Abstract
本发明提供了一种除臭杀菌鞋垫及其制造方法,属于日常用品技术领域。它解决了现有鞋垫寿命短保健效果差的问题。本除臭杀菌鞋垫的制造方法,是将占比40%‑50%的铜改性聚酯纤维、占比10%‑20%的木浆纤维和占比40%‑50%低熔点纤维原料放入混料机中混合成混合纤维,放入纤维开包机中开包后进入开松机进行松解,然后吸入到储棉箱中处理成筳棉,接着放入梳棉机中梳成单纤维状态,然后放入铺网机中进行均匀折叠,铺设至所需宽度,将折叠后的网状纤维薄层再经过7台针刺机对网状纤维薄层进行反复的穿刺,使网状纤维薄层中的纤维靠拢而被压缩,然后进入250度高温的热轧机成型。本发明具有成本低、制作简单、抗变形能力强、使用寿命长的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日常用品技术领域,涉及一种鞋垫,特别涉及一种除臭杀菌鞋垫。
背景技术
鞋子最早是人们为了克服特殊情况,不让脚难受或者受伤而发明的,鞋子发展到现在,各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见,是人们生活的必备品。其中鞋垫是鞋子中必不可少的附件,鞋垫具有保持鞋内底清洁、覆盖内底的凹凸不平,以改善脚感的作用,鞋垫按作用分类有常规鞋垫、功能鞋垫(如:抗静电鞋垫,增高鞋垫,防水鞋垫,空气循环鞋垫等)和保健鞋垫(如:抗菌鞋垫,除臭鞋垫,中药鞋垫等)。
由于脚部运动量大、出汗较多,而且鞋内的环境呈封闭状式,容易滋生细菌,容易对脚部的健康产生不利影响,比如易感染上各类皮肤病,如脚气、脚汗、脚臭是日常生活中常见的病症,是由真菌感染而引起的皮肤病,给人们日常生活带来诸多不便。并且人的足部上密布着丰富的毛细血管和重要的穴位,对人体的健康起着相当大的影响,因此近年来人们对足部的保养也越来越重视,一双具有保健功能的鞋垫对人体具有十分巨大的有益效果。
然而现今市面上出售的保健鞋垫,一般由上表层、中功能层和下底层组成,例如中国专利文献中公开了一种中药杀菌除臭鞋垫的发明专利,[申请号:201210276613.9 ;授权公告号:CN102805455A],其包括上层、中层和下层,上层和下层均为布料,中层由玉竹、生地、明矾和聚丙烯经加热混合再冷却得到中层,构成的中层中还需混合有干燥剂。上述鞋垫虽然相比传统的鞋垫增加了中药保健的效果,但是其中层的加工工艺复杂,材料较多造成生产成本较大,并且上层和下层均采用了普通的布料,使得其表面粗糙、穿着不滑爽舒适,由于鞋垫承受的摩擦力和压力较大,由普通布料制成的上表层容易起皱磨损,中层也容易变形失去弹性,造成其舒适性差和使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种成本低、制作简单、抗变形能力强、使用寿命长并且具有除臭杀菌保健功能的鞋垫及其制造方法。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种除臭杀菌鞋垫的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将占比40%-50%的铜改性聚酯纤维、占比10%-20%的木浆纤维和占比40%-50%低熔点纤维原料按比例寸好,放入混料机中混合均匀混合成混合纤维,混合时间为3-5分钟;
b、将混合完成的混合纤维放入纤维开包机中开包后,开包后的混合纤维进入开松机进行松解并清除杂质,然后通过风机吸入到储棉箱中将开松混合后的纤维处理成均匀的筳棉;
c、完成步骤b后,将处理好的筳棉从储棉箱中放入梳棉机中梳成单纤维状态,组成网状纤维薄层;
d、然后将网状纤维薄层放入铺网机中进行均匀折叠,铺设至所需宽度;
e、完成步骤d后,将折叠后的网状纤维薄层再经过7台针刺机对网状纤维薄层进行反复的穿刺,使网状纤维薄层中的纤维靠拢而被压缩,然后进入250度高温的热轧机成型。
一种除臭杀菌鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,其特征在于,所述的鞋垫本体由铜改性聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维和木浆纤维混合而成,通过针刺机将混合的铜改性聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维和木浆纤维之间针刺成呈折线状相互交叉的网状分布,所述的鞋垫本体的上表面依次均匀的分布有若干排大凸起颗粒和若干排小凸起颗粒,两相邻排的大凸起颗粒和小凸起颗粒交错分布。
