Abstract
本发明公开一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡1‑2小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理4‑5小时;(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理3‑4天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理8‑10天后,制得成品。本发明提供的一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的山棕纤维,力学性能优异,弹性好,不易断裂,尤其是具有优异的耐氧化性能,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于床垫材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
棕垫,即采用天然棕树的棕衣制成的“棕床垫”,或“棕地席垫”等。山棕床垫是以天然山棕的棕纤维为主体材料制成的一种床垫。山棕主要生长在云贵川三省经过8年时间生长后的山棕纤维才适合制作床垫,而且每棵棕树每年只能收割6-8片棕片,上百棵山棕每年仅能提供一张标准床垫的原材料。因此山棕床垫材料成本相对较高。山棕纤维韧性好、强度高、弹性较好。因此山棕床垫具有抗腐蚀和虫蛀的特点。总的来说山棕床垫软硬度比较适中介于硬板床和弹簧垫之间。但是山棕纤维含有一定量的蛋白质和糖分,导致其在使用的过程中,极易发生霉变的现象,因此缩短了其使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡1-2小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理4-5小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-6份3-二乙氨基丙胺、10-15份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、1-4份N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐、3-9份四水偏硼酸钠、180-200份水;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理3-4天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理8-10天后,制得成品,其中抗氧化液由以下重量份的组分制成:3-氨基-3-羧丙基二甲锍内盐1-5份、植酸钠3-8份、盐酸硫胺4-9份、水150-170份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,山棕纤维和改性液的质量比为1:3-6。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克山棕纤维喷洒500-600g的抗氧化液。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,操作简单,成本低廉,制得的山棕纤维,力学性能优异,弹性好,不易断裂,尤其是具有优异的耐氧化性能,使用寿命长。

实施例1
一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡1小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理4小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2份3-二乙氨基丙胺、10份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、1份N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐、3份四水偏硼酸钠、180份水;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理3天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理8天后,制得成品,其中抗氧化液由以下重量份的组分制成:3-氨基-3-羧丙基二甲锍内盐1份、植酸钠3份、盐酸硫胺4份、水150份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,山棕纤维和改性液的质量比为1:3。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克山棕纤维喷洒500g的抗氧化液。
实施例2
一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡1.5小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理4.5小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:4份3-二乙氨基丙胺、13份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、3份N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐、6份四水偏硼酸钠、190份水;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理4天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理9天后,制得成品,其中抗氧化液由以下重量份的组分制成:3-氨基-3-羧丙基二甲锍内盐3份、植酸钠5份、盐酸硫胺7份、水160份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,山棕纤维和改性液的质量比为1:5。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克山棕纤维喷洒550g的抗氧化液。
实施例3
一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡2小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理5小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:6份3-二乙氨基丙胺、15份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、4份N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐、9份四水偏硼酸钠、200份水;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理4天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理10天后,制得成品,其中抗氧化液由以下重量份的组分制成:3-氨基-3-羧丙基二甲锍内盐5份、植酸钠8份、盐酸硫胺9份、水170份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,山棕纤维和改性液的质量比为1:6。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克山棕纤维喷洒600g的抗氧化液。

Claims (3)
1.一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将采购来的山棕纤维放入清水中浸泡1-2小时后,再放入改性液中浸泡处理4-5小时,其中改性液由以下重量份的组分制成:2-6份3-二乙氨基丙胺、10-15份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、1-4份N-辛基二氨乙基甘氨酸盐酸盐、3-9份四水偏硼酸钠、180-200份水;
(2)将经过步骤(1)处理的摊晾处理3-4天后,在其表面喷洒抗氧化液,继续摊晾处理8-10天后,制得成品,其中抗氧化液由以下重量份的组分制成:3-氨基-3-羧丙基二甲锍内盐1-5份、植酸钠3-8份、盐酸硫胺4-9份、水150-170份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中,山棕纤维和改性液的质量比为1:3-6。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种床垫用耐氧化山棕纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中,每千克山棕纤维喷洒500-600g的抗氧化液。
