Wherein a head protector 27 may be installed at upper ends of the two slide tubes 23, the head protector 27 may define a head protection chamber in cooperation with the headrest plate 25. The head protection member 27 can be formed as an elbow pipe capable of forming a head protection chamber, both ends of the elbow pipe can penetrate into the two slide pipes 23 through interference fit, and the elbow pipe can be sleeved with a head protection pad 271 to prevent the head of a driver or a passenger from being injured. The shoulder protectors 28 may be installed on both sides of the two slide tubes 23, respectively, one ends of the shoulder protectors 28 may be connected to the slide tubes 23, the other ends of the shoulder protectors 28 may be connected to the head protectors 27, and the shoulder protectors 28 may define shoulder protection cavities in cooperation with the two slide tubes 23 and the head protectors 27. The shoulder protectors 28 may be formed as two bent tubes forming a shoulder protection cavity, both ends of each bent tube may be connected to the slide tube 23 and the head protector 27, each bent tube may be further sleeved with a shoulder protection pad, and the shoulder protectors 28 may protect the shoulders of the driver and passengers from being injured.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the lightning protection members are three and are respectively a first lightning protection member 31, a second lightning protection member 32 and a third lightning protection member 33, the lightning protection assembly 30 further includes a connecting rod 34 and a mounting member 35, the connecting rod 34 is formed in a column shape, the connecting rod 34 extends along an axial direction of the sliding tube 23 and an upper end of the connecting rod 34 is connected to the fixing plate 24, a lower end of the connecting rod 34 is connected to the second lightning protection member 32, the lightning protection member extends downward along the axial direction of the sliding tube 23 and another end of the second lightning protection member 32 is connected to the mounting member 35, the second lightning protection member 32 is matched with the connecting rod 34 and the mounting member 35 to define a buffer chamber, the third lightning protection member 33 is disposed in the buffer chamber, one end of the first lightning protection member 31 is connected to.
That is, the number of the lightning protection members may be three, the lightning protection member may be made of an elastic material, and the three lightning protection members may be the first lightning protection member 31, the second lightning protection member 32, and the third lightning protection member 33, respectively. Of course, the specific number of the lightning protection members can be specifically set according to different lightning protection grades required by the lightning protection seat 100. The lightning protection assembly 30 may further include a connecting rod 34 and a mounting member 35, wherein the connecting rod 34 may be machined to be cylindrical, the connecting rod 34 may extend in an axial direction of the slide pipe 23, an upper end of the connecting rod 34 may be fixed with the fixing plate 24 at an uppermost end of the slide pipe 23, and a lower end of the connecting rod 34 may be mounted with the second lightning protection member 32. The second lightning protection member 32 may extend downward in the axial direction of the slide pipe 23, and the other end of the second lightning protection member 32 may be fixed to the mounting member 35. The second lightning protection member 32 may define a buffer chamber with the connection rod 34 and the mounting member 35 in cooperation, the third lightning protection member 33 may be installed in the buffer chamber, one end of the first lightning protection member 31 may be connected to the mounting member 35, and the other end of the first lightning protection member 31 may be connected to the seat frame 21.
When the vehicle is impacted, the lightning protection seat 100 moves downward relative to the entire vehicle, and at this time, the first lightning protection member 31 may start to move downward to absorb energy and deform. After moving a certain distance, the second lightning protection member 32 may start to move downward and deform with energy absorption. After the lightning protection seat 100 has the same speed as the vehicle body, the third lightning protection member 33 may pull the entire lightning protection seat 100 back up to the initial position. When the vehicle body impacts the ground, the first lightning protection element 31 and the second lightning protection element 32 can absorb energy and deform again, through the cooperation between the first lightning protection element 31, the second lightning protection element 32 and the third lightning protection element 33 and the seat framework 20, the impact acceleration borne by the human body can be delayed through multi-stage buffering, and the double energy absorption effect of the lightning protection seat 100 can be achieved in a limited space.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first lightning protection member 31 and the second lightning protection member 32 are respectively formed as a spring member, and the third lightning protection member 33 is formed as an airtight spring member.