在上述的一种除臭杀菌鞋垫中,所述的大凸起颗粒和小凸起颗粒的形成相同,均是各边角为圆角处理的六边形状。
与现有技术相比,本除臭杀菌鞋垫及其制造方法具有以下优点:
1、通过针刺机将混合的铜改性聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维和木浆纤维针刺成折线状相互交叉的网状分布,使得各纤维之间的混合连接更加牢固不易变形,鞋垫上表面均匀的布满大小凸起颗粒,能对足底的穴位进行按摩,不仅穿着舒适,而且具有很好的按摩保健作用;
2、低熔点纤维具有很好的热粘合性和良好的弹力起到支撑硬度的作用,因此混合有低熔点纤维的本鞋垫抗变形能力强,弹性足,穿着舒服;
3、铜改性聚酯纤维属于抗菌纤维,是一种功能性纤维,可以阻断疾病传播,卫生保洁,对抗菌纺织品有着重要作用,因此本鞋垫能具有很好的抗菌效果;
4、木浆纤维是从原树木纤维中分离出来的产物,是一种二次纤维,具有天然的抗菌保健、清除异味、自清自洁的功能,触感柔软,不板结变硬,是一件真正的纯绿色的健康产品,因此含有木浆纤维的本鞋垫具有易清洗、抗菌、抑菌、防臭和吸汗的功能;
5、本发明中的铜改性聚酯纤维已经过国家毛纺织产品质量监督检验中心的检验认证,检验结构显示具有较强的防螨效果,抑菌率达到百分之99以上,具有很好的抗菌效果。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
为了方便叙述,首先,就本除臭杀菌鞋垫的结构而言,如图1、图2所示,本除臭杀菌鞋垫包括鞋垫本体1,鞋垫本体1由铜改性聚酯纤维4、低熔点纤维5和木浆纤维6混合而成,通过针刺机将混合的铜改性聚酯纤维4、低熔点纤维5和木浆纤维6之间针刺成呈折线状相互交叉的网状分布,鞋垫本体1的上表面依次均匀的分布有若干排大凸起颗粒2和若干排小凸起颗粒3,两相邻排的大凸起颗粒2和小凸起颗粒3交错分布,大凸起颗粒2和小凸起颗粒3的形成相同,均是各边角为圆角处理的六边形状。
而就本除臭杀菌鞋垫的制造方法而言,本发明所指的制造方法步骤是:
a、将占比40%-50%的铜改性聚酯纤维4、占比10%-20%的木浆纤维6和占比40%-50%低熔点纤维5原料按比例寸好,放入混料机中混合均匀混合成混合纤维,混合时间为3-5分钟;
b、将混合完成的混合纤维放入纤维开包机中开包后,开包后的混合纤维进入开松机进行松解并清除杂质,然后通过风机吸入到储棉箱中将开松混合后的纤维处理成均匀的筳棉;

Claims (3)
1.一种除臭杀菌鞋垫的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a、将占比40%-50%的铜改性聚酯纤维、占比10%-20%的木浆纤维和占比40%-50%低熔点纤维原料按比例寸好,放入混料机中混合均匀混合成混合纤维,混合时间为3-5分钟;
b、将混合完成的混合纤维放入纤维开包机中开包后,开包后的混合纤维进入开松机进行松解并清除杂质,然后通过风机吸入到储棉箱中将开松混合后的纤维处理成均匀的筳棉;
c、完成步骤b后,将处理好的筳棉从储棉箱中放入梳棉机中梳成单纤维状态,组成网状纤维薄层;
d、然后将网状纤维薄层放入铺网机中进行均匀折叠,铺设至所需宽度;
e、完成步骤d后,将折叠后的网状纤维薄层再经过7台针刺机对网状纤维薄层进行反复的穿刺,使网状纤维薄层中的纤维靠拢而被压缩,然后进入250度高温的热轧机成型。
2.一种除臭杀菌鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体,其特征在于,所述的鞋垫本体由铜改性聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维和木浆纤维混合而成,通过针刺机将混合的铜改性聚酯纤维、低熔点纤维和木浆纤维之间针刺成呈折线状相互交叉的网状分布,所述的鞋垫本体的上表面依次均匀的分布有若干排大凸起颗粒和若干排小凸起颗粒,两相邻排的大凸起颗粒和小凸起颗粒交错分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种除臭杀菌鞋垫,其特征在于,所述的大凸起颗粒和小凸起颗粒的形成相同,均是各边角为圆角处理的六边形状。
