Abstract
本发明公开一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,包括十二股同样结构的绳股,其中六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面;所述的十二股绳股中六股绳股环形排列在内部,且该内层的六股绳股的中间空隙处设置有一中心绳股;且该中心绳股的外围设置有六个环形排布缠绕的棉麻丝编织条,所述的棉麻丝编织条经过油脂浸泡处理,内部吸附有油脂并经挤压后可浸出油脂。本发明中绳股由两部分构成,内部设置有十九根直径较短的内层钢丝保持钢丝成的柔韧性;而外部设置十二根直径较大的外层钢丝保持钢丝绳的拉伸强度和抗极限疲劳,在通过各钢丝绳的直径比设置,使钢丝绳的整体韧性和强度拉伸达到最佳状态。

技术领域
本发明属于钢丝绳,具体涉及一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳。
背景技术
现有的钢丝绳多是一些截面为圆形的结构,该类钢丝绳的易旋转打结,且柔韧性和防腐防锈功能都不够好;而现有的一种防扭的钢丝绳多是设计成截面为方形的结构,但是现有结构的防扭钢丝绳仅是将结构设置成方形的,但是其柔韧性、防腐防锈以及耐磨性能依旧存在,导致防扭钢丝绳的使用寿命较短;另外多数的钢丝绳的中间设置纤维麻芯或者钢芯,纤维麻芯有增加润滑防腐防锈的作用,但是强度不够很容易被扯断;而钢芯可以增加强度,但是没有润滑防腐防锈的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,其技术方案如下:
一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,包括十二股同样结构的绳股,其中六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面;所述的十二股绳股中六股绳股环形排列在内部,且该内层的六股绳股的中间空隙处设置有一中心绳股;且该中心绳股的外围设置有六个环形排布缠绕的棉麻丝编织条,所述的棉麻丝编织条经过油脂浸泡处理,内部吸附有油脂并经挤压后可浸出油脂;所述的棉麻丝编织条设置在中心绳股与内层的六股绳股的间隙中,相邻棉麻丝编织条相互紧靠;所述的十二根绳股的另外六条绳股环绕在内层的六股绳股外部,外层的六股绳股设置在内层六股绳股的两两交界处,交互编捻形成钢丝绳整体。
作为优选,所述的绳股由内层的十九根内层钢丝和外层的十二根外层钢丝构成;所述的内层钢丝呈蜂窝状排布,从上而下由三、四、五、四、三的结构排布;而所述的外层钢丝则将十九根内层钢丝环形包裹,所述的外层钢丝的直径和内层钢丝的直径比为1.89:1。
作为优选,所述的中心绳股由十九根碳纤维编捻而成,所述的棉麻丝编织条的外径与中心绳股的外径相同。
作为优选,所述的内层钢丝和外层钢丝外部均镀有锌层。
有益效果:本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中共设置有十二股绳股,六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面,可有效的防止钢丝绳使用时旋转打结;内外各设置有六股绳股;且六股绳股的中间空隙设置中心绳股,中心绳股的外围设置环形排列的经过油脂浸泡的棉麻丝编织条,这样设置一方面中心绳股增加整体钢丝绳的拉伸抗拉强度,另一方面棉麻丝编织条在挤压的时候可以将其内部的油脂挤压出来,涂抹覆盖到绳股的表面,润滑绳股,减少摩擦可防止绳股生锈和腐蚀;另外棉麻丝编织条设置在中心绳股和内层的六股绳股之间,使用时可充分彻底挤压棉麻丝编织条内部的油脂,将内部油脂得到充分利用;
(2)本发明中绳股由两部分构成,内部设置有十九根直径较短的内层钢丝保持钢丝成的柔韧性;而外部设置十二根直径较大的外层钢丝保持钢丝绳的拉伸强度和抗极限疲劳,在通过各钢丝绳的直径比设置,使钢丝绳的整体韧性和强度拉伸达到最佳状态。

