技术领域
本发明涉及线束技术领域,具体涉及一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带。
背景技术
汽车所有的电器都是通过线束来提供电源的,由于车体结构的复杂性,有些线束处于悬空状态,汽车在行驶过程中,容易震动产生异响,此时大都需要利用海绵来防止异响。然而,由于海绵在操作时较为繁琐,成本较高,且在返修时,线束上往往会存有大量的海绵碎片难以处理,显著增强了工作强度。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,所述泡棉胶带保护层的下方设置有泡棉层,所述泡棉层的两侧设置有可弯曲塑料层,所述泡棉层的远离泡棉胶带保护层的一侧设置有离型膜,所述离型膜的远离泡棉的一侧设置有胶粘层,所述胶粘层的远离离型膜的一侧设置有透明PET基膜,所述透明PET基膜的远离胶粘层的一侧设置有亚克力胶面保护层,所述亚克力胶面保护层的远离透明PET基膜的一侧设置有纸制胶带转轴。
所述胶黏剂层采用丙烯酸类压敏胶或橡胶压敏胶。
所述泡棉层采用闭孔防水泡棉,其厚度为0.05-3mm,密度50kg/m3-650kg/m3。
所述离型膜采用PEK离型纸或透明PET离型膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的棉胶带,将胶粘剂层与海绵层复合成一个整体,使得其在使用过程中,能使得海绵层紧紧地贴合于所述汽车线束上,进而防止线束在汽车行驶过程中振动产生异响等问题,并具有减震、降噪的效果。而通过离型纸层的设置,可有效保护胶粘剂层的粘合特性,而通过离型纸层、胶粘剂层以及海绵层上的切割线的设置,可有效提高所述棉胶带在使用过程中的便捷性。

实施例一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,所述泡棉胶带保护层的下方设置有泡棉层,所述泡棉层的两侧设置有可弯曲塑料层,所述泡棉层的远离泡棉胶带保护层的一侧设置有离型膜,所述离型膜的远离泡棉的一侧设置有胶粘层,所述胶粘层的远离离型膜的一侧设置有透明PET基膜,所述透明PET基膜的远离胶粘层的一侧设置有亚克力胶面保护层,所述亚克力胶面保护层的远离透明PET基膜的一侧设置有纸制胶带转轴。

1.一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,包括泡棉胶带保护层,其特征在于,所述泡棉胶带保护层的下方设置有泡棉层,所述泡棉层的两侧设置有可弯曲塑料层,所述泡棉层的远离泡棉胶带保护层的一侧设置有离型膜,所述离型膜的远离泡棉的一侧设置有胶粘层,所述胶粘层的远离离型膜的一侧设置有透明PET基膜,所述透明PET基膜的远离胶粘层的一侧设置有亚克力胶面保护层,所述亚克力胶面保护层的远离透明PET基膜的一侧设置有纸制胶带转轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂层采用丙烯酸类压敏胶或橡胶压敏胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,其特征在于:所述泡棉层采用闭孔防水泡棉,其厚度为0.05-3mm,密度50kg/m3-650kg/m3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车线束的棉胶带,其特征在于:所述离型膜采用PEK离型纸或透明PET离型膜。
