The high draft of the spun yarn is mainly realized by increasing the draft zone or the front zone, and usually, the number of the draft zones or the draft multiple of the front zone is increased, but the draft multiple of the rear zone cannot be greatly increased. Aiming at the problem, solutions are proposed at home and abroad, such as increasing the center distance, trying to change the roving twist and the like, and finally the control on the floating fibers cannot be solved all the time, so that the effect is not ideal. In recent years, the two-apron and four-roller solutions have not been widely popularized due to their operation, cost, and stability. The recent pressure bar, the thread pressure bar, can not solve the problem of evenness deterioration.

In practice, the polished rod pressure bar does improve the evenness, and when the draft ratio in the back zone exceeds two times, the polished rod pressure bar is exposed to the problem that the polished rod pressure bar can control floating fibers and prevent twist conduction, but the polished rod pressure bar cannot release the twist sufficiently, so that the front zone draft cannot be performed sufficiently, and the evenness is deteriorated.
Chinese patent "pressure bar with thread-like spinning wheel for back draft zone of spun yarn" published 26.2015, 08.26.a patent publication No. CN104862832A proposes that the twist is uniformly released while holding the fiber strand by the rotary screw thread addition, thereby overcoming the defect of the pressure bar of polished rod. But the rotatory pressure bar of screw thread is in the use, because the screw thread has produced a horizontal effort to roving fibre, not only impels roving except to move forward, leads to roving transverse motion and skew moreover, has appeared the phenomenon that the roving concentrates on one side of screw thread, and finally can't evenly overturn the twist, is unfavorable for the prozone draft. Therefore, the large draft of the dry sliver still deteriorates, and the uniform and stable large draft process cannot be realized by increasing the draft multiple of the rear zone.

The twist of the roving strips after the S-shaped contact extrusion is reduced, the cohesive force between fibers is reduced, and the roving strips with the reduced twist and cohesive force are arranged between the drafting uniform device and the apron jaw, so that the drafting force required by the large drafting of the roving strips is reduced, the concentrated speed change of the fibers in the roving strips is promoted, the drafting uniformity is improved, and the application and production of the uniform and stable large drafting process are realized by improving the drafting multiple of the back area.