下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,包括十二股同样结构的绳股1,其中六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面;所述的十二股绳股1中六股绳股环形排列在内部,且该内层的六股绳股的中间空隙处设置有一中心绳股2;且该中心绳股2的外围设置有六个环形排布缠绕的棉麻丝编织条3,所述的棉麻丝编织条3经过油脂浸泡处理,内部吸附有油脂并经挤压后可浸出油脂;所述的棉麻丝编织条3设置在中心绳股2与内层的六股绳股的间隙中,相邻棉麻丝编织条3相互紧靠;所述的十二根绳股1的另外六条绳股环绕在内层的六股绳股外部,外层的六股绳股1设置在内层六股绳股1的两两交界处,交互编捻形成钢丝绳整体
所述的绳股1由内层的十九根内层钢丝4和外层的十二根外层钢丝5构成;所述的内层钢丝4呈蜂窝状排布,从上而下由三、四、五、四、三的结构排布;而所述的外层钢丝5则将十九根内层钢丝4环形包裹,所述的外层钢丝5的直径和内层钢丝4的直径比为1.89:1;所述的中心绳股3由十九根碳纤维编捻而成,所述的棉麻丝编织条3的外径与中心绳股的外径相同;所述的内层钢丝4和外层钢丝5外部均镀有锌层。
本发明中共设置有十二股绳股,六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面,可有效的防止钢丝绳使用时旋转打结;内外各设置有六股绳股;且六股绳股的中间空隙设置中心绳股,中心绳股的外围设置环形排列的经过油脂浸泡的棉麻丝编织条,这样设置一方面中心绳股增加整体钢丝绳的拉伸抗拉强度,另一方面棉麻丝编织条在挤压的时候可以将其内部的油脂挤压出来,涂抹覆盖到绳股的表面,润滑绳股,减少摩擦可防止绳股生锈和腐蚀;另外棉麻丝编织条设置在中心绳股和内层的六股绳股之间,使用时可充分彻底挤压棉麻丝编织条内部的油脂,将内部油脂得到充分利用。
本发明中绳股由两部分构成,内部设置有十九根直径较短的内层钢丝保持钢丝成的柔韧性;而外部设置十二根直径较大的外层钢丝保持钢丝绳的拉伸强度和抗极限疲劳,在通过各钢丝绳的直径比设置,使钢丝绳的整体韧性和强度拉伸达到最佳状态。

1.一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,其特征在于:包括十二股同样结构的绳股(1),其中六股绳股左捻与另六股绳股右捻交互编捻,形成正六方形的截面;所述的十二股绳股(1)中六股绳股环形排列在内部,且该内层的六股绳股的中间空隙处设置有一中心绳股(2);且该中心绳股(2)的外围设置有六个环形排布缠绕的棉麻丝编织条(3),所述的棉麻丝编织条(3)经过油脂浸泡处理,内部吸附有油脂并经挤压后可浸出油脂;所述的棉麻丝编织条(3)设置在中心绳股(2)与内层的六股绳股的间隙中,相邻棉麻丝编织条(3)相互紧靠;所述的十二根绳股(1)的另外六条绳股环绕在内层的六股绳股外部,外层的六股绳股(1)设置在内层六股绳股(1)的两两交界处,交互编捻形成钢丝绳整体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述的绳股(1)由内层的十九根内层钢丝(4)和外层的十二根外层钢丝(5)构成;所述的内层钢丝(4)呈蜂窝状排布,从上而下由三、四、五、四、三的结构排布;而所述的外层钢丝(5)则将十九根内层钢丝(4)环形包裹,所述的外层钢丝(5)的直径和内层钢丝(4)的直径比为1.89:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述的中心绳股(2)由十九根碳纤维编捻而成,所述的棉麻丝编织条(3)的外径与中心绳股的外径相同。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种六方十二股防扭钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述的内层钢丝(4)和外层钢丝(5)外部均镀有锌层。