In other words, the first lightning protection member 31 and the second lightning protection member 32 may be formed by spring processing, respectively, and the third lightning protection member 33 may be formed by a gas spring. The spring material has good elastic property, is easy to process and form and has lower cost.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the seat cover 40 is formed as a piece of nylon material.
That is, the seat cover 40 may be made of a nylon material. The seat cover 40 made of nylon material can reduce the weight of the lightning protection seat 100 to the maximum extent, and realize the light weight of the lightning protection seat 100. Meanwhile, as the nylon material fabric is softer, the shock absorption and impact resistance of the lightning protection seat 100 are further enhanced, and the comfort and safety of the driver and passengers are improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the seat belt assembly 50 includes two shoulder straps 51, two waist straps 52, a straddle strap 53 and an unlocking device 54, the unlocking device 54 is provided on the seat frame 21, one ends of the two waist straps 52 and the straddle strap 53 are respectively connected to the seat frame 21 and the other ends thereof are respectively engaged with the unlocking device 54, one ends of the two shoulder straps 51 are respectively provided on the uppermost fixing plate 24 of the two slide tubes 23 and the other ends of the two shoulder straps 51 are respectively engaged with the other ends of the two waist straps 52.
In other words, the harness assembly 50 mainly includes two shoulder straps 51, two waist straps 52, a spanning strap 53 and an unlocking device 54, the unlocking device 54 can be installed on the seat frame 21, one ends of the two waist straps 52 and the spanning strap 53 can be respectively installed on the seat frame 21, the other ends of the two waist straps 52 and the spanning strap 53 can be clamped on the unlocking device 54, an unlocking button is processed on the unlocking device 54, and the two waist straps 52 and the spanning strap 53 clamped on the unlocking device 54 can be separated from the unlocking device 54 by pressing the unlocking button. One end of each of the two shoulder straps 51 may be fixed to the uppermost fixing plate 24 of the two slide tubes 23, and the other end of each of the two shoulder straps 51 may be fastened to the two waist straps 52. How the process of snapping or unlocking the harness assembly 50 is accomplished is understood and enabled by those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In summary, according to the lightning protection seat 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the matching of the plurality of lightning protection members can perform energy absorption deformation on the explosion shock waves for many times, so that the buffering time of the lightning protection seat 100 on the explosion shock waves is prolonged, a human body can bear higher impact acceleration, and the safety of the human body is ensured. The lightning protection seat 100 can achieve double energy absorption in the same buffer stroke, and can achieve the best lightning protection effect in a limited space. Moreover, the lightning protection seat 100 can well protect a human body and effectively avoid the collision between the human body and other components inside the vehicle cabin.
A vehicle according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the lightning protection seat 100 of the above embodiment. Because the lightning protection seat 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention has the technical effects, the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the corresponding technical effects that the vehicle can absorb energy and deform explosion shock waves for many times, the buffering time of the lightning protection seat 100 on the explosion shock waves is prolonged, a human body can bear larger impact acceleration, and the safety of the human body is ensured.

