Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machining, in particular to a conveying device for a film laminating machine.
Background
The film laminating machine is to press a plastic film with adhesiveness together with the processed product by a rubber roller and a brush roller to form a product with the processed product and the plastic film stuck together. As a technological mode for protecting and decorating the surface of a printed matter, the surface of a product after being coated is smoother, brighter, dirt-resistant, water-resistant, wear-resistant and the like, and along with the increase of the dosage, the requirements of users on the peritoneal technology are continuously improved, and a high-speed and high-precision film coating machine is urgently needed.
At present, a traditional film laminating machine generally directly places the products to be laminated on a film one by a person before laminating the products, and then uses a conveying device to laminate the films. Because the product is fed completely by manpower, but the speed of a traditional film laminating machine is too low when the product is manually conveyed, when the problem is encountered in the machine, the machine is difficult to disassemble, meanwhile, the existing film laminating machine can only feed products with the same specification, and for products which need to be processed and do not need to be in specification, different conveying devices need to be replaced, so that the labor and the cost are wasted, and the production efficiency is not improved.
In view of the above, improvements are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides the conveying device for the laminating machine, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in use, capability of adapting to conveying of films with various specifications and convenience in subsequent operation.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a conveying device for a laminating machine comprises a base, a conveying mechanism and a positioning mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism and the positioning mechanism are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the base; the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying rack which is fixedly arranged on two sides of the base, and at least one rolling shaft is arranged on the conveying rack; the positioning mechanism comprises two positioning brackets and a connecting plate fixedly arranged at the top of the positioning brackets, a plurality of conveying blocks are arranged on the connecting plate and are connected onto the connecting plate in a sliding manner, and the upper ends of the rolling shafts and the upper ends of the conveying blocks are on the same horizontal plane.
As a preferred scheme of the invention, the conveying blocks are equidistantly arranged on the connecting plate.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the conveying frame is a L-shaped body and comprises a frame front end and a frame rear end; the front end of the frame is fixedly connected with the rear end of the frame, and the frame is integrally formed;
as a preferable scheme of the invention, the front end of the frame is rotatably connected with a roller, the middle part of the rear end of the frame is fixedly provided with a bracket connecting plate, the bracket connecting plate is rotatably connected with a guide shaft, and the guide shaft is sleeved with a driving roller.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the two sides of the guide shaft are rotatably connected with the positioning plates, the positioning plates are fixedly provided with the conveying plates, one ends of the conveying plates are rotatably connected to the guide shaft, and the other ends of the conveying plates are propped against the positioning support.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the top of the positioning bracket is obliquely arranged along the conveying direction of the laminating machine, the inclination angle of the positioning bracket is 5-10 degrees, and the conveying plate is obliquely arranged on the positioning bracket.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, a gap is reserved between the front end of the conveying plate and the upper end of the conveying block.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the top of the front end of the conveying plate is symmetrically provided with limiting devices which are detachably connected to the conveying plate.
As a preferable mode of the invention, the limiting device comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate and a third connecting plate; the first connecting plate, the second connecting plate and the third connecting plate are fixedly connected and integrally formed.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, two ends of the second connecting plate are respectively and vertically connected with the first connecting plate and the third connecting plate, and the directions of the first connecting plate and the third connecting plate are opposite; the end of the first connecting plate is on the same horizontal plane with the conveying plate.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the invention is matched with a film laminating machine for use, the conveying plate forms a certain angle with the horizontal surface, a worker places a product on the conveying plate, the product is inclined at a certain angle, so that the product has a downward moving trend, the speed of the worker moving the product to a region to be processed is accelerated, the efficiency of manually conveying and processing the product is increased, when the problem occurs in the film laminating machine, the film laminating machine is convenient to detach and maintain by a maintenance worker, and the production efficiency of the product is improved.

