Abstract

本发明涉及日常生活类产品领域,特涉及一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱。本发明的上盖设置手动气泵和上盖把手,气泵包含气泵手柄,气泵整体设置在上盖把手内,气泵中间位置与盖壳留有空间,气泵与气囊之间有气道连接,气泵与气囊之间的气道上设置阀门;箱底上部设置密封圈,气囊嵌套在密封圈上,上盖通过上密封圈与气囊连接,上盖一侧通过铰链与上密封圈固连连接,上盖前侧设置卡扣,通过卡扣可将上盖卡接在上密封圈上。本发明解决了传统储物箱不防震、不隔温的问题,且利用充气结构实现对有保温需求放置的物品的存放。

一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,特别是指充气后形成气囊结构的储物箱,属日常生活类产品领域。
背景技术
日常生活中我们经常需要对一些需要保温物品进行存储,多为低温条件下,如:特种药品、冷藏食物等。特别是在消费者购买此类物品后移动运输到家中放入冷藏冰箱的过程中,缺少合适且有效的储物工具。
目前通常使用到的类似储物包装,多为普通包装袋,相较更好的储物包装多为在袋子内部附一层铝膜来达到减缓能量散失的目的。但此类包装结构薄弱无法保护内部脆弱物品在碰撞时发生损坏,且铝膜隔热效果有限,无法很好的满足日常真正的使用需要。
该领域人员不断研发类似包装,使得市面上出现一些以树脂薄膜为材料的气体包装袋,如专利申请号为200910101829.X的自封闭充气包装袋,仅是一种充气后自动关闭气体外漏的自闭式包装袋。用户可以在需要使用时对包装袋充气让后放置物品,但此自封闭包装袋只能单次使用,且和普通包装袋相同让无法实现密封储藏物品。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱。本发明利用气囊保温、可压缩折叠盒体结构,内置手动充气泵结构,让用户方便携带,在携带运输需要保温的物品时通过使用气泵向气囊内泵入气体使箱体展开存储物品,通过四壁的充气气囊与箱体顶盖和底部的泡沫缓冲层来达到防震保温的存储目的。
本发明的技术方案是:一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,包括上盖(5)、气囊(9)和箱底(10),箱底(10)设置在气囊(9)下部,上盖(5)设置在气囊(9)上部;其特征在于:上盖(5)设置手动气泵(1)和上盖把手(3),气泵(1)包含气泵手柄(11),气泵(1)整体设置在上盖把手(3)内,气泵(1)中间位置与盖壳留有空间,气泵(1)与气囊(9)之间有气道连接,气泵(1)与气囊(9)之间的气道上设置阀门(2);箱底(10)上部设置密封圈(6),气囊(9)嵌套在密封圈(6)上,上盖(5)通过上密封圈与气囊(9)连接,上盖(5)一侧通过铰链(4)与上密封圈固连连接,上盖(5)前侧设置卡扣(7),通过卡扣(7)可将上盖(5)卡接在上密封圈上。
根据如上所述的内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,其特征在于:所述的阀门(2)与设置在气泵手柄(11)拉出方向相反的上盖(5)侧
根据如上所述的内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,其特征在于:还包括泡沫缓冲层(8),泡沫缓冲层(8)设置在箱底(10)底部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过集成在储物盒上盖的充气泵结构对储物箱充气结构打气形成展开可以储物的储物箱结构,在需要储存运输需要保温的物品时,可以延长存储时间和防震,满足消费者保温储物的同时储物箱本身也轻便易于收纳,且本发明将气泵与上盖把手一体化设计,减少储物箱重量和体积。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步说明,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内,本技术方案中未详细述及的,均为公知技术。
如图1至图4所示,本发明是内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,整体由三部分构成:上盖5、气囊9、箱底10组成,箱底10设置在气囊9下部,上盖5设置在气囊9上部。箱体在未使用时可以将气囊9折叠收起,储物箱整体收缩上盖5和箱底10连接形成整体外观,在使用时使用手动气泵向气囊9中泵入气体可使箱体展开,展开后气囊9形成储物箱四壁起到保护物品防震以及保温。
如图1至图4所示,本发明上盖5设置手动气泵1和上盖把手3,气泵1包含气泵手柄11,气泵1整体设置在上盖把手3内,如图4所示,气泵1中间位置与盖壳留有空间,这样便于通过上盖把手3将整个储物箱提起,且将上盖把手3、气泵1一体化设计,有利于减少储物箱重量和体积。在气泵1与气囊9之间有气道连接,气泵1与气囊9之间的气道上设置阀门2,阀门2与设置在气泵手柄11拉出方向相反的上盖5侧,用户通过手握气泵手柄11推拉运动向气囊中打气,使气囊展开形成箱体。
如图1至图4所示,本发明的箱底10上部设置密封圈6,气囊9嵌套在密封圈6上,从而使气囊9与密封圈6形成整体结构,气囊9通过密封圈6实现与箱底10四周的密封连接,上盖5也通过上密封圈与气囊9连接,且上盖5一侧通过铰链4与上密封圈固连连接,上盖5前侧设置卡扣7,通过卡扣7可将上盖5卡接在上密封圈上。
本发明的箱底10底部设置泡沫缓冲层8,且储物箱整体未充气折叠状态下上盖5与箱底10可以组合形成整体并将气囊9收藏在内部。
本发明的储物箱体充满气后,四壁由薄膜气囊9构成,气囊9分别与上盖5和箱底10纵向连接,气囊9为薄膜形成的竖向气柱组成。

1.一种内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,包括上盖(5)、气囊(9)和箱底(10),箱底(10)设置在气囊(9)下部,上盖(5)设置在气囊(9)上部;其特征在于:上盖(5)设置手动气泵(1)和上盖把手(3),气泵(1)包含气泵手柄(11),气泵(1)整体设置在上盖把手(3)内,气泵(1)中间位置与盖壳留有空间,气泵(1)与气囊(9)之间有气道连接,气泵(1)与气囊(9)之间的气道上设置阀门(2);箱底(10)上部设置密封圈(6),气囊(9)嵌套在密封圈(6)上,上盖(5)通过上密封圈与气囊(9)连接,上盖(5)一侧通过铰链(4)与上密封圈固连连接,上盖(5)前侧设置卡扣(7),通过卡扣(7)可将上盖(5)卡接在上密封圈上。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,其特征在于:所述的阀门(2)与设置在气泵手柄(11)拉出方向相反的上盖(5)侧。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的内置手动气泵的充气储物箱,其特征在于:还包括泡沫缓冲层(8),泡沫缓冲层(8)设置在箱底(10)底部。