Claims (5)

1. A lightning protection seat, comprising:
the mounting hanger rod can be arranged in a vehicle cab and can be respectively connected with a vehicle roof and a vehicle floor;
the seat framework is connected with the mounting suspension rod, and at least two parts of the seat framework can slide relatively;
the seat frame comprises a seat frame, a lightning protection assembly and a plurality of anti-thunder members, wherein the seat frame is provided with a plurality of through holes, the number of the anti-thunder members is three, the anti-thunder members are respectively a first anti-thunder member, a second anti-thunder member and a third anti-thunder member, the first anti-thunder member and the second anti-thunder member are respectively formed into spring parts, and the third anti-thunder member is formed into a gas spring part;
the seat surface sleeve is sleeved on the seat framework;
the safety belt component is connected with the seat framework to fix a driver and a passenger;
the mounting boom includes:
the two supporting tubes are arranged at intervals, the upper end of each supporting tube is provided with a first mounting part, and each supporting tube can be connected with the vehicle roof through the first mounting part; the lower end of each supporting tube is provided with a second mounting part for being connected with the vehicle floor, the middle part of each supporting tube and one side, opposite to the second mounting part, of each supporting tube are provided with third mounting parts, and the third mounting parts are connected with the seat framework;
the connecting pipe is arranged between the two supporting pipes to connect the two supporting pipes;
the seat frame includes:
the cross section of the framework body is formed into L shape, the horizontal part of the framework body can slide around the vertical part of the framework body, the vertical part of the framework body is respectively connected with the installation hanging rod and the lightning protection assembly, and the seat surface sleeve and the safety belt assembly are respectively arranged on the framework body;
the headrest plate is connected with the upper end of the vertical part of the framework body;
the pedal piece is arranged at the bottom of the framework body and extends downwards along one end, close to the vertical part of the framework body, of the horizontal part of the framework body, and one end, far away from the vertical part of the framework body, of the pedal piece is connected with one end, close to the horizontal part of the framework body, of the horizontal part of the framework body through a connecting piece;
the skeleton body includes:
a seat frame having a square cross-section extending in a horizontal direction;
the two sliding shafts are respectively formed into a column shape and are arranged at two ends of the same side of the seat framework at intervals;
the two sliding pipes are respectively inserted on the two sliding shafts, and the seat framework can slide around the sliding pipes through the sliding shafts;
the fixing plates are respectively arranged along the axial direction of the two sliding pipes at intervals and are respectively used for connecting a third installation part and a lightning protection assembly, the headrest plate is arranged on the fixing plate positioned at the uppermost end of the two sliding pipes, and the fixing plates, the two sliding pipes and the two sliding shafts are matched to form a vertical part of the framework body;
the lightning protection assembly further comprises a connecting rod and an installation piece, the connecting rod is formed into a column shape, the connecting rod is arranged along the axial direction of the sliding pipe, the upper end of the connecting rod is connected with the fixing plate, the lower end of the connecting rod is connected with the second lightning protection piece, the second lightning protection piece is arranged along the axial direction of the sliding pipe, the downward extension of the sliding pipe is arranged at the other end of the second lightning protection piece, the installation piece is connected with the other end of the second lightning protection piece, the second lightning protection piece is connected with the connecting rod and the buffer cavity is defined through cooperation between the installation pieces, the third lightning protection piece is arranged in the buffer cavity, one end of the first lightning protection piece is connected with the installation.
2. The lightning protection seat of claim 1, wherein the skeletal body further comprises:
the head protection piece is arranged at the upper ends of the two sliding pipes and is connected with the two sliding pipes, and the head protection piece is matched with the headrest plate to limit a head protection cavity;
the shoulder protection pieces are respectively arranged on two sides of the two sliding pipes, one end of each shoulder protection piece is connected with the corresponding sliding pipe, the other end of each shoulder protection piece is connected with the corresponding head protection piece, and a shoulder protection cavity is defined between each shoulder protection piece and the corresponding sliding pipe and the corresponding head protection piece in a matched mode.

The lightning protection seat according to claim 1, wherein the safety belt assembly comprises two shoulder straps, two waist straps, a safety span strap and an unlocking device, the unlocking device is arranged on the seat frame, one ends of the two waist straps and the safety span strap are respectively connected with the seat frame, the other ends of the two waist straps and the safety span strap are clamped on the unlocking device, one ends of the two shoulder straps are respectively arranged on the fixing plate at the uppermost end of the two sliding tubes, and the other ends of the two shoulder straps are respectively clamped with the other ends of the two waist straps.
