背景技术
橡木属麻栎,属山毛榉科,树心呈黄褐至红褐,生长轮明显,略成波状,干燥缓慢;红橡木的颜色、纹理、特征及性质会随产地变化,南方红橡比北方红橡生长迅速,通常按产地区分并分南方北方出售,南方材颜色偏红,有色差,适合做较深色涂装产品;北方材颜色偏浅红,偏白,且颜色均匀,适合做浅色产品。
随着人们生活水平的提高,经济水平的发展,户外家具作为一种流行生活方式占据越来越大的市场,与常规的室内家具相比较,不同的是户外家具在使用过程中要定期进行维护,产生的维护费用是一笔不小的开销。当前多利用涂料来抵抗老化的户外家具,现有的涂料对于室外环境的耐老化能力依然停留在应对基础气候的水平上,并且漆膜力学性能一般,在长期暴露在日光下,很快会变软,失去光泽,粉化、泛黄。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,赋予涂料更优异的耐光老化以及耐化学腐蚀老化性能,具有较高的耐热和耐寒性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:丙烯酸树脂50-60份、改性环氧氯丙烷树脂35-40份、钛白粉10-12份、丁二酸酐4.0-5.0份、三氧化二铝2.4-2.6份、成膜助剂2.0-2.5份、紫外光吸收剂0.8-1.0份、增稠剂0.4-0.6份、防霉剂0.15-0.20份、消泡剂0.05-0.08份、水30-35份;所述改性环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌器的三口烧瓶中加入50-60克环氧氯丙烷树脂、8-10克2,2-二羟甲基丁醇、2-3克对甲苯磺酸,向烧瓶中倒入100-120毫升丙酮,开始搅拌,通入氮气,逐滴滴加0.8-1.0克四甲基氯化铵作为催化剂,进行升温反应,反应温度为45-50℃,反应时间为2.5-3.0小时,得到预反应物;
(2)预反应结束后,关闭氮气,对预反应物进行旋转蒸发,除去溶液中的剩余的丙酮,加入氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值在8.0-8.2范围,滴加4-5毫升四氢呋喃,继续升温至70-80℃进行反应,保温反应3-4小时后进行减压蒸馏,除去水以及剩余有机溶剂,干燥即得所述改性环氧氯丙烷树脂。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述紫外光吸收剂的制备方法为:将粒径大小在200-300纳米之间的超细二氧化硅凝胶与玻璃釉质粉按照质量比为1.5-2.0:5.0-6.0的比例混合,加入2.0-2.4倍体积摩尔浓度为10-12摩尔/升的浓盐酸,超声均匀分散30-40分钟,在700-740℃下煅烧1.0-1.5小时,冷却后干燥研磨成粉即可。

(1)向带有搅拌器的三口烧瓶中加入50克环氧氯丙烷树脂、8克2,2-二羟甲基丁醇、2克对甲苯磺酸,向烧瓶中倒入100毫升丙酮,开始搅拌,通入氮气,逐滴滴加0.8克四甲基氯化铵作为催化剂,进行升温反应,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为2.5小时,得到预反应物;

分别使用实施例1-3和对比例1-4的方法加工制备适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,以专利公开号为CN108300054A公开的一种户外水性木器漆涂料中涉及的涂料作为对照组,使用橡木板材作为试验对象,加工成长、宽、厚为150毫米、80毫米、15毫米的试件,设置使用各组涂料处理方法各6块重复试样,试件涂饰厚度为0.06毫米,保持各组试验样品制备中无关变量一致,根据GB/T 14522-93《机械工业产品用塑料、涂料、橡胶材料人工气候加进行人工加速老化处理实验方法》进行老化试验,在紫外线照射下,每次连续处理10小时,循环处理5次,辐照温度为60℃,老化试验后对涂膜各项性能进行测试;计算有效平均值,将性能结果记录如下表所示:
本发明克服了现有户外橡木家具用防护涂料耐老化性能不佳的问题,赋予涂料更优异的耐光老化以及耐化学腐蚀老化性能,具有较高的耐热和耐寒性,能够适应恶劣气候变化,且对于橡木表面具有良好的附着力,涂膜后表面平滑光亮,保光保色性好,装饰性好,安全可靠,维持寿命长等优点,是一种极为值得推广使用的技术方案。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:丙烯酸树脂50-60份、改性环氧氯丙烷树脂35-40份、钛白粉10-12份、丁二酸酐4.0-5.0份、三氧化二铝2.4-2.6份、成膜助剂2.0-2.5份、紫外光吸收剂0.8-1.0份、增稠剂0.4-0.6份、防霉剂0.15-0.20份、消泡剂0.05-0.08份、水30-35份;所述改性环氧氯丙烷树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向带有搅拌器的三口烧瓶中加入50-60克环氧氯丙烷树脂、8-10克2,2-二羟甲基丁醇、2-3克对甲苯磺酸,向烧瓶中倒入100-120毫升丙酮,开始搅拌,通入氮气,逐滴滴加0.8-1.0克四甲基氯化铵作为催化剂,进行升温反应,反应温度为45-50℃,反应时间为2.5-3.0小时,得到预反应物;
(2)预反应结束后,关闭氮气,对预反应物进行旋转蒸发,除去溶液中的剩余的丙酮,加入氢氧化钠溶液调节体系pH值在8.0-8.2范围,滴加4-5毫升四氢呋喃,继续升温至70-80℃进行反应,保温反应3-4小时后进行减压蒸馏,除去水以及剩余有机溶剂,干燥即得所述改性环氧氯丙烷树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,所述紫外光吸收剂的制备方法为:将粒径大小在200-300纳米之间的超细二氧化硅凝胶与玻璃釉质粉按照质量比为1.5-2.0:5.0-6.0的比例混合,加入2.0-2.4倍体积摩尔浓度为10-12摩尔/升的浓盐酸,超声均匀分散30-40分钟,在700-740℃下煅烧1.0-1.5小时,冷却后干燥研磨成粉即可。
3.如权利要求1所述一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸树脂固含量在48-50%之间。
4.如权利要求1所述一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为聚丙烯酸钠、聚甲基丙烯酸钠中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述旋转蒸发中真空表示数为-0.09MPa,蒸发温度为40℃。
6.如权利要求1所述一种适用于户外橡木家具的耐老化性涂料,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述氢氧化钠溶液摩尔浓度为4.5-5.0摩尔/升。
