Step 202: and the radio frequency circuit debugging device simulates the circuit parameters through simulation software to obtain a simulation circuit between the PA output end of the transmission link and the change-over switch.
Specifically, the radio frequency circuit debugging device establishes a simulation circuit through simulation software, and then introduces the extracted circuit parameters into the simulation circuit, wherein the simulation circuit is a simulation circuit between the PA output end of the transmission link and the duplexer.
The simulation software is, for example, Advanced Design System (ADS) simulation software.
Step 203: the radio frequency circuit debugging device adjusts the matching parameters of the matching circuit of the simulation circuit through the simulation software, and when the target heat dissipation parameters of the simulation circuit reach set conditions, the first matching parameters of the matching circuit are obtained.
The target scattering parameter is, for example, S11, and the setting condition may specifically be: the load position of S11 satisfies the best position for PA vendor to provide load pull.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the circuit parameters of the path routing between the PA output end of the transmission link extracted by the PCB and the main rf test socket of the first antenna are firstly passed, then the simulation circuit is obtained through the circuit parameters and the simulation software, and then the target heat dissipation parameters of the simulation circuit, which are obtained by adjusting the matching parameters of the matching circuit of the simulation circuit, reach the set conditions. Therefore, the debugging method provided by the embodiment of the application is flexible in operation, the simulation circuit from the PA output end of the transmission link to the change-over switch can be accurately simulated only by reasonable modeling, and the simulation efficiency is improved.
In an implementation manner of the present application, the specific implementation manner of step 202 is as follows:
the radio frequency circuit debugging device establishes a two-port network model through simulation software, wherein a first port of the two-port network model is used as an output end of the transmission link PA, and a second port of the two-port network model is used as an input end of the duplexer; and the radio frequency circuit debugging device leads the circuit parameters into the two-port network model to obtain the simulation circuit.
The two-port network model refers to a multi-port network with the port number equal to 2, wherein one port of the two-port network is an input port and used for receiving signals or energy, and the other port of the two-port network is an output port and used for outputting signals or energy.
Specifically, the two-port network model is shown in fig. 3, and includes a first port, a second port, and a device model, where a resistor is disposed at each of the first port and the second port, and impedance values of the resistors at the first port and the second port are equal to 50 ohms. The circuit parameter is led into the two-port network model, namely the circuit parameter is taken as the circuit parameter of the device model. It can be seen that, in the two-port network model, when the circuit parameters of the device model are known and the impedance values of the two ports are also known, S11 of the first port of the two-port network model can be directly simulated through simulation software, that is, S11 of the PA output end of the transmission link is obtained through simulation.
It should be noted that the two-port network model is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 3, and the structure shown in fig. 3 is only an example provided in the present application.
The simulation circuit further comprises a matching circuit, wherein the matching circuit is arranged between the first port and the device model and comprises an electronic device to be matched, and the electronic device to be matched comprises one of the following components: capacitance, inductance, resistance.
Further, the matching circuit is a "pi" type matching circuit.
Furthermore, the electronic device to be matched comprises a first capacitor, a first inductor and a second capacitor, one end of the first capacitor is connected with one end of the first inductor, one end of the second capacitor is connected with the other end of the first inductor, and the other end of the first capacitor and the other end of the second capacitor are both grounded.
Wherein the matching parameters of the matching circuit comprise the values of the electronic devices to be matched. For example, the electronic device to be matched includes a first capacitor, a first inductor and a second capacitor, and the matching parameters of the matching circuit include a capacitance value of the first capacitor, an inductance value of the first inductor and a capacitance value of the second capacitor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the two-port network model includes a resistor disposed at each of the first port and the second port, where the impedance value of the resistor at the first port is equal to 50 ohms, and the impedance value of the resistor at the second port is equal to 50 ohms. The values of the first capacitor, the first inductor and the first resistor in the matching circuit are adjusted so that S11 reaches or is closest to the set condition.
It should be noted that the two-port network model is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 4, and the structure shown in fig. 4 is only an example provided in the present application.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, the two-port network model may further include: and4 microstrip lines, wherein the first microstrip line TL1 is connected between the first port and the second microstrip line, the second microstrip line is connected between the first microstrip line and the first resistor, the third microstrip line is connected between the first resistor and the fourth microstrip line, and the fourth microstrip line is connected between the third microstrip line and the device model, wherein the fourth microstrip line is a negative value, and the absolute value of the negative value is the absolute value of the sum of the first microstrip line, the second microstrip line and the third microstrip line.
The fourth microstrip line can also be called as a line reduction method, in a radio frequency schematic diagram simulation environment, the length of a whole section of transmission line closest to a simulation port is set to be a negative number in simulation software, and the influence of the section of transmission microstrip line is used, so that the impedance value seen by the simulation port is equivalent to the corresponding length of a test interface which moves forward in the test process, and therefore, when a matching element is added, the actual matching position is more close, and the simulation precision is greatly improved.
In an implementation manner of the present application, after step 203, the method further includes:
welding the matching circuit with the first matching parameters to the PCB by the radio frequency circuit debugging device for actual test to obtain a test result; and the radio frequency circuit debugging device carries out fine adjustment on the basis of the first matching parameters according to the test result to obtain second matching parameters of the matching circuit model.
Specifically, the PCB tested in the above-mentioned test steps tests the maximum transmission power, Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio (ACLR), current, and other transmission indexes, and fine-tunes to obtain the best matching parameter, i.e. the second matching parameter.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, after the matching parameters of the matching circuit are simulated through the simulation software, the matching circuit with the matching parameters is welded on the PCB for actual test to obtain a test result, and then fine tuning is performed based on the test result, so that more accurate matching parameters can be obtained, and the simulation accuracy is further improved.
It should be noted that the radio frequency circuit debugging apparatus is a computer device installed with simulation software, and the computer device may be, for example, a computer, a notebook, a tablet computer, an industrial computer, a mobile terminal, and the like.
Referring to fig. 6, in accordance with the embodiments shown in fig. 2 and fig. 5, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a radio frequency circuit debugging apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the radio frequency circuit debugging apparatus is used for debugging the radio frequency circuit, and as shown in the figure, the radio frequency circuit debugging apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, where the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, and the program includes instructions for performing the following steps:
