing plate and is arranged in the collecting tank, a double-head nozzle is arranged at one end of the telescopic water pipe, a water outlet is formed in one side of the bottom end of the inner part of the collecting tank, a water drain pipe is arranged at the water drain port and is arranged outside the vehicle body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the road garbage sweeping and collecting device, the belt pulley is used for simultaneously driving the cleaning roller and the two balance wheels to move, so that the consumption of electric energy of the device is reduced; the balance wheel is used for driving the cleaning claws at the two ends of the transmission rod to perform a cleaning task, and the cleaning of the cleaning roller wheel is matched, so that the range of one-time cleaning can be increased, the frequency of back-and-forth cleaning of the cleaning vehicle is reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is increased; by using two rollers with shredding blades to shred the collected garbage, the standing space of each garbage in the collecting tank can be reduced, so that more garbage can be collected and the collection efficiency is increased; the distance between the first roller and the second roller is adjusted by using the first electric telescopic rod, so that the first roller and the second roller can be matched with each other to shred different types of garbage and different sizes of garbage; the hydraulic cylinder is used for driving the pressing plate to extrude the garbage in the collecting tank, so that the collecting tank can collect more garbage, and the garbage collecting efficiency of the cleaning vehicle is improved; through the pressure switch that is equipped with in the bottom of collecting vat, thereby can avoid the damage of the too tight of first clamp plate pressure to lead to the cleaning cart.

Preferably, the bottom of collecting vat 27 inner wall is equipped with damping spring, and damping spring's one end and the middle part fixed connection of second clamp plate bottom, one side of collecting vat 27's inner wall bottom are equipped with pressure switch 16, and pneumatic cylinder 5 passes through pressure switch 16 and battery electric connection, avoids first clamp plate 9 to the damage of automobile body 1, increases the device's life.