Examples: as shown in fig. 1-3, a conveying device for a film laminating machine comprises a base 30, a conveying mechanism 300 and a positioning mechanism 310, wherein the conveying mechanism 300 and the positioning mechanism 310 are sequentially fixedly arranged on the base 30; the conveying mechanism 300 comprises a conveying rack 301 fixedly arranged at two sides of the base 30, and at least one roller 302 is arranged on the conveying rack 301; the positioning mechanism 310 comprises two positioning brackets 311 and a connecting plate 312 fixedly arranged at the top of the positioning brackets 311, a plurality of conveying blocks 313 are arranged on the connecting plate 312, the conveying blocks 313 are connected to the connecting plate 312 in a sliding manner, and the upper ends of the rollers 302 and the upper ends of the conveying blocks 313 are on the same horizontal plane; the conveying blocks 313 are equidistantly arranged on the connecting plate 312, so that the films can be conveyed conveniently. The positioning mechanism of the invention performs positioning and conveying on processed products, and can adjust the distance between conveying blocks 313 to perform positioning when processing processed products with different specifications; the positioning stability of the processed product is improved, the film pasting standard is ensured, the qualification rate of the processed product is improved, and the production cost is saved.
The conveying frame 301 is in a L-shaped body and comprises a frame front end 301-1 and a frame rear end 301-2; the front end 301-1 of the frame is fixedly connected with the rear end 301-2 of the frame, and is integrally formed; the front end 301-1 of the frame is rotatably connected with a roller 302, the middle part of the rear end 301-2 of the frame is fixedly provided with a bracket connecting plate 31, the bracket connecting plate 31 is rotatably connected with a guide shaft 32, the guide shaft 32 is sleeved with a driving roller 33, and the driving roller 33 and the two rollers of the roller 302 are used for conveying films stably, so that the conveying efficiency is higher; the driving roller 33 and the rolling shaft 302 are not on the same plane, the rolling shaft 302 is higher than the driving roller 33 in the horizontal plane, the two rolling shafts are used for conveying films, the two rolling shafts are rotatably connected with the frame, friction force between the films and the rolling shafts is reduced, and the film conveying efficiency of the device is improved.
The two sides of the guide shaft 32 are rotatably connected with positioning plates 34, the positioning plates 34 are fixedly provided with conveying plates 35, one ends of the conveying plates 35 are rotatably connected to the guide shaft 32, the other ends of the conveying plates 35 are propped against the positioning support 311, the tops of the positioning supports 311 are obliquely arranged along the conveying direction of the laminating machine, the inclination angle of the tops of the positioning supports 311 is 5-10 degrees, and in the embodiment, the inclination angle of the tops of the positioning supports 311 is 8 degrees, and the conveying plates 35 are obliquely arranged on the positioning supports 311.
The roller 302 is used for conveying the film, the conveying plate 35 is used for conveying the product needing to be coated, the conveying plate 35 and the horizontal surface are at a certain angle, a worker places the product on the conveying plate 35, the product is inclined at a certain angle, the product has a downward moving trend, the speed of the worker moving the product to a to-be-processed area is accelerated, the efficiency of manually conveying the processed product is increased, a gap is reserved between the front end of the conveying plate 35 and the upper end of the conveying block 313 for conveying the film, and when the product on the conveying plate 35 moves downwards, the conveying plate 35 is separated from the film and is adhered with the film, and then the film is extruded through the subsequent process.
The top of the front end of the conveying plate 35 is symmetrically provided with a limiting device 320, and the limiting device 320 is detachably connected to the conveying plate 35; the limiting devices 320 can be positioned on the conveying plate 35 through screws or other workpieces, the distance between the two limiting devices 320 can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the two limiting devices 320 can limit the positions of processed products, so that the conveying device is suitable for conveying different products; the limiting device 320 includes a first connecting plate 321, a second connecting plate 322, and a third connecting plate 323; the first connecting plate 321, the second connecting plate 322 and the third connecting plate 323 are fixedly connected and integrally formed; by adopting the scheme, the overall strength and the structural firmness of the limiting device 320 are ensured, and the safety of conveying products is ensured.
Two ends of the second connection plate 322 are respectively and vertically connected with the first connection plate 321 and the third connection plate 323, and the directions of the first connection plate 321 and the third connection plate 323 are opposite; the end of the first connecting plate 321 is on the same horizontal plane with the conveying plate 35, the third connecting plate 323 is positioned at the front end of the conveying plate 35 and is the handle part of the conveying plate 35, and the third connecting plate 323 is provided with two connecting plates. The ends of the conveying plate 35 and the second connecting plate 322 are in the same vertical plane, so that more space is provided below the third connecting plate 323, and the maintenance worker can conveniently put the handle into the space.
